Worst post office ever! They lose and steal packages of mine all the time! They have lost almost 10 packages of mine over the last few years. Example, my package will say "out for delivery" and then never comes. When I call and ask them where it's at or why it didn't come they simply say I don't know. Horrible, very rude! read more

After standing around for 30 minutes while they tried to locate my package, they tell me they don't know where it is and proceed to give me the phone number to the post office itself so I can talk to their supervisor who is sitting in her office, which is located in the same building. If i had a choice of putting No Stars i totally would!!! Ive had 2 different occasions with this particular location, first time was when an employee delivering mail tried getting through a tight space and ended up yanking my front bumper, he gave me attitude and didnt want to give out his name until i told him that the property had cameras thats when he called his supervisor (Ms. Jackson) she arrived a few minutes later asked me to write down a statement. Which i did and she said she would contact me so we can get the situation fixed, 2 years later and nothing i ended up fixing it up with my own money... now the 2nd situation happened in September 2017 were I ordered something and a week later that i didn't receive anything I tracked my package and it said it was delivered. I asked everyone at home if they've seen it, everyone said no! I called the USPS station and asked them what was going on, the lady i spoke too confirmed that the employee had delivered it at the wrong address which is next door, I reviewed my camera footage and saw that the USPS employee had it in her hand while delivering the rest of the my mail and takes my package to my neighbors house. I go ask my neighbors the home owners said they didnt see anything, later that evening im on OfferUp and i see my neighbors nephew selling it there. I go back and the neighbor calls out the nephew and admits he had it and had already sold it and the money was gone. I go to my local police station and they recommended me making a claim thru USPS because they have their own investigators and they couldnt take a report down because it wasnt theft, it was misdelivered. So i make a claim, they closed my claim because there wasn't nothing to be investigated since the employee delivered my package at the wrong address, and that the station was the one in-charged of giving me my money back, but they referred me to call consumer affairs, consumer affaires tells me to talk to the person in charge of the station and after calling and calling no one answers the phone, if they do they say that there is no managers in that they are all in the field. Its now almost ending of December a few months later and im still assed out of my money and or my package that i never saw!! I still have screen shots of my package being sold on Offer Up!! If anyone has any advice on what i can do so i can get my money back its only worth $80 but its not how much it cost, its about how this damn USPS location takes care of their customers... this location sucks! read more

This is the worst post office on the planet. It has been 7 years since I had this experience, and I'm still a little scared of post offices because of it. I was trying to mail a Priority envelope and when I went to fill out the address every chain that should have a pen attached was missing a pen. No biggie, I'll just ask to borrow a pen at the desk, right? So I wait in line for about 45 min, get to the window and the woman berates me for not having the address on my envelope (which I just obtained right then and there at the post office) filled out. When I explain that there were no pens on any of the chains she says "YOU CAME TO THE POST OFFICE AND YOU DON'T HAVE A PEN?!" and tells me to get to the back of the line and come back when I have my envelope filled out. I ask if I can use one of the 15 pens she has in a cup sitting on her desk and she tells me, flatly, NO. I am as annoyed with customers who take forever as the next person, but honestly it takes longer for them to dole out the schpiel about "do you wanna buy stamps" and whatnot than it would have taken for me to spend 15 seconds writing an address on an envelope. Honestly, what are the chains even installed there for if people are expected to bring a pen to a post office? This post office should be one of the post offices closed by the USPS, I'm pretty disgusted to see that it's not on the list when a bunch of post offices with super nice customer service people and ample pens are being closed. read more

OMG this the most incompetent place ever. How incompetent as incompetent as my English grammar! They never pick the phone even if you call early, they don't have any way to communicate with their shipping carriers or way of knowing which is carrying your packages and can't help you intercept a package. If you go over there to ask about your undeliverable packages a different person will Tell you a different tale every time you go there,so not consistency or realavility. Also their carriers will come out with every little excuse to say"sorry we couldn't delivered your package, because we're too dumb to figure out how to move around contractions workers who are not getting in the way of anyone. But we'll keep packages in the trunk so you can't pick them up yourself at the facility" also their contact phone sends you to an auto answering machine that uses voice commands and is always picking the wrong option, just use a auto text instead,geez. Not mention that If you want to talk to a human their waiting hours ranges around 30 to 60 minutes. If you live on the area close by, don't use them use Amazon or ups instead. read more

I had to mail a package a few weeks back. It was a quick stop, something that I did not expect since it is a post office and they usually don't have the best reputation for being time efficient. The employees were super nice and one of them even saved me money by telling me to buy a cheaper box cause apparently I picked a more expensive one. I went at around 1pm on a Monday and there wasn't a line. I was kind of surprised at how well the experience went and will definitely come to this location again. read more

