    Visited 3 April 2021…read more When I got to the post office there were very few people there but I needed packaging so mail my items. I was looking for bubble/padded envelopes but the section that had those were closed. There were flat rate envelopes so I went with those instead. There are counters throughout the post office where customers can organize and write labels. At least two tables I went to had no pens so I searched frantically through my purse (I usually have a pen but of course I did not have one that day). I moved to a third counter and luckily that had a pen. Once I was done labeling and packaging my items, a few other customers had come in. That seemed okay since the previous customers were moving along quickly. Boy was I wrong. I started writing this review while I waited in line. I was patient because there was only one postal clerk working and she was soo sweet despite the issues she had from the customers. There were 4 people ahead of me. One conducted his business and left without any issues. I probably spent an additional 30 minutes in USPS waiting on the other 3 because 1. a female customer wanted tape but had to tell an entire story of why she doesn't have tape (We all learned she was sending left over valentines day treats to her boyfriend in Canada who she met randomly online and haven't seen in 13 months!). 2. a male customer tried to get stamps from the self-service kiosk but the machine took his money without giving him stamps. We could tell he was getting aggressive but the postal kept her cool, walked with him to check the machine, then called her supervisor. 3. A third customer, also a female was confused whether to mail priority express overnight or just regular priority! By the time I finally made it to the counter, I was so annoyed by the previous customers but the postal clerk apologized to me for the long wait (which she didn't have to because it wasn't entirely her fault). 5 stars - for the postal clerk 3 stars - for the inadequate supplies & the store section being closed 3 stars - for the condition of the facility. It was clearly old and a lot of the posters and info graphics on the walls were very outdated

    Swappa Staff/Management Are Cowards Who Lack Integrity, Is Not Objective, Has Doubled Standards,…read moreand Poor Business Practices - DO NOT USE! ZERO VALUE ! Ugh! I really have no respect for cowards. That energy is so off-putting. I loathe people who behave like that, cower behind anonymity and delusions of grandeur, and empty titles. This is exacerbated when it is done by a place of business... Swappa back in the day used to be AWESOME. I had my account for OVER 10 years(~36 sold items, ~18 buys, 5-star rating on ALL sales), with ZERO issues. That is until recently... The short: I bought an item from an "enterprise" seller. According to Swappa's own terms, certain data should be available immediately after you remit payment. There is evident contradiction, ambiguity, miscommunication, and hypocrisy in the treatment of laymen sellers and "enterprise" sellers and their FAQ section. Remember, I have plenty of experience with buying, selling, refund, PayPal, returns, fees, etcetera. *The "enterprise" seller was unable to provide information that should have been made available and/or readily accessible once payment was tendered, according to their own policies, both parties were in violation of this. As a result I opted to decline moving forward with the transaction and asked the "enterprise" seller to just cancel the order, minutes after they said they did not have the specific device information. Weird. They ultimately wanted to assess me a 10% return/restock fee for a device they never shipped out or could even provide me the requested information on and took me through an unnecessary claim with PayPal for almost a week. I reiterate this was dumb and to simply cancel the order/not accept the funds/ or I would be forced to involve PayPal. I waited exactly 24 hours and got nothing. I escalated to PayPal, Swappa deletes my account, I win my PayPal claim, I contact Swappa, no response. Trash

    Awesome customer service at this location on Chatham Ave #2480. The staff is always so friendly…read morewhenever I need time come in and take care of business. The gal at the register who assisted me is top notch in customer service and she is such a delight to deal with. I didn't get her name but she has short auburn hair. I say she deserves a raise for her excellent mannerisms and again customer service. Way to go UPS in hiring and having great staff, especially her.
