Visited 3 April 2021 When I got to the post office there were very few people there but I needed packaging so mail my items. I was looking for bubble/padded envelopes but the section that had those were closed. There were flat rate envelopes so I went with those instead. There are counters throughout the post office where customers can organize and write labels. At least two tables I went to had no pens so I searched frantically through my purse (I usually have a pen but of course I did not have one that day). I moved to a third counter and luckily that had a pen. Once I was done labeling and packaging my items, a few other customers had come in. That seemed okay since the previous customers were moving along quickly. Boy was I wrong. I started writing this review while I waited in line. I was patient because there was only one postal clerk working and she was soo sweet despite the issues she had from the customers. There were 4 people ahead of me. One conducted his business and left without any issues. I probably spent an additional 30 minutes in USPS waiting on the other 3 because 1. a female customer wanted tape but had to tell an entire story of why she doesn't have tape (We all learned she was sending left over valentines day treats to her boyfriend in Canada who she met randomly online and haven't seen in 13 months!). 2. a male customer tried to get stamps from the self-service kiosk but the machine took his money without giving him stamps. We could tell he was getting aggressive but the postal kept her cool, walked with him to check the machine, then called her supervisor. 3. A third customer, also a female was confused whether to mail priority express overnight or just regular priority! By the time I finally made it to the counter, I was so annoyed by the previous customers but the postal clerk apologized to me for the long wait (which she didn't have to because it wasn't entirely her fault). 5 stars - for the postal clerk 3 stars - for the inadequate supplies & the store section being closed 3 stars - for the condition of the facility. terrible customer service and horrible store location, the big backs who work here put the wrong label on the wrong package 3 times total. had 3 different packages when I went in there to ship with click N ship QR code, she put the right one on the first package but when it came to the other two, she just grabbed a package and stuck the label on the wrong one. When I asked if she could just re print it and put it over the wrong one both of the ladies working looked at me like i was stupid and said that it was my fault not theirs and they can't just "magically reprint the label". Which means I had to buy a whole new 8$ shipping label all because she wasn't paying attention and just wanted to get the job over with. now im having to deal with ebay customer service and an unhappy buyer because their items were shipped to the wrong house. everytime i come here i have an issue the only reason I came back was because it's so close to my house but do not bring your service here they obviously don't care about their jobs at all. read more

This location was god awful. The people hater who helped me- Amanda was anything but friendly. I have never returned a package from eBay. It told me that UPS would deal with packaging and all that. I brought my return in. The first thing she-devil Amanda told me was "Jesus, did your dog open that?" She then took my item, tried taping it, messed up, said "damn it". And then said "code". I pulled it up and she told me as if I was a kindergartner "pull up your code on your phone" As I had it pulled up already. She said "next time you're going to have it packaged before you come, or you're buying tape". As if my presence was such a goddamn hassle. (I was the only one in the store at this time). I'm literally writing this while in line because I cannot believe how rude the workers are. I'm afraid to even say anything because of how snippy and impatient they are. I wish there was a different location closer to me so I could go to that one instead. read more

Does not open during posted hours. Sign says they open at 830 am during the week. Waited until 845 and no one appeared to even be inside. Door still locked, window still down. I gave up and went to UPS. read more

the customer service at this location is awful. i came in very kind and asked a couple questions regarding what I need to do to return my package. the worker was very rude and sarcastic/snippy. if you have the option to choose a different location, definitely do that. terrible experience read more

There should be an option for zero stars. This has to be the rudest group of employees I have ever come in contact with. They don't know how to communicate to tell you what needs to be done. Better not have any questions for them. Never have supplies out needed. Go to a different location or pay more at UPS because it's totally worth not leaving in a mad mood because of the staff here. read more

Terrible service for such a busy location. They never have two people to help, they are never stocked with items needed. Lots of wasted time

I've been to this location 4 to 5 times, simply for location purposes, but every single time I've been here, the customer service is horrendous. I've never met more unhappy, rude workers. The ladies working here are so unpleasant and clearly hate people and their jobs. I am not one to leave reviews, but my mom also went to this location today and called me as soon as she left to tell me about her experience...so it isn't just me (or all the other folks who have left these same reviews)! It doesn't take much to be KIND, esp when you're on the clock not only representing USPS, but yourselves as well. read more

This little Post Office branch is a little hard to find at first, but its in the strip mall almost all the way to the left (closer to the Ford Dealership). The place is surprisingly busy and the automated postal center is to the left as soon as you walk in (kinda just blends in) read more

UNFRIENDLY. RUDE. INCONSIDERATE. Gave me attitude. I could go on.... Someone needs to teach you customer service.