The workers here are among the rudest people I've encountered in LA. The lady that sits at window #2 takes pleasure out of yelling at people. The lines are egregiously long, and this lady made me get back in line TWICE on THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke, the second time she had a bad day. I'm always willing to give people a pass. But every single time she has been insanely rude. I talked with the delivery person who dropped off mail at my building near campus, and she, with annoyance and boredom, referred me to this facility. I'm VERY appalled with some of their shitty employers when it comes to delivery packages and customer service!!! I was supposed to get my package from ebay and supposedly it was out for delivery BUT didn't leave a DAMN notecard that I have the option to pick it up at this location, but I didn't get it. Later it turned out that my apartment number was missing and I looked through my ebay account and my apartment number along with my address and everything was in the computer and I even told the seller from ebay that my apartment number was on the bottom of the address. Even if all my correct info is there and only my apartment number is missing, at least my ID can match with my order that I have yet to retrieve so somehow it went back to the seller and didn't contacted me so I have to wait, although I wasted my money on my order that was sent to this stupid post office that can't do anything right but to send it back. That's why I'm considering FedEx or UPS that can actually DO THEIR JOB accurately and make USPS feel bad. SMH read more

I live in the 90018 area of Los Angeles. Apparently, we have a new mail carrier. I passed her earlier today while walking my dog and went out of my way to give her clearance. My 25# dog is friendly, but I always step off the sidewalk, assuming that some people have a fear of dogs. I said hello and she scowled as she walked by without saying a word. She just delivered the mail to my house. I went to pick up my dog as he was barking through the screen door and I said hello as she approached. (I'm guessing my dog isn't the only one barking at postal carriers.) The woman dropped my mail on the ground in front of the door and walked away. If I treated my customers that way, I wouldn't have any. Because the USPS is the only option for mail delivery, I'm stuck with this rude, sad, excuse for a human being. I tried to file an online complaint, but their website doesn't work. I called customer service but there's no way to get a live person through the endless automated options. If you're waiting for a package to be delivered from this p.o., GOOD LUCK! You'll likely be waiting in vain, but the employees will claim that a "delivery attempt" was made and that a notice was left behind. Translation: I wasn't in the mood to lift a 6 ounce package and just decided to deliver two letters instead. I'll just say that I tried to deliver the package and that I left a pick-up notice for the recipient. Companies that deal primarily in online sales are really screwed if they have to depend on the US Post Office for the delivery of customers' packages. The alternative is the more reliable but much more expensive specialists in delivery. What is this country coming to? It is clearly evident in the Russian-roulette style of work ethic here. I wanted to call the post office before calling the company for a replacement and I have never experience this level of rude service in my life. Literally before I finished my sentence, DONALD cut me off and told me to call tomorrow. I kept trying to explain my situation but he kept interrupting me and telling me to call tomorrow. The only reason I am giving this place a star is because zero stars is not an option. I try to avoid this place since the manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered. But I was pressed on time therefore had no choice but to go there and of course once again the manager went out of her way to be rude to her customers. I was filling out a form when out of no where she comes to pick up the scrap of papers on the counter practically pushing me out of the way, but not once does she acknowledge I am standing there RUDE!!!!!! My carrier is great (and I do not pay her, for the record), but I become ill when I have to visit this post office due to a missed package delivery. Poor logistics. Absolute garbage. I ordered a package of clothing online and missed the initial delivery. I was left with one of the "sorry we missed you" papers, but whoever left it didn't say why they were unable to deliver the package, which is my first issue. The slip they leave even has a designated spot for them to say why they couldn't deliver and every other package I have ever received has always been able to be delivered. This is not a package that needed to be signed for or anything of that sort. So I go online to schedule a redelivery for the next day and set up notifications on my phone so in the obscene case they needed a signature, I would be home to get it. Package never shows up. I go online to check status and absolutely no info. What is the point of rescheduling deliveries if you never intend on redelivering the package? So now I go to the actual site where the package was delivered and there is absolutely no one helping people who want to pick up packages and 5 attendants helping people send mail. Might want to consider redistributing the work efforts to make this place run more efficiently. Waste of my time. read more

