Small USPS location with low traffic and the nearest to a personal Post Office experience as you can have. Except for holidays, the most people in front of me has been ~ three but it's not uncommon I'm the only one and walk right up. Love this location! I needed to ship a gift to a friend in Washington. Quality 5/5 Great service from the Postal Service employee. They accepted my packaging affixed postage and label and like the roadrunner, on the road in less than 5 minutes! I come to this post office location often to ship my items I sell on Poshmark. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. This location is smaller than others and has a bunch of PO Boxes, but is fine none the less! My items always make it to their intended destinations and I'm happy with the service! read more

4 stars -- Because my packages do get mailed, and most of the staff is great. My local USPS has one constant experience: Andrew. And listen... I have tried with this man. Every visit feels like I'm auditioning for "America's Got Small Talk," and Andrew is the stone-faced judge who shuts it down before I finish my first sentence. Recently, I walked in -- no line, in December, which is unheard of. I make a light joke about it. Nothing. Just a blank stare. I add, "Especially this time of year." Still nothing. ...he reacts like my sentence never even happened. And this isn't new -- he's consistently, impressively unfriendly. Honestly, at this point it's part of the routine. To be fair, the other ladies here are warm, friendly, helpful, and -- most importantly -- human. But when I see Andrew's there, I gear up for the unofficial challenge of the day: "Let's see if we can get this man to react." I genuinely hope he finds a spark of joy someday. Until then, I'll keep mailing my packages... reminding myself not to take it personally -- and realizing Arizona summers can fry an egg on a sidewalk, but they cannot warm that man's expression. read more

I went in to get my package and as the guy handed it to me it was open, upside down and damaged with multiple fragile stickers. They have zero regard for making sure things get delivered correctly. The product itself was also slightly damaged from how it was handled read more

I went to return something I bought online. This was the only USPS close to me that wasn't closed at about 3PM-4PM MST. I did go at a time when the store wasn't busy and they were about to close. There was a lady with short hair/pixie cut that helped me out and that is why I am highly recommending this store. She was personable, encouraging (because I had a rough day that day), professional, and overall great energy. The USPS store in and of itself is in a rather secluded part of town but the layout of the building is very nice. It is always organized and tidy whenever I come, and I could appreciate that. Can't really speak on value for everything was pre-populated on an app on my phone. I'm also sure that despite budget cut after budget cut prices are still fair. There was, however, a postal service worker that did look at me and gave me body language hinting that I was a bother. She also had a lollipop in her mouth. If it weren't for the other person I would've given less stars. Nevertheless, take from this what you will. read more

I really like this location as it's easy to get in and out of and there is rarely a line or a long wait as you will find at most post offices. They have free shipping boxes available for smaller items, and it's clean. read more

They could supply tape for boxes! I needed one strip to close my package and they sent me to the supply wall to buy an entire roll of tape for $3.99. I left and went to the UPS store down the road. Not sure if it cost more to send from UPS but at least they helped me and didn't try to make me buy extra tape. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I never leave a bad review, but my experience with this location needs to out there for other business owners to see. I have a small business and all of my orders go out next business day. I work very hard to make this happen. I understand that I have a lot of packages, so I print a scan form whenever possible to make it easier on the postal workers. However, even though I have been told multiple times that as long as I get items in by 5PM they will move to the next stage in shipping, my items are actually held at this facility for days after being scanned in. For example, Monday I dropped off 28 packages before the required time of 5PM. Those packages were held at this facility until THURSDAY for absolutely no reason. Tuesday, fine....but THURSDAY?! I have had to remake items and send overnight shipping ($23 PER PACKAGE) and give refunds all Thursday night and Friday because these items were estimated to be DELIVERED Thursday or Friday. This is not the first time either. Actually, I have packages that I dropped off later in the week that are STILL THERE...again, for no reason. When I ask why my shipping isn't updated their response is usually that it is probably on its way, but wasn't scanned. This is never true because I always end up seeing another scan at this facility later. Yes, it is scanned when I first take it, but then gets scanned again later. This facility is not business friendly. Clearly, they do not care about their customers and/or their shipments. I recommend going to a different location or not using USPS at all. read more

We have shipped over 5,000 packages through this location and they have always scanned each one. (even when there are many others at the drop off area) Employees are nice and greet me by name. We also have a PO BOX here and have no complaints. read more

