I had a really positive experience at USPS today thanks to aDimika. She brought great energy to the counter, was extremely helpful, and clearly knew what she was doing. Even with a line building up, she stayed organized, kept things moving, and handled each customer with patience and professionalism. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing good service. That said, it was clear she could use additional support--she was managing the entire line on her own, which isn't fair given how busy it was. Overall, great customer service from Dimika. USPS would benefit from having more staff during peak times to match the level of service she's providing on her own. read more

Businesses usually receive mail everyday, minus sunday. We didn't have this problem with the former letter carrier. But it happens periodically, especially when our usual carrier is on leave. This is the local USPS that I have to contact when there's a problem. We didn't receive mail, incoming mail, and outgoing mail, this past monday- Aug 18 and tuesday- Aug 19. I also put out a letter which was misdelivered (it's a totally different address), and placed the red flag up monday morning; this is still there, 3 days later, today, wednesday, Aug 20. I called, but I listened to this really long list of Options, and tried reaching an Attendant. I was not able to do so, after that really really long wait. So I went to www.USPS.com to submit my Complaint. This is frustrating. I received an email response within a couple of hours. I received a call from someone at USPS, who then explained that our regular letter carrier is on vacation. I told him that the sub came here, but didn't know to check the front bench for our outgoing mail. I told him the sub was parked in between our hangar and the other hangar and could not see from his vantage point, that there was a bench in front of our office, which is where we place our outgoing mail. He assured me that he would leave a note for the sub to check our front property. read more

If there was a way to rate lower than 1 star I would rate it that. I tried giving them a chance after they lost my package last year and continuously redirecting my phone calls since the employees didn't want to help me inside. I came in with a QR code to print a shipping label and again after a year they can't seem to fix the printer or replace the one they have. I doubt it is truly broken and they just didn't want to deal with printing the label out. This Post Office truly sucks, everyone should avoid it so it can close down. read more

I wish I could give this NEGATIVE 5 stars. I was glad to show up to a post office that was empty, because you would think the visit would be fast. H3ll nah! Was in the post office for a good hour and a half because their printer kept jamming up. I had a few important documents that needed to be sent out. They kept using moisturizer for the printer as if this was a spa day for the printer with the amount of moisturizer they kept using. There was a moment where I was hoping they didn't run out of moisturizer for the printer, and at that point, my anxiety multiplied. The first girl that helped me, she seemed irritated that she had to do her job. the second girl was a little bit more friendly but she also seemed irritated that she had to do her job as well, but she did help me complete my business at the post office. After reading other reviews, it seems like this printer problem is ongoing. If they're not gonna get themselves a new printer, I hope they order enough moisturize, and a scented one too. - 5 read more

Highly recommend getting info mail when you have info emails when getting mail from this address. The post office clerks steal and loss mail on purpose. I've had serve instance that I don't get certified mail. When I came complain they tell me to make a list claim. The mail that's missing always has to do with my identity. There have been big issues with the Post Office from day one with change of address card that was never picked up and went to the PO to handle in-person and mail still never delivered. Went to the Post Office 3 times looking for a Bank card and ID that was supposed to be delivered. Complaints made but nothing done, and could never speak to a Manager or Supervisor. After 3 months put mail on HOLD and still, two weeks later after Informed Delivery says mail was at the Post Office I had a run in with the Postal worker Lolita, when asked again about the issues who said there are 10 supervisors/ managers ( this PO building is not that big to require 10 people in that position) and mail carriers there don't have regular routes when asked who was the carrier on my route according to her they just pick a route? I left my name and info about the issue.. waiting for a call back to see what happened and also filed a formal complaint via the phone. It does not help when you are waiting on important documents to live. ( Everything is attached to your ID here in Vegas. Imagine getting stopped by Law Enforcement without proper ID.???????? read more

