Warning!!! Do not ship anything of value using this location!! Delivery personnel are crooks that steal packages while showing that item was delivered. I have a lock box outside my complex so it was not stolen by anyone other than the mail lady. They direct you to corporate to file a claim and corporate gives you the run around for months wasting your time. This Post Office lost over a $100.00 item on June 15th stating on their tracking that an individual had picked up the item on June 15, 2023 at 6:45PM when this post office closes at 5:PM. I was not that individual and why did they, so they say, allow someone pick up the item without ID? In my opinion someone stole the item. It was a charm I was going to give my granddaughter for graduation. I have been trying to get in touch with this post office at least 25 times in the past month with no one picking up the phone. This is a place with an unclean breathing air, like an old building that has been closed for years. The forms and mailing boxes are in disarray. Most of the representatives are not customer friendly. Further, be prepared for large waiting lines. read more

Employees are Disrespectful & don't know how to talk to people . my wife went in there today to deliver a package and came out crying. You are not supposed to talk to people the way they do. Especially while being on the clock and at work . They are so rude every time we come there. Sheila is so rude , Betsy is unbelievable nasty and definitely doesn't know how to speak to people . always loud & yelling . & TIM the supervisor forget about it . he's so clueless & allows his employees to continuous disrespect his customers . It's a way you speak to people & that's not how youre suppose to run a business establishment . my wife went to tim to make an complaint and had 3 people yelling over her while she's just trying to express her complaint to the supervisor tim . Worst post office, extremely outdated. There is always a long line and no parking during busy hours. Old Bridge has a great post office with 24 hour access to your PO Box and large drop off area for prepaid packages. I pay for a PO Box and am limited as to when I can pick up my mail. read more
