I went here the other day and had a wonderful experience. I'm not that great with technology so I went in and asked the staff for help with my Amazon returns. They helped me work through the returns process and explained to me how to tell if I need to package my return. Overall extremely helpful. This location deserves -0 rating. I don't know where to even begin!! I sent on 8/28 a package to a military base to Korea, man who claims to be a manager stated he gave a military discount as if he was doing me a favor. I paid $40.45 and as of today 9/17 my package never made it to its destination, nor the post office, no where to be found. Worth $150 plus shipping expenses. These UPS manager didn't not want to take any responsibility to even move a finger and find out what happened to my package. To my shock I was told package was sent priority mail instead (VIA) of UPS then I was told tracking was for USPS not UPS, Well I found out is their practice to just take customers money, if you are not familiar or find out the hard way that they have customer relations who investigate them and even if they are privately owned they have the responsibility to resolve issues. (Franchise code of conducting business) how they treat consumers goods specially when going to military family members. I learned now, I don't need them to send a package, I can just do it directly with UPS to save me a lot of grief and exhaustion from their incompetence. The Lady Decided for me to send packager her way without disclosing, should be their practice to explain details, instead they hide it so they can up charge customers. Have not heard back from this so call manager. I filed a complaint and now have to deal with the waiting process and my kid does not have what she needs because of these individuals at this location decided to disregard the importance specially when we currently have such challenge with a killing virus. I reviewed receipt went to the store. The lady made me feel like it was my fault that her unskilled employee named Christine gave me the wrong receipt. I have been shipping two boxes per week to the same location to the tune of $50 per week. $200 per month in these times would seem like a customer you'd like to keep. Aparetnly not. One of my UPS box shipments was not just late, it was late by 8 days. I think that can be listed as egregious in any measure. So the owner, Rick, in his attempt to skirt responsibility had the audacity to try to explain that no shipping carries are accepting responsibility for on time delivery. Certainly I would be understanding and give a certain amount of leeway but 8 days? Come on!! I stopped in to this UPS store today to drop off my Amazon return. Amazon does not require you to print your label when making a return. You just take your item to the UPS store they scan your barcode drop it off and they give you a receipt. Location has their own policy that if you do not print your own label that they charge you three dollars per label. I contacted Amazon itself and they said they absolutely cannot charge you and they should not have a charge. The guy refused to help me unless I paid the fee. Amazon was nice enough to just go ahead and refund me the fee that they insisted on charging to print this label after the Amazon lady clearly stated there should be no charge. The guy was so rude and disrespectful. He asked me why I didn't go to the location that I normally go to by my house. He said if I wanted to have better service I should've gone there. After measuring the package the young lady told me it would be $42.00. I said that couldn't be possible my friend in Hawaii sent me a calendar and it was like $5 postage. The hound lady than told me it had to go air mail to go to Hawaii. Needless to say I left with my calendar. Next day went to post office and sent it for $6. A little frustrated. I have been a regular customer at other locations for years, and even though they are individually owned, I have (had) a sense of brand loyalty. No longer. I went in to print a few pages in color. I was told I would have to pay per sheet (as expected) plus the employee's time. Wait, what? I asked if I could just do it myself and was told I could. I asked for assistance to show me which machine to use. She nodded but seemed a little annoyed. Then she just did it without showing me and charged me 3.50 extra for her 3 minutes of "work." Over $15 total for 12 pages. When I needed more printing done, I went across the street to Office Max, got great customer service, and paid less than half what I was charged at UPS Store. After a 24 hour cooling off, I can now calmly Express my dissatisfaction with the UPS store located in Peoria, AZ. Previously I had gone to that store to have 15 copies of a 12 page veterans charity golf tournament packet to be handed out to potential sponsors. I was charged $11.05. After I had handed out the original 15, I went back to have 15 more copyed. Expecting another charge of $11.05, I was stunned to find the total price was $135 and change! WTF happened? I showed the manager my receipt from the original transaction. He said it was a mistake. Each PAGE cost 65 cents. One page cost 65 cents? Ridiculous. I refused to pay expressing my displeasure at the outrageous price. I left the store very upset. Here's why. They made a mistake and admitted it. Our veterans charity golf tournament will benefit three charities in the Phoenix area and we are a 501 (c) (3) organization. You would have thought they would give me the same price of $11.05 and use the difference as a tax deduction since one of those pages is the W9 with our tax identification number. After I got in my car, the manager came out and asked if I wanted some copies. I said yes and he returned with three copies. Needless to say I will not bring any copying work to them. read more