USPS 90007 is totally a rubbish, a piece of shit. It cost me 80 dollars to send just a emergency document to China using USPS most expensive service: Global express Guaranteed service. Now more than 1 month has passed and I believe they have lost my package and I want my money back. They say that it is the fault of custom. They do not want to pay me the refund of my postage fee!!! Are you kidding me?? The custom keeps my document which is just several pieces of paper for more than 1 month??!! And the woman in the USPS store who is in charge of this thing is very rude. She said that the custom will keep my document however long they want. No information is shown on the internet that the package is in the custom. I believe to those package which are missiong, this is always a excuse for them to escape blame. MY express post 3 day letter had one small error I put "2615" and correct was "261 S" . after a number of failed deliveries and failures by USPS to correct address after I filed service tickets it ended up on Mar 21, 2016 at 10.07 in 90007 care. I have since called USPS and even this office many times finally on mar 28th being told it was returned to me. No return label was created. These are masters tickets and its Mar 31. Even when service tickets were created they then created even worse errors on the address including changing it to "2615 S" and then entering 90007 as zip code. It always had 90012 zip code on package. I have faxed off 4 faxes explain and begging for this to be fixed. Policy is it sits ten days then gest sent back. This is the most unbelievable case of ZERO policies and ZERO customer service. it is mind boggling that someone just could not fix this. read more

So the delivery person left my valuable artwork ONTOP of my mail box instead of putting it inside my locked mailbox, leading to it being stolen. When I spoke to someone in this office, they said that the worker was just hired and she went against protocol by doing so. So I figure it would be easy to get my refund since the manager admitted fault, but it has been 2 months, they are refusing to even give me back the $50 insurance i had on the package since they claimed 'it was delivered' so it isn't their fault. EVERY DAMN TIME I try to talk to someone about getting a refund they give me a phone number to speak to someone else, and then that person passes me on to someone else. And now I am 30 hours in of calling people and 2 months later and they have denied my claim. Then they say that claims are only done online and there is absolutely no phone number that I can call to speak to someone about why they keep rejecting my claims to give me my money back. I FUCKING HATE YOU USPS and your incompetent workers. I will never use your service ANYWHERE else and will always request fedex. Even today, I was supposed to get another package from USPS and when I check my tracking number it says 'delivered' even though there is no package. So I run downstairs and see the USPS truck outside with the driver pulling out and beginning to drive away so I run infront of his truck and waive him to pull over. I tell the driver that my package says it was delivered but it was not there, and then he checks his truck and SURPRISE he gives me my package. THAT IS TWO STRIKES USPS. You hire incompetent workers and then refuse to refund me money for losing art work that cannot be reproduced even though your corporation makes billions of dollars and you can't cough up a few hundred for your own admitted mistakes. I have called several different USPS and UPS numbers over the past week trying to track a package that went sent through UPS SurePost. For those of you that don't know what UPS SurePost is its a collaboration of both UPS AND USPS which delivers the package locally. I ordered something from the UK and accidentally wrote in the wrong address. Due to a time crunch and travel plans to leave the country, I was desperate to track down this package. By chance, someone from my local post office in Los Angeles called me upon request with regards to a different package. The representative that spoke with me was Donald, and after clarifying some questions I asked him about my UPS SurePost package and how I could change the incorrect address. He explained to me what exactly I needed to do, where I needed to track the number and politely gave me his direct-line number. I must have called him five or six times until the package actually arrived at the facility and after telling him that it was there, he personally went through all the packages and picked mine out. He also double checked that the package he had was exactly what I ordered and told me that I could go straight to the post-office to pick it up. I have never ever had anyone be so helpful and I recognize that this is someone that is very willing to help a customer because USPS receives hundreds of packages a day so sorting through them to find one in particular is not an easy task.I spoke to about 15 representatives of USPS over the phone and every single one of them suggested the package intercept (which they did not consider is ineligible for UPS SurePost), others told me there was no solution and that the package would be sent back to the sender. I even contacted the sender and they were not helpful at all. I am writing this review so that people know there are some very helpful employees at USPS and one of those employees is Donald. Thank you Donald for helping me find this package you are definitely a very important asset to our local post office! read more

this is the worst usps i ever ben to sometimes when im receiving a pkg they leaves my pkg outside my door if no one answered the door many of time they just dnt take the time to come to my door and my door is only two doors down from the mail boxs they just leaves the notice in my mail box i no i live in a big apartment building but thats just lazy than when i go to pick up my pkg it takes about 30-45mins just to receive it and fews times couple of the staff lied to me about my pkg saying its still on the truck out for delivery again had me waiting all day for my pkg it was never on the truck she was to lazy to look for it i have to come back to the post office the following day most of them really have bad attitude and no people skills like they only one that have to work they need to close that usps down or get rid of some of the staff or retrain them how to work around people read more