Something about this post office I like. Good service and they seem to move the mail promptly. Other post office are slow to get your item delivered, but here it's different. Drop off your item in the drop chute and it's processed promptly and it's scanned for delivery. Other places the package is delayed and may move the next day (hopefully). I have been to this Post Office 4 times over the last month. The first visit was perfect. The second visit the computers were down and the doors were locked at 4:30pm. The third visit had 15 people in line with one person handling transactions. They locked the door before the closing time of 5pm as a second person helped with certain transactions. The last time I arrived at 4:45pm and the doors were locked. This is the most unreliable Post Office I have ever visited. The employees seem to make their own hours. I've been expecting a package that has been 2 weeks late which I understand bc of the pandemic, it finally got to the post office but was scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Worst postal service I've ever had, waited for a package to sign all day and they kept extending the time. So I had to reschedule delivery for a later day, waited all day for the package to not even be delivered then had to call to find which post office to pick up the package because they never left a package notice for me. This is hands down the worst post office I have ever been to in my entire life (and trust me, I've live all over the world, so that's saying a lot). I've lost countless packages due to mislabeled addresses and having them send back my packages after attempted delivery on the day it comes back, rather than waiting 5-15 days like any other regular post office. I couldn't believe how much money I have lost in packages ever since moving to this zip code, nor do any of them give a damn. What's worse? When the mailmen leave my packages on the busy city street on the strip that I live on WITHOUT knocking. Last but not least, they'll never pick up their phone to answer a quick question. The people that work here are worthless and lazy. It's a damn shame that government jobs are so well protected because they hire the laziest people they can find to inconvenience and frustrate everyone and then there is nothing you can do about it. Complaints go unnoticed and they are allowed to flat out lie to you and get away with it. Pathetic lazy people work here. If I could give this post office 0 stars I would without absolutely any hesitation. We just moved into a new apartment and we're required to get a mail box key from this post office. First let's talk about the location it's on a one way street that is probably one of the busiest streets in Las Vegas. We put in an order for the mail box key in the beginning of October. They said it would take about 1-2 weeks to make the key. We came back every week for about month when the horrible customer service came into play. We talked to a lady we had seen several times working there but never helped us. We informed we had been waiting a month for our key. We showed her the receipt we got from when we put the key in. Her response was baffling. She said the girl never put in the key order and took the paper threw it away and then said we will put in a new one. Mind you we had already waited an entire month without a mail box. I asked if we could call the girl and asked her where she may have put the paper and her response was no she doesn't work at this location. No accountability at all. After about 2 months we finally ending up getting our key and hope we never have to visit this post office again. They really need to hire some new staff in there that actually know how to work in customer service. read more

Worse location I have ever been to. I have an app telling me what mail to expect. Right! Wrong, go out and it's not there. Call the several times and nobody will pick up, yet they'll pick up and hang up on you. Been trying all day and they had the nerve to beep into my number so I'd click over and they'd hang up. What a joke for USPS. NOW they want to raise the postage again, for what crummy service and deliver! Plus had put a hold on my mail 3 weeks in advance, have THE RING, and was in Mexico and could see mail in our box, had to call the location on Decatur to get ahold of the location on Swenson to read the hold and send carrier to pick up mail. My friend sent me a package with brownies to thank me for referring people to her business. I went to pick it up since they didn't want to leave it at the door. The package was missing. They said they'd call me back. No call, just a repeat notice to pick up the package or it would be returned. I go again to pick it up, and again it's missing. I felt like I was being blamed for not having a tracking and only having their notice. Now they've either had my brownies for 2 weeks or eaten them themselves. When they get a replacement mailman to do deliveries for the typical mailman who is on vacation there's usually no issues or run-ins. But this time, has been the most infuriating experience I have ever had. I had something delivered to my residence two weeks ago was supposed to be delivered on January 8. I was waiting for the delivery and then I went to go track my order it said it was healing process to return to sender. I went to the post office to see what was going on because I checked my address and my name and everything was correct. Apparently the substitute mail person who is replacing the typical route driver because the original route driver was on vacation, marked my package to return to sender because the address was not correct. I looked up that address and it takes you exactly to my place of residence. I talk to the supervisor she was so sweet and understanding, but what boggled my brain was that she also stated that my package should not have been returned because the address was correct. Fast forward, two weeks later I had the same package we ordered and re-delivered by the company and I have been waiting for that package this week. It was supposed to be delivered on January 21. I get the notification that it was delivered, unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up the package that day but I came to pick it up the next day early in the morning. I went to my mailbox because it said it was delivered, "in/at mailbox" and I find no mailbox key in my mailbox. My package is not going to fit in that small mailbox so I expected a key. But, to my surprise, there was no key in there. So, I went to my parcel locker that the United States Postal Service has a specific code that they have access to. I work in my leasing office so I know that they have access to these codes and if they don't know it they can always come into the office and get that code. Mind you, my package was marked delivered at 1 PM that January 21. I went to my parcel locker because I had another package in there and that package that opened was not the package I was looking for it was my other package. I called the Parcel Pending company and they try to find my package for me but could not find anything. I went to my leasing office to see if my package was possibly back there there was no package. It's the fact that the same package, has been messed up twice in a row by a substitute male person. Who are you folks hiring? Because it's clear that you're not hiring the right people. Returning to sender is one thing, but marking a package that is delivered at a residence is a different situation. I am so frustrated right now because I have been wanting this package for this entire month and for some reason this post office is hiring shitty workers. read more

This post office is in the most awkward location EVER! It's on Swenson, which is a 1 way road coming from the airport. If you are coming from the other direction, you would need to take Paradise Rd and then turn left at Swenson to head back towards Tropicana. Swenson can be a VERY busy street and it is easy to get stuck while trying to exit the parking lot. There is nothing particularly special about any of the clerks. From my experience, they all seem to just be "over it." I guess dealing with people everyday can do that to you! This isn't the worst post office and is far from the best. Combine that with the entrance/parking situation, I would suggest to avoid this location. read more

This place sucks. It's been 2 weeks no package. I can't even track it online. I go in and they said it get sent to Summerlin instead of Las Vegas and would be here the best day and still is NOT here.
