And when the delivery window passed with no truck in sight, I called Customer Service. That was another waste of time. They claimed they couldn't reach dispatch, said they'd 'escalate' the issue, and promised a call back within 24 hours to reschedule. They provided no reason for the missed delivery, and could not explain in any way why it was not delivered. Completely unacceptable. I don't have unlimited time to burn waiting around for a company that can't meet its own commitments. Their incompetence cost me an entire day of work for absolutely nothing.
