I waited in line, got to the front, and two agents opened up. I stepped to one, and the person behind me stepped to the other. The one I approached didn't say, "I'm not available,"--she just walked away. The other didn't say, "She's not available, let me help you,"--instead, she helped the person behind me and then seemed to take her time on purpose. When it was finally my turn, I asked for some tape to attach my label (something I've done many times before). She handed me scotch tape with an unspoken "risk it." No apology, no mention that they didn't have proper tape, and no suggestion that I could purchase some. I had to look around myself and found tape for sale. I bought it, stepped aside so the next person could go, and taped up my package while she watched with a smirk. When I handed it to her, she just tossed it over her shoulder into the bin. Honestly, that was one of the worst customer experiences I've had in a very long time.

Who do all those cars belong to, the employees or the senior living across the street? There were 3 of us in there today and we all brought up why there is no parking? Employees said NOTHING! Mind Boggling poor letter carrier service and horrible, incompetent lady manager is the WORST…read more Starting back in August 2025 with letter carrier Steve, who lacks any common sense and who disrespects my property during his mail delivery route. I caught this idiot, Steve (RING camera video evidence) walking past my perfectly open and clean front porch only to step into my landscaped area and knocking into my security sign/landscape lights/landscape bushes/landscape rock. Crazy that he thinks stomping into my landscaping area and then reaching back over to my mailbox next to my front door is somehow the way to go. It's like getting into your car through the passenger door instead of the drivers door. Why would you do that?? This stupid practice risks damaging my bushes/landscape lights/signage, not to mention risking an off balance trip or fall. One day, I asked Stupid Steve why he chooses to walk past my clean and clear porch only to stomp all over my landscaping bushes. He responded by showing me (demonstrated not once, not twice, but 3 times!!) how he likes to step over the bushes and plop my mail into the mailbox because somehow (in his mind) that is better or quicker or saves him a step??? The guy is nuts. It is not quicker, and does not save a step (it actually has him taking more steps, not to mention unsafe). I wasn't expecting a debate. If Stupid Steve had any common sense, he would use the front step instead of jumping over bushes. If Stupid Steve had any respect for homeowners property, he should honor my simple request. If you are over at someone's house and they ask you not to smoke, then by golly, you don't smoke. Stupid Steve tried to make me fell as if I was the bad guy here. Ridiculous! For the next couple of weeks I noticed Stupid Steve still up to his stupid tricks, basically thumbing his nose at me by continuing to violate proper postal employee practices, policies and procedures. I've got the RING camera video proof. I now consider this deliberate harassment and will file a report with Stupid Steve's superiors. I filed a formal complaint on the USPS website. I took the extra step to print the formal complaint and take it to the main Mission Branch office on Broadmoor Street. Now I will present my complaint in person to Stupid Steve's management. I spoke with Supervisor, Kim Dominguez. She was fairly cooperative and fairly helpful but it seems the management doesn't really care and they do next to nothing. It's appalling how management coddles Stupid Steve instead of disciplining (or Firing) or training him. What's most disturbing is how the Post Office tries to dodge responsibility and try to blame me (the home owner). They like to flip the script and turn it around on my as if I am the bad guy. The fail to own the problem. They shirk responsibility and provide no solutions. They had the gall to ask me to move my mailbox!!!??? Are you kidding me??? My mailbox is perfectly fine and placed perfectly next to my front door. Here again, USPS unduly protecting one of their idiot own and dodging accountability all the while flipping the script trying to paint me as the bad guy. UNBELIEVABLE!! With Stupid Steve's disrespect for me and my property, along with his combative attitude, aggressive style and threatening nature making me uncomfortable, so much so that I don't want Stupid Steve on my property. I asked Kim to assign another letter carrier. Let Stupid Steve handle the next block. But Noooooooo, they can't do that for some reason. Why not? Just move him over to the next route. I'm sure letter carriers get reassigned all the time. Kim said the union wouldn't allow that. Bullshit! I don't think the union cares one bit which route Stupid Steve works. Here's the kicker folks: without any notice, Stupid Steve stopped delivering my mail for 4 MONTHS!! Out of the blue On 12-6-25, I receive a plastic USPS tray plopped onto my front porch. If it was windy or raining that day, my mail would have been littered all over my neighbors yards or all wet. I work on Saturdays so I was not home. In that plastic tray is 4 months worth of mail. No note, no explanation, no nothing. On 12-12-25 I went to the Mission post office to talk with Stupid Steve's supervisor, Kim Dominguez. I brought the USPS plastic tray filled with my 80 pieces of mail dating back to August. I complained about not receiving mail for 4 months and NOT being notified of their intention to stop delivering my mail. I am being punished and harassed by the post office because I blew the whistle on a disrespectful letter carrier who doesn't know how to properly do his job. That is wrong, that is retaliation and that is unacceptable. Kim gave me the usual runaround and flimsy excuses. I was getting nowhere so I asked to speak with a manager. It turns out the lady manager (did not get her name) was standing by me the whole time and I'm sure she heard all that had been said, yet she did nothing. The manager is completely worthless.

The lady seemed very sweet and was taking care of someone but the gentleman on the left was extremely rude to a customer and yelling in her face over mailing a slip of paper that she couldn't figure out how to do. He was being very aggressive turning red and even yanked the piece of paper from her.. I felt like I was on an episode of what would you do? The girl never once raised her voice and you could tell she was a pretty shy person who felt bad and even apologized multiple times for "being an inconvenience". The worker on my right and the person she was helping kept looking over and so did I. Everyone felt extremely uncomfortable. I don't know what his name was but somebody needs to talk to this grown man about his temper. I ended up checking on the girl after he helped me out and she seemed pretty sad.
