The first time I tried to mail is USPS from here and this package was returned to my home for being short postage 15 cents. It's great that this birthday present got to the recipient late. I tried to ship another package via UPS from this location and paid for 2 day shipping which my friend did not receive for 3 weeks because AGAIN there wasn't enough postage paid to mail it at the 2 day shipping rate but instead of returning it to me they decided to just ship it anyway. I would've complained to them directly but I had lost the receipt by that time. I've had friends try to mail letters that they knew would be more than 1 stamp so they took it to them to weigh and mail and they also got their letters returned because the scales at Bi-State Shipping are not accurate. I'll make the trip to the actual post office or UPS to mail my packages from now on.

The bag opened a LITTLE at the…read moretop seam, so little that the rug wouldn't nearly fit through it but I asked for a 2 inch MAXIMUM length of a piece of tape, and the woman who was "helping" me said my options were to buy a whole roll or pay $2 for the 2 inch piece of tape. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and laughed... I had to repeat it back to her... "wait, just the smallest little piece so it doesn't get caught on something and rip open completely is going to cost me a whole roll of tape or $2???" She said, "that's correct" so I continued to laugh and I left. I've had other UPS stores tape boxes for me, pack things, give me the box for free even if shipping is extreme... this place is heinous. Go to another UPS - luckily there are a lot in our area. Don't give these people your business.
