I've come to the conclusion that every post office I visit is equally awful. I originally went to the Anaheim Hills location, which was just as bad as this one. The employees inside the offices are consistently miserable, and it makes you wonder why they even choose to work there. These cannot possibly be the same people who deliver our mail and packages to our homes, because the behavior inside the office is shocking. The staff moves at an unbelievably slow pace, almost as if it's intentional, and the attitude toward customers is openly rude and dismissive. What's even more concerning is how packages are handled. I personally watched employees toss packages around harshly, including ones clearly marked "FRAGILE." It's no surprise that items arrive damaged or opened when this is how they're treated behind the counter. One employee in particular stood out for having the worst attitude--every single customer he interacted with was met with the same hostility and lack of professionalism. The postman tried delivering a package that I have been waiting for . It is medical stuff and very expensive. I need to sign. I saw on my Ring that he never rang the doorbell, just gently knocking the door. I tried countless times to send email but doesn't go through and it keeps saying "wrong barcode ". THEY ARENT OPEN AT POSTED HOURS the hours on Apple Maps, Google Maps, and the sign on the door and their acc hours are all different. And their after hours drop off is not consistent it will be locked at different times. All the employees have English as a second language and some of them speak it better than others which can be difficult. I had a package that I needed to mail and the man at the counter would not accept it. He said I needed to use clear tape. I told him I have mailed many packages, not using clear tape. He told me to take the box and retape it with clear tape if I wanted to mail it. It was a small package and taped well and once the label was put on the package, it would not even need tape. read more

Worst post office location ever! Always the longest lines. And trying to mail Christmas cards during the holidays is kind of insane as well. None of the card areas were emptied out, and were all overflowing with cards to be mailed. So we had to go up to the counter and give them to them. read more

I've been having a problem receiving a package due to an issue caused by an Online seller I bought from since early August. The package has been floating around being misdirected and not sent to my address in Santa Clarita, but instead winding up in Orange, CA multiple times. Thanks to Tonya at the Orange, CA post office, the package has been promptly intercepted the same morning I spoke to her this a.m. and finally re-routed to my address. Tonya sets the bar high to what every employee at USPS should strive for- she's super efficient and proficient in handling problems promptly and resolving them quickly. HERE WE GO ... I get a notification that my package is ready for pick up on Monday at 9am. I come on Monday around 430pm and the person at the counter said it's probably not processed yet so come back tomorrow. I said "even though it says ready for pick up, it's not ready??" And she said yes. So fine. I'll come back tomorrow. I come back on Tuesday and the guy at the counter said it's not ready and to come back tomorrow. I'm like "that's what she told me yesterday". He then goes to the back to see if he can find it but he can't, so he takes my number and said "we'll call you when it's processed." So I go home and I see the Usps lady at my place and she is holding two packages. I'm like "awesome, she's gonna deliver it". When she leaves, I open the door, she delivers ONE package and marks my other package "unable to deliver because no secure location". THEN HOW DID YOU DELIVER THE FIRST PACKAGE?! Not only that, she charges me $7.75 because she couldn't deliver it, even though she delivered my other package just fine. -_- I finally come back on FRIDAY and they still charged me. I didn't make a fuss because I was so over it. read more

I came at 4:45, the fingerprints close at 5pm. I went to the front to confirm. Two older women and an older gentleman named Jose were working February 3rd. I asked if they did fingerprints and they told me to get on line. I asked if they could still do it and they said yes. One older woman ignored me and Jose ignored me as well. I got to the front and they said they couldn't do my fingerprints. Horrible customer service, don't come here. read more

Going from having to go into the post office to now being a business bulk drop off.. this post office is still the most unfriendly and non service oriented place. I don't get it. The woman who "runs" the business mail area is always rude, short, unhelpful and so unpleasant. Every interaction with her is always horrendous. To the point where I close having to have any interaction at all with her. If I could go to another post office, I would gladly do so. But unfortunately this is the post office that I've been told that I have to use for my bulk drop off. But you can't drop off letters from your business in that area.. you have to take them all the war around to the front. Not efficient or logical. Multiple times I've been here and the baskets aren't out for drop off or it isn't organized and the woman who is in the business mail office just tells you to figure it out. I don't work here.. clearly. How am I suppose to figure it out. The lack of happiness at this location makes me truly wonder why any of these people work at the post office as it seems like there's lives are miserable doing so. There are some really kind people here, but the overall vibe is really poor. I've ALWAYS thought this. I came here recently. January 2, 2024 and noticed two things. There was no line by mistake- there was too many windows open. Management made ppl close windows and ppl take breaks so a line immediately formed, which is typical for this place. I was there for my passport. I had 10:45am appointment. However, the ONLY person who can do passports went on her break as soon as I arrived at 10:40am. (Good thing I wasn't there on my lunch break, geez!) This made me late, as well as the passport appointment after me, which was a whole family. I think that this must be referring to the time I had a call in to find out why we were getting mail delivered. Apparently our regular carrier had taken a couple of days off. The substitute didn't bother to come in and deliver mail. We were told at one point that there was no mail for our entire building which consists of 15 units. I made a call to the local post office and no one answered so I called the next step up. I talked to a gentleman who said he would file a complaint, and that was the end of it. If I could rate this experience any lower, I'd need a new scale! We're practically staging a sit-in at this point, with four USPS workers in sight, yet it feels like a one-person show. One's guarding the door like a bouncer at a club, another's hawking the kiosk like it's the latest iPhone, and there's one on the counter playing charades instead of helping. Meanwhile, there's a hero amongst them, the lone ranger actually assisting customers while the others perfect their art of looking busy. And yes, I couldn't help but notice the ironic seating arrangement in this theater of absurdity--while an Asian woman hustles to help, a black lady's left twiddling her thumbs. Thirty minutes in this comedy of errors, and I've penned a review longer than my holiday wishlist. Someone's gotta take the fall for this tragicomedy, and I'm not just talking about the broken pottery in my parcel. USPS, consider this a plea for reform, or at least a decent GPS system for my packages, so they stop crash-landing at my neighbor's. And would you believe it? I've had to send several refunds on my eBay store losing a tremendous amount of money because these lazy, slow , sloth like workers who are overpaid and cannot do their job. This is any day of the week...Line moves extra slow even a simple return already packaged and paid for will turn into a lost hour. This never happens at UPS or FedEx with 1/4 of the business space... efficiency is out the door with usps. Make a return drop off station and save people time. We utilize this location mostly because it has the 24-hour self-serve kiosk which is helpful when we need to send something off that's outside the normal business hours. One thing that can slow down the process is when people that aren't so tech savvy try to ship on their own. It's not an easy process, you have to type a lot of things in on a touch display that doesn't always recognize your input, choose different mailing options and then tackle the payment process. If you see this happening, be a pal and ask the person if they need help - most of the time they welcome it. Though it's convenient, I feel like the US post office is the most expensive way to send anything anymore comparatively to FedEx or even UPS, and it actually takes longer than its competitors as well. I only really use it if I absolutely have to. read more
