    I like how they have the floors marked for 6 feet apart. The clerks are wearing masks. The place always looks organized but prepare for long lines. Every time that I have been here, they only had 1 clerk. The reason for the 1 star is because I always end up with someone else's mail in my box or my mail ends up in 1 of my neighbors house. There also has been times when my bills look like they have been opened. I had my credit cards changed and moved a lot of my bills to online because of it. Also, I had brought a stack of mail to them and even spoke with the clerk and let her know that there was no such person at this address. She said that she would take care of it. The next day, that same stack of mail that I took to the post office ended up right back in my mailbox. It's just pointless.

    Terribly terribly slow and the workers are always in bad moods it seems. It almost like they had to stand in the long slow moving lines themselves. They never seem to know what you need when asking there professional advice. It just a mess there. The property and inside itself is large. The parking lot is a mess with all kinds of craters and cracks in the concrete. They do have an outside drop off box that comes in handy.

    Been trying to call about mail I have on hold but it won't ring through. It's like the thing isn't connected.

    I like that this spot has a self serve kiosk open 24/7. Definitely don't want to stand in line these days.

    Be prepared to wait. Never seems to be enough clerks working. The self service kiosk doesn't always work.

    Rudest staff I've ever encountered on multiple occasions with multiple staff members. Go elsewhere.

    I had a great experience at the Crittenden Drive location in Louisville. I went there to see about…read moregetting a replacement for my misplaced passport card. It was super busy but the employees had everything under control. There were several customers for whom English was a second language who sometimes struggled to communicate. There was a woman with a rambunctious child there for services. The staff helped each of us with the same friendliness and respect. I very much appreciated the kindness and patience exhibited toward marginalized community members from a government facility. A woman named Becky, I believe, waited on me. She was efficient and informative. I didn't expect to be able to actually get my picture for my passport card taken an application submitted today, but once she realized I had brought proper documentation, Becky let me know I had time to fill out the papers and get it done before the 3pm cut off time. The process was quick and very organized. It was all women working as far as I could see and these ladies had it together! They had positive attitudes with all of the customers and with one another. They gave the impression that they enjoyed their jobs. I will definitely go back to this location when I need USPS services again.

My takeaway from my experience with FedEx is that FedEx is a poorly run…read morecompany on the decline with outdated software and policy and procedures compared to the competition. You call and Uber they can tell you were that car is and when it will be to you. You order an item from Amazon and it is there, sometimes, by the end of the day. I get images of my mail for the USPS every day. At no point did anyone at FedEx have any idea (and they still don't) where my package was or is right now and to be honest, no one was particularly concerned about it despite the high stakes on my end. EXTREMELY poor communication. Read on if you want my full experience. I attempted to send a package via FedEx. My daughter needed her passport to get hired for her internship in Chicago. My daughter has to have her passport to complete her I-9 or she will lose her internship and we have a lease on an apt in Chicago for the summer. She is adopted from China, she does not have a US birth certificate. This is the only proof of citizenship we have. Her social security card cannot be used. I paid $60 for FedEx to have it there by 12:20 the next day. When it was showing the next morning on the tracking that it was still in Louisville (still showing in Louisville), I called and they said it was out for delivery in Chicago. When it was not there by 1:00, I called and they said that there was a delay, and it would be upgraded and driver would be made aware that it had to be delivered by 5:00. I was given a number for the priority ticket that had been submitted and was informed I would hear from FedEx with updates. I received none. When it was not there by 4:30, I called again. Still showing in Louisville. The FedEx employ, all at call centers outside of US, informed me it was still in Louisville. I asked to speak to a supervisor who also informed me it had not left Louisville. After several minutes, I was informed that it was at a warehouse. I drove to the warehouse with the intension of driving it the 10 hrs to Chicago the next day. Once at the FedEx warehouse, I was told it was on a truck to Indy (due to weather--we did not have bad weather), that it was still at the FedEx store on Hurstbourne where I originally submitted it, and then that it was at the warehouse. After an hour wait, they still had no idea where it was. I had to leave to go teach a night class. I returned at 9:00pm. No one had called me to let me know if they could or could not find it. I was told a supervisor would call me. I have not heard from any as of 10:00am today. I have started the claim process which looks like it will be a long painful one for me. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone who knows what is going on and when I went to a local FedEx store, they told me they could not help me, and I need to call the 1-800 call center. USE FEDEX AT YOUR OWN RISK.