We have had a few issues with this store, but after this last situation, we will never use them again. We were shipping a very small package overnight from Phoenix to Austin. The quoted rate for UPS was higher than the 1-day USPS, so we selected USPS. They charged us $55.95. The package was not received for two days and after looking up the rates with the USPS we found that they overcharged us $22.50. The USPS charge for that box, at that weight, for overnight was only $33.45, not $55.95. When we called about the money back guarantee offered on the package for on-time delivery, they refused to honor it. Their customer service is horrible and overcharging for USPS shipping is incredibly unethical. Not sure how they stay in business. read more

Horrible experience. Dishonest store coupled with a dishonest corporation they represent. Be careful if you have to overnight something and pay extra to have it delivered by 10am the next day. I needed this service done this past Friday and was told my package would arrive by 10:30am Saturday. On Saturday the shipping eta shifted to Monday. I called the local store here immediately. They told me that I have to deal with UPS corporate, which is typically a bad sign. I called the corporate number and they said I had to wait until the package was delivered but that I would receive a refund for the mishap. My package was finally delivered on Monday (which it became irrelevant because it was time sensitive) and I called into UPS. UPS said Monday is next day over night and that they delivered the package on time and they could not help me. I will be driving the extra ten minutes to FexEx from here on out. Awful experience. Requested and paid for overnight Saturday delivery. I had time sensitive material that needed to be delivered on time. I was told my package would arrive by 10:30am Saturday. On Saturday the shipping eta shifted to Monday. My time sensitive material delivered Monday after 11am. I called the local store (Peoria, AZ) and spoke with the owner/manager. She blamed UPS Corporate. When asked for my overnight fees to be reimbursed she called Corporate and said they would not reimburse. In addition she refused reimbursement and would take no responsibility for her employee not informing me Covid-19 may delay my delivery. She handled the matter very unprofessionally. If I could give a negative star review I would. I submitted an order on Friday to be printed. It should have been ready on Saturday. It was delayed and no one ever updated me. I called the store, no one answered the phone, I left a message and never got a response. I went to the store and my order wasn't ready. When I asked the associate why it wasn't ready her response was "it must have got lost in our email". They never apologized for their mistake. Never offered to make it right or give me any of my money back for their mistake. The best they could muster was that they could complete my print job now and it would "only take 3 minutes", which was even more infuriating because I had to wait 3 days for the fliers that they "lost". By the time the manager came out to give me the fliers the best she could do is "well we had the email but it was never opened, but the next time you need something printed...". At that point I cut her off, explained that there will not be a next time. She could barely muster an apology with the excuse, I have a lot of new ppl working here and the email wasn't checked. This place is horrible! I know with the covid pandemic going on things are uncertain but the minute I left my package there had a gut feeling it wasn't going to happen right. I needed to overnight medication that needed to go to Prescott from Peoria and I called to make sure It could go overnight and both the person in the phone and the cashier guaranteed it would . I told him it was medication that couldn't sit in a hot truck for days and he said it would go overnight. it never got there. When I looked at the tracking number it looked like it had never been picked up so when I called the store this morning the girl kept telling me the manager was busy so she tracked it looks like it's sitting in a truck in Prescott Valley and I could hear him listening but he wouldn't take my call until I got angry which I usually never do but basically he got on the phone and yelled at me like this was my problem and said that nothing is guaranteed right now. Well I can understand that but I should've been told that by two different employees. you think somebody could say it wasn't guaranteed during these times. they didn't care if it was medicine and he yelled at me like it was my fault for asking and put it back on me. Sent a package from this store expecting it to be sent by UPS. The cashier, Bill, apparently made the decision without asking me to send it USPS and now the package is lost and the tracking number can't be found in the USPS system. USPS doesn't insure tracked packages like UPS does. Due to the negligence of the store, I'm out the contents of the package and the shipping cost. When I called, he didn't even offer reimbursement for the shipping cost. When you pay for a service, you expect to get it! Needless to say, I'll take my shipments elsewhere from now on. read more
