I made a special trip to their store to pick up the plaque, eager to finally add the memorial plaque to the urn. Imagine my disappointment and frustration when I was handed the plaque and discovered that it wasn't brass but steel. I showed the plaque I wanted to staff when I placed the order so they could see how I wanted the plaque to look. I wasted time and gas driving to the store to pick up the plaque that now has to be redone, which means I have to make another trip to the store. And now I have to wait several days before I can pick up the plaque and finally add it to my dog's urn. I won't be doing further business with Copy Cats if I can't rely on them to do a simple job right the first time. I have updated this review and improved the rating to reflect their willingness to make things right. The redo of the plaque looked really nice, and they chose not to charge me for the plate. It shows that they value good customer service. I would have given them four stars except for the fact I had to wait five days before making another trip to the store to pick up the plaque, which held up completing my dog's urn. The manager, however, was very apologetic about the mistake and said he'd use it as a staff training situation. Because they chose to make the effort to satisfy this upset customer, I am willing to try them again.
