Then I wasted a lot of money sending valuable gifts PRIORITY MAIL and the recipients didn't receive those either. And even though the PO says that your package is insured for $100 or more. You will never receive it. They never answer the phone they never respond to your requests, it's impossible. It's the most frustrating company ever to exist in the United States. I suspect postal service employees are stealing. Saboteurs within.

Not our regular, he's awesome. The fill ins don't even try, twice in one week the service is terrible. Amazon private delivery had access and got my package from them just fine, i watched multiple times, the driver look around and then not even attempt to ask anyone for direction-did not go engage because they are always gone by the time i make it down there.

With that said, I'm puzzled how anyone would say the staff here is pleasant or personable. After living here a few years, I can confirm that the ladies working here only get more crotchety the older and fatter they become. You can tell from their dead eyed stares and the undisguised contempt in their voices that they wish they were doing anything other than customer service. As far being helpful, they will do the bare minimum they have to and treat it like an inconvenience. If you explicitly ask them to help with something they will stare at you like you ran over their dog and then do the opposite of what you asked just to spite you. They once took a piece of mail that said "do not bend" on it and folded it into quarters before shoving it into the box, despite the fact that it would have fit easily without bending it at all. The only thing they do well here is confirm the stereotype that postal employees are emotionally unstable malcontents that couldn't find work anywhere else.

The amount of packages and mail that streams through this tiny, understaffed post office must be enormous, yet I have rarely had any issues whatsoever with getting my mail and packages. I fail to comprehend why anyone would make disparaging remarks against the staff. I have witnessed customers be rude to these ladies which I found disgusting.

I dont like going to the post office around the holidays so this is a great place to go to! It does everything the post office can do! I went in today to make copies and send a letter certified. They have packaging material and a copy machine as well as a computer to use. They do passport photos...faxing...and have cute cards in the store. They have mail boxes inside that you can rent which is great! Becca waited on me and she was very friendly and professional! I really liked that there was no line and got in and out quickly! They open at 9am. Convenient location and plenty of parking available. I will definitely use them again for my Christmas packages!
