I have to say first and foremost that making a return from an online seller is one of my least favorite things to do, I dislike it even more when they partner with USPS as the lines are usually long, I never know if it's going to be a hassle, etc. On this Saturday in particular I first tried the Post Office location near my house (which I loathe), but it was closed. A little worried I was going to have to wait until Monday, further delaying my refund, I went online and saw that this location was open until 5pm. I decided to give it a go and down the street I drove. Walking in was nostalgic for me and I was expecting a huge line, afterall it was a weekend in November. I was shocked to find only one other person in line ahead of me and I was up at the front in less than two minutes. The gal working was the kindest postal worker I've encountered in years. She was able to scan my QR code and get my package out the door quickly. Nothing super remarkable about this experience, but it was one of the better ones I've had lately at a USPS. If my local one continues to go downhill I might make the 10 minute drive to this one in the future.

The parking around the station is hefty, up to $15/hour. The building is connected to Westin and Crown Center with Skywalk. There are activities like Science city, cafe, restaurant, bakery and gift shops inside the building. The passage walkaway also has lots of historical portraits, highlighting the timeline of development of the station. We spent almost half day exploring the station. The bakery, cafe and gift shops were nice. Science city is great for children. Overall the was clean and a popular place for tourists.

Wonderful idea for visitors. It's very busy all the time. Bathroom is clean. Not many public seats or benches at the main hall. We went to the science museum and shops around a bit.
