The Regular mail delivery has been totally unacceptable in general. We get other people mail in our mailbox, we get our mail days late, and sometimes not at all. The Revere Journal (I'm guessing is US postal) will arrive on a Friday instead of Wednesday. We HOPE this will be fixed soon as it was addressed at city hall recently.

I needed to ship in one of those "if it fits it ships" boxes, so I brought my items with me. They even taped it up for me for free (I've had other POs make me buy tape!), waited while I packed it up, wrote the addresses and then they set it up for shipping. It was a great exchange and I'll definitely go back as this is just a 10 minute walk from my house.

Here today! This…read moreUPSP Store is close to my hotel and close to Boston Logan Airport, I frequent here to return my Amazon packages. It's in a horrible location but the staff is nice. The location is horrible because it's always congested, you'd better be handling some quick, in-out business because parking is only 15 minutes per signage. Both times I've come, I've seen a wrecker truck hidden in plane site watching and timing. It's also difficult to get out because of the ridiculous traffic uuug, the way I've learned to handle the traffic here in Massachusetts is do unto others as I would have them do unto me AND simply be patient. What I mean by that statement is, when other motorists signal to get over/out etc render kindness to them. Be patient when needing to turn left or get over and others will do the same for you. I called the State Attorney's Office and they said to me that they don't check USPS. USPS have investigators who investigate themselves. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to please and go the extra mile. This is a full-service post office. Parking is on street only but there's never more than one or two people in the post office at any given time.
