This place is a JOKE. I ordered something from the UK. They were quick and send it out from their side. Then it went with USPS and never send ANY kind of tracking information what so ever to me. Had to contact the UK company for them to give me some kind of tracking order. I called SEVERAL times to USPS and was really patient staying on hold for about an hour with nooo response. Then I had to go to the post office for the lady to tell me "oh they have tried to contact you twice". How did they contact me when I got NOTHING? I would check my email, my door and NOTHING. Worst worst worst customer service ever. I worked for the post office. You deliver the mail no matter what. My work hasn't gotten out mail picked up, we have letters that need to go out to our tenants. There reasoning- oh if you don't have any mail for that day, we don't have to stop by your business to pick it up. Business rely on you to pick up there mail EVERYDAY! No excuses! When I was a carrier I stopped at every house that had a flag up even if I didn't have mail for them. Fix your system. Thanks for the lady arguing with me on the phone. Probably the worst service I have ever received, including at other post offices. If I could give it 0 starts I would. The people who work here are rude and act like you're putting them out for coming to the post office. They are not helpful and will flat out say 'no' to legitimate, normal requests. Called this place and got a person to pick up and talk about a tracking number. A week later called multiple times and no one would even pick up the phone. Maybe because i was out of state that they did not want to pick up? Either way, screw them. read more

Another clear example as to why U.S Government run businesses continue to fail. Several months ago I drove to this Post Office in the mid afternoon to mail a small package. When I arrived, I joined approximately 11 other customers in line and hoped that I would not have to wait very long. Upon arriving, I witnessed a woman [stupid and inconsiderate as a box of rocks] approach the counter with a Department Store shopping bag and asked the Post Office clerk to select a shipping box, and proceeded to pull out all of the newly purchased items and place them in the shipping box. What made matters worse is that she asked the Postal Worker to add packing material, and tape and address the box and then paid for the transaction. This dellusuional customer caused the entire line to wait 25 minutes. The other Postal Worker was processing Passports for a family of six. Wake up Lehi and Saratoga Springs people and do all of your packaging at home, and have it postage ready when you arrive at the Post Office. What next idiots, are you expecting these Postal Workers to do your shopping and Gift Wrapping too? read more

I would give this post office a zero if i could.. Its been seven days and still no package.. When i go online and type in my tracking number it says:Status Pre-Shipment December 16, 2017 at 4:22 pm SHIPPING LABEL CREATED, USPS AWAITING ITEM LEHI, UT 84043 Its been in that same status for 5 days now, They must have lost my package or something. read more

They never answer their phone. And, if you go in person, there is always a long line. I think this location is severely understaffed.

This post office is terrible, we were trying to get a passport and they had an employee do something out of their scope of practice and messed up our passport application. The employee did not know what they were doing and made the process way stressful and difficult. There are also two ladies that work there that are very rude and disrespectful. They come off very aggressive and raise their voice at you making everyone know your buisniess. I recommend never going to this post office. read more

The rudest and most incompetent people of all the rude and incompetent people who work for the USPS. Our business has had to stop using them as they have lost or delayed hundreds of packages this year alone. Mail constantly goes missing and when you try to complain people are just rude as can be and offer not even the basics of customer service. read more

ZERO STARS!!! This is by far the worst post office!!! They are handling our mail which is a scary thought...considering they can never get the correct address. Anytime I have packages delivered to my house....well it doesn't come to my house and you never get help from the Lehi post office. Worst local USPS office that I have ever dealt with. I have had packages marked on tracking as "delivered" not actually show up at my address. This has happened several times. On several occasions I have made calls to their location with questions & they have completely ignored my attempted phone calls. I even stood inside the Lehi post office location and called on my cell and watched them ignore the incoming calls. read more

I can honestly say, I have never set foot inside the Lehi Post Office. However, I can't let a good deed go unappreciated. A couple days ago I received a used address book in the mail--sent out by Susan at the Lehi Post Office. My address was one of the first listed in the book. Of course, it wasn't mine. But after flipping through, it was obvious that it belonged to a relative of mine. Turns out the book belonged to my sister-in-law. She was desperately looking for her lost address book and had no idea where she had left it. Thank you to that postal employee for making the effort to return the book!!! read more

The only reason it gets 1 star is because when I go in it's acceptable. There are long lines, but it's the post office...I go in with those expectations. HOWEVER...my postal carrier is HORRID and every time I try to call and file a complaint, there is a busy signal on the phone. I haven't heard one of those in years. There is no email, no on line place to contact anyone. The carrier, for years has shoved my mail into my box with reckless abandon. He/she will shove in boxes so hard and tight that I have to get out the jaws of life to retrieve my deodorant I ordered from amazon. When they do decide to leave a package on my porch, it's tossed along with any mail that I might have received. Yesterday, I went to the mail box to collect my mail and bring in my garbage can...which is next to my mail box. Nothing was in the box. A little voice inside me said to check the garbage can. Sure enough....at the bottom of my can was two amazon boxes and my mail! In front of my house I become a dumpster diver and am leaning in waist deep to retrieve my boxes and junk mail. I'll keep trying to get with my carrier....but word to the wise....if you live in this PO area and you can't find your packages....check the garbage....apparently, it's an acceptable alternative to walking and putting a box on a porch. read more

wet mail, destroyed mail they shove into the mail box because they are too lazy to get out of their car, mail left in the rain on the doorstep because they are too lazy to ring a doorbell and today I get mail addressed to 4 DIFFERENT ADDRESSES only one of which was mine!! read more
