My color prjnt job cost me $0.49 which I thought was an excellent price for the team doing all the work, checking the e mail, centering the photo and cutting the paper. Outstanding! Big also as a small job like mine( lady before me had a 430 page print and 2 sets of copies) got just as much attention, care and prompt service as hers did. While I was waiting, I walked around and checked out the sales they had on various items - Bounty paper towels, Bic pens, copy paper, computers. The store has a nice and easy non cluttered layout. The cashier wished me a good evening as I exited via the doors on that side of the store. This is a convenient location on the very busy and crazy busy Old Country Rd at the south east corner of Zeckendorf Blvd just 3 minutes from the Meadowbrook Parkway and 4 from the Roosevelt Field Mall.

I mailed the small package with USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking is included for free on all Ground Advantage packages. The receipt indicates the destination, weight, estimated delivery date, tracking #, insurance up to $100.00 included, and grand total. The package arrived safely and on the estimated delivery date. This Fed Ex store is a full service store for mail and alternative shipping methods. I usually bring my completed packages there for them to send. Especially when we get a pre-printed label. Not a lot of activity but I will say that they are a great team here and the nicest people always willing to help. They greet me with a smile and are pleasant until the end of the transactions. They are always attentive to what I am doing and and happy to tell me if there is a better or less expensive way to proceed. The key word here is that they are helpful and that is what this business is all about. I like this establishment and hope that more people would use some of their many services. I literally went to three banks and two other UPS stores before stopping here. I went to two other UPS stores, which had notary signage on their store front. Needless to say the stores I visited prior to this UPS store did not have a notary on staff either. Upon entering this particular UPS store. I was greeted by Viktor. He also just so happen to be the notary at the store. I was so happy to have found him I almost hugged him. Not only did he quickly notarize my paperwork, but he was very sweet and asked if I needed help with anything in addition to the notarized document. So look no further, as this UPS store is one of the good ones!

I arrived at approximately 2:00-2:10 PM on March 6, 2026 with several items to return. When I…read moreapproached the counter, a young female employee told me to go directly to the self service machine because she did not have time to scan my returns. I politely told her that I was happy to wait until she was available. At that point, she rolled her eyes, appeared visibly irritated, and continued working while making it clear through her attitude that she did not want to assist me. I calmly asked her if there was a problem, because her reaction felt very inappropriate and unprofessional. Shortly after, another employee, who appeared to be a manager or supervisor, came over. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, he also approached with an attitude and spoke to me as if I had done something wrong. I simply explained that I was waiting patiently and had said nothing disrespectful. He eventually said he would help me and began scanning my return items. During the entire interaction he continued to sigh, roll his eyes, suck his teeth, and express visible frustration while assisting me. He also commented that my return codes needed to be larger next time, again in a dismissive tone. Throughout this entire interaction I remained calm, quiet, and respectful. I visit this UPS location regularly to ship and return items and have never had an issue before. However, the behavior and lack of professionalism displayed by both employees today was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. This was the first time I had ever seen these two employees, and unfortunately it was a very negative experience. Both individuals demonstrated extremely poor customer service and very unprofessional attitudes.
