The lady in the AM did not want to be there. Her winning personality spoke volumes about her proud representation of the US Postal office (sarcasm). Like I stated above, I did not expect anything exceptional sort of like when you go to the DMV. Here's what I found amusing. When I paid using the tap to pay, she quickly reached over to the machine and pressed buttons. I was able to catch the questions as she rapidly pressed the screen to proceed. It was smile faces or thumbs up regarding my satisfaction of services. Hahahahha. Someone must've have received prior complaints.

I totally understand because I don't like peopling a lot. They have always provided me with solidly reliable mailing services. The architecture looks like it's the original building for whatever it used to be. Parking can be difficult because they are downtown with limited street parking. They do have the 30-minute limited parking in the front, which I've lucked out on being available a couple times.

Cutting off service mid-line because you want to go home is unacceptable, especially for a public service people rely on. What's most frustrating is the clear attitude of "there will be no consequences." That mindset shows, and it reflects poorly on the entire office. I was checking to see if I could turn the label in the QR code scan and send, but the person at the front desk verbatim said "Not to be a bitch, but there's cameras and you're making me look bad" then she proceeded to walk back to her coworker and audible insult me.

Also, anyone who has issues with the facility appearance can take it up with the Gilbert family, who own the shopping center (hence the name "Gilbert Center"). I've heard they can be quite the trying landlords.