For the last month + these lazy employees flat out refuse to perform acceptance scans for packages that are dropped off in the lobby drop box or counter without a scan sheet. They claim they are too busy but even when you drop off packages and they are slow they neglect to scan them in, ie early in the morning when there are no customers in the lobby. This drives my online customers crazy and hurts my business and my metrics on the platforms I sell on. Every single day now I get angry emails from customers asking why I haven't dropped their package off yet. And each and every time I have to send them back an email explaining how unfortunately the employees at my local post office are TOO LAZY to do their job. I print labels from 6 different account/platforms and have no way to create a single scan form. This isn't just one employee here, it's all of them. It must be nice to pick and choose what part of your job you want to perform. This is the only local post office around here that is doing this. The rest manage to perform the tasks they were hired to do. I wish they had a boss that held them accountable. I understand not having the time a few weeks back when you were not authorized overtime but it's been authorized for a while now. You saw that you could get away with it and you continue to do it. I've complained to several of the staff and they all give the same "oh sorry, we're just too busy, bring a scan sheet next time." I'm tired of having to drive to further post offices because your lazy employees refuse to do their job. At any other business you would all be FIRED. If anyone at the post office actually reads this go check it out. See how many packages your worthless employees are performing acceptance scans on. read more

If you can go to another location you should . Maybe the workers are over worked but today I received horrible customer service by the worker Sean . He actually began yelling at me and I was afraid to the point I asked for another representative To help . A lady name Patty came from the back she was better but as I was asking her a question the worker Sean interrupted although he should have been focusing on the customer in his line . The other customer end up walking out because of his rude demeanor as well. read more

Went up to the counter with my shipment and the shipping label to purchase the box and ship it on it's way. I gave them my shipment and the label and figured that would be it. No, he says I have to tape it up before he can take it. I didn't bring any packing tape, figuring they would do it for me since they're the post office. He says he doesn't have any tape, so he makes me buy a roll of packing tape and tape up my own shipment with the label on it. Not sure if this is normal procedure but they've never had me do that at UPS or Fedex. read more

Employees and service is awful. Some employees don't even wear uniforms and just wear tshirts with no identification. I had an issue with the weight of my package and instead of helping me the "manager" dressed in a t-shirt treated me as if I was trying to purposely scam the post office by a few dollars. He then refused to help with no explanation and told me to take my package and problem to another location. Don't bother going here and expect to be treated with respect. I'll be switching my business 100% elsewhere and likely UPS. read more

Never ever write reviews but did not believe the others and decided to give it a try. I've been going to the one on Higley for a while but this was closer so I figured why not. Made me fold two random complex boxes together to make an extended box and then would not give me any tape to help seal it after I already pre-paid for shipping and tried to make me buy some when I have never ever ever had to do that for the one on Higley. I wish I could give zero stars. The staff here is the worst! Went in there today to mail Christmas cards. The woman in front of me was a very sweet very elderly woman trying to mail a book that was already wrapped and labeled. The man who was checking her out was extremely rude. He asked her what was in the package and she told him it was a book. He very rudely told her it was not a book and that he has never seen a book that size or weight. He even questioned her with the manager ( I'll believe) in front of the extremely full lobby. She told him multiple times it was a book and he again rudely told her she will pay the difference if they inspect it and she is lying. He then told her to "just answer the question on the screen" she could not see the small writing and she asked what it said. He read it in a very loud and annoyed voice and she asked if she should pick no since it was a book and he said "well if that's your answer". The woman who was checking me out then laughed. This woman was never once rude or sarcastic and this man could not have been any ruder without yelling at her. I understand they are busy but this was uncalled for. He has zero business in customer service! I tried to call the manager at this location but the call was answered and hung up 3 separate times. read more

The post office and the people who work at the desk are great. my problem is with my carrier. 4 to 5 times my packages has been scanned at the wrong box, there was no one refer mended. I only got some of my packages back because I went from house to house, and after a week a neighbor brought ten rings I ordered opened by a man who gave it to them , and pretended he did not know. if my friends did not give it to me, it would have just been a lost, even though through investigation it showed the carrier made a mistake, but nothing happen. it has happen again, and now I have went through the housing area again, reported it and I have to wait, and hope who ever got my package turn it back in. this has force me to get a po box, mail carries are not like they use to be. I have gotten people mail every week but I take it back to the post office. I have received mail back from other people. if I do not get my package with in the week, I have my evidence, from people who have given me my packages and mail, I will go to channel 3'. read more
