The problem is that our mail service is from the El Sobrante P.O., and our regular mail man, who was AMAZING, is no longer around, it seems. They have not settled on a regular replacement and the service has been inconsistent at best. I can't even rely on them to fulfill a package pick-up request on time. This never used to be an issue. HORRIBLE SERVICE. They need to overhaul this entire branch. We are so done with this crappy service.

There were only two women working the counter, and the wait ended up being about 5 minutes. Given the circumstances, things moved along reasonably well. The woman who helped me was actually very nice and helpful, which made the experience easy. Customer service was good, and I appreciated her patience. That said, this location could definitely use more staff, especially considering the time of year and how busy it can get. Overall, it was a good experience.
