He/she is lazy leaving huge boxes at mailbox across the street instead of bringing to my door. I tried to call to report..but never can get to actually speak to anyone. So basically, they are saying we can't let our dog out with the invisible fence unless it's in the evening because the woman (not sure of her name, she has long grey hair and sunglasses) will not deliver again if our dog is out. She was also very rude and aggressive and could have at least been polite rather than yelling and then aggressively running to our door once we let our dog in to ring the doorbell multiple times repeatedly then yelled at me and woke up our 2 year old. Our dog always comes in, in less than 10 seconds once I call him and it's only happened TWICE in over 2 YEARS that he happened to be outside when she delivered.

It's impossible to make an online appointment for a renewal because they don't exist! She refused to help me. Maleeka refused to give me her last name. If she's not doing anything wrong, why refuse to provide your full name? I called a couple of times trying to get her full name. The phone rang and rang without being picked up. When Maleeka answered when I called AGAIN, she started screaming at me and told me she was calling the police...all because I wanted her last name. My son also called, trying to get her name. He asked to speak to the postmaster and was told, "It's me! I'm Maleeka. Who 'dis,?" She refused to give him her last name. Also, she wasn't wearing a uniform or a name tag. Maleeka needs to be fired. A formal complaint has been filed.
