Automatically goes to a shit show automatic system. Ruins the whole day push 1 now 4 nothing you need is on the system. All I need to know is where did all my mail go last month that was dropped at HYVEE? Anything mailed that day never made it. Bills attorneys paperwork. All I need to know is am I the only one? I wish they gave a zero for rating.. I understand we had a snowstorm the first of January, but I don't understand why I didn't get mail for dates?? Everyone, Amazon, UPS and even Uber eats were able to deliver. What is up with Liberty Missouri these days? I used to be proud to live here. I couldn't even get my trash picked up! Our post office needs to step it up I had an order coming through the mail that said it would be here Tuesday. Apparently it's just been sitting at Liberty Post office. Pathetic read more

I truly love the Liberty Mo post office! Staff, friendly and helpful. I'm not thrilled with the price of stamps anymore, but that's not their fault. I also like that they have the automated machine so you could mail your own packages any anytime of the day or night if they fit into the machine. During the holidays, this is a great benefit. The only issue sometimes is that the container behind that holds the packages may get full. Which case I just got back in the morning with a package already stamped and ready to go and just hand it to a postal employee if it doesn't fit into the receptacle. read more

Mail was being returned without proper procedure of checking file for box rental first, blaming customer for not notifying them, even though I called, went in person, and signed papers to rectify the situation that was ongoing for months. Jolene was very rude condescending, & unprofessional yesterday telling me that she was returning our mail & today on the phone she had the same unprofessional, rude,threatening, condescending attitude telling me it wasn't her & I was yelling at her,not realizing she was on speaker & there was someone witness the conversation when I was trying to thank her. I don't know what happened to what was at one time a great service. It seems to take forever to get a package or even an envelope from here to anywhere. I will give kudos to our carrier - he's a rarity in that he goes out of his way to make sure our mail is delivered to the right house, and diverts it to my sister's house across the street if we know we'll be gone. But he's an exception to be sure. A small package I sent a full week before Christmas to my goddaughter in Portland OR is still not there, and today is the 31st. I certainly regret trusting them to get it there on time., I only use the USPS if I have to. There are way too many superior alternatives. read more

I came in this morning just to drop off a package and there was an older woman working at the counter. She was helping a customer at the counter and there was another woman in line behind her. The employee asked the woman in line to move back and said "this is my customers space and you need to step back so you aren't in their personal space". It was an extremely weird thing to say since the woman was already 10 ft behind the person being helped. The woman apologized and explained she was just trying to read one of the CDC signs and the employee began arguing with her, raised her voice and told the woman she didn't need to be rude. The woman being accused stayed calm and level headed the whole time. Don't know if I could say the same if she would've been speaking to me that way. As a bystander in this situation, it was completely uncalled for that employee to speak down to a customer the way she did when she did nothing wrong. After watching the situation, I turned around and walked out without even dropping my package off. This was my first time coming to this location and honestly I won't be back. read more

I have been coming to this location for six years and have never had an issue until today. My issue is my packages not being delivered to my home address. I sat and watched out my window the mailman/woman put a "sorry we missed you while you were out" notice and not even TRY and make an attempt to deliver the packages. My neighbors have said and done the same thing been watching waiting on their packages and they get notices instead. These mail carriers are very lazy and rather stick a notice in the mailbox over trying to make an attempt to do their job and deliver the mail. I called today and a woman supervisor name dusty said "they don't get paid to deliver packages to your door that what Fedex, ups, and amazon get paid for. This supervisor dusty was very rude disrespectful and unprofessional over the phone she would not let me speak constantly trying to speak over me so I politely hung up, and left this review. read more

I've been having to go to this post office a lot to pick up packages that were 'attempted delivery'.

Not only did they refuse to deliver my package saying there was no access even though roads were clear and they delivered my neighbors package. They have now rerouted my package from being just a couple miles away to go through UPS so now it is in Texas and has to be sent back. Making me wait another almost week. USPS is worthless. I really wish it wasn't decided for us that we are forced to use them because I would absolutely never again do so. read more

Pretty cool post office. The best part is that they have an automated Postal Center so you can ship stuff no matter what time it is. I shipped a package at 9 tonight and it was very easy. Plenty of parking and doesn't usually get very busy but sometimes customers don't get helped quick enough causing a backup. Otherwise, pretty nice. read more

If I could give no stars I would. My mail is constantly being Mia delivered or not at all. Filed several complaints for almost 3 years now to no avail. They lost the ashes of my loved one. I have to go pick up packages if I want them and even then I have to argue with them every time as to why I have to pick up packages there. I requested specifically to pick them up after they LOST THE REMAINS OF MY BEST FRIEND!!!! And now my W-2s are coming up missing. I suspect the carrier of either stealing my W-2s or purposely mis delivering them. Which is great when I got a neighbor who likes to hit the crack pipe and is now making threats. So glad to know he might have all my personal information like my SSN. When I've talked to supervisors they give me the run around and refuse to give me information to take the complaint up the chain. My best advice? DO NOT LIVE WHERE THIS IS YOUR POST OFFICE. They are HALF the reason I'm trying to move. And no this was an issue before COVID-19. They don't care. They are not interested in your issues. Screw this place and the shady employees! read more