Honestly, there are only 2 good things about this post office (hence the 2 stars). One, it's the nearest post office to my house, and two, usually I can get away with using the automated machine and don't need to interact with the employees. I do love the postal machine. Sad to say, today I had to mail a package overseas, which meant that I had to go up to the counter and actually interact (if you can call it that) with the most unhelpful, unengaging person I've had to deal with in awhile. She was way more concerned with what the other 2 employees were doing (whatever it was, it wasn't helping the line of customers behind me), and pretty much just grunted at me. Seriously, is a smile and a friendly greeting too much to ask for?! Every time I've had to utilize the mail counter here, there has always been a long line with only one employee handling things and the rest of the employees doing...something. Who knows what? Which is probably why the one person helping customers seemed so unpleasant. Bleah. Thankfully I don't foresee needing to mail anything that can't be processed by the postal machine for awhile, as this post office makes what should be a simple chore such a pain! read more

I've read other people's reviews and maybe I just love the post office or something because I actually enjoy this location and use it all the time. It is located in a strip mall type of situation but it's not hard to find. It's off of barry road and near the Hobby Lobby. It has a self serve kiosk, which is pretty convenient, and nice staff for when you don't use self serve. I've never waited long or had a disappointing experience, so I'll keep coming back. It definitely makes sending things a little easier! read more

They have thief's working there please be aware and always get your receipts or pay for insurance.over $500 took from me due to their wrong doings. When i asked where my package was their answer was why didn't i ask for a receipt. Every post office I've been too automatically gives receipts upon shipping something out so why not this one maybe because its easier for them to steal .Why not just do your job correct.plus wen i was just there i seen multiple people drop packages off and received receipts without asking.PLEASE BE AWARE OF OLDER AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY SHE IS THE ONE I DEALT WITH read more

This location has a strangely placed mailbox on the wrong side of the street for you to drop off letters right in front. Once you go inside the automated machine is to the left to help you & that is probably your best bet. The machine will walk you through step by step of sending your letter or package. now if your package is to big to fit into the slot on the right or you need to purchase items from the little shopping area then you have to go to the front. There is always a long line for the clerks. I don't believe it is due to passports because I have seen over several years that these clerks just don't care about the line. You will never get a smile or friendly service you just get matter of fact service. You know the kind that I'm just going to do my job but nothing extra. I have tried to get passport appoints for the last 2 months & always get a different answer depending on who I talk to. The only consistent answer I get is to go to another location to get passports because the other location could do it faster or Gladstone does walk in so go there! smh The only up side to this location is the lady that brings out the cart to help you with priority mail. I wish she was there all the time. She smiles & helps you. You can tell she is a people person & the only bright spot in this post office. read more

I have visited this location several times to complain that my grocery ads are not being delivered. I plan my menus around what is on sale that week at the various grocery stores. My postal employee seems to deliver some ads to my neighbors but almost never delivers to my address. After several visits and conversations with various delivery managers I am always assured things will change. Here we are August 1st 2018 and still no ads. This postal location apparently employs delivery people who don't care and managers who are not effective at handling customer complaints. read more

I too have found the government workers at this PO to be VERY SELFISH, SRKF CENTERED AND LAZY! They are most arrogant about the fact that they can make you WAIT while 2 or 3 of them might huddle together to discuss the newest stamp with one customer at the expense of 8 or 10 that are waiting in line. And then when you finally do get your turn they rattle off their little memorized spiel nearly under their breath and then get intolerant when you ask them to speak slower and more clearly. They need a serious lesson in customer service. They KNOW that they are being offensive, it's intentional. If they worked for me I would FIRE them all. They are obviously liberals. So hateful and disrespectful. I would vote to fire them. Never once been pleased with their service. They have the ATTITUDE that they are indispensable, I would like to show them that they are not! read more
