We contacted REV Rides and spent countless hours and hundreds of dollars on replacement parts and costly repairs to no avail. While it was nice to be able to talk to the warranty manager (Adrian) at REV Rides to help us diagnose the problem, nothing that was recommended, including the replacement parts, fixed the problem. The window seat cushions were a horrible 1960's pink (really worn and sun as well as water damaged) and the chaise which was my grandmother's was a rust color velvet that was quite worn out and had holes and rips. Kurt made new window seat cushions using my fabric to match my bolster pillows and reupholstered the chaise in a beautiful dragonfly blue velvet that goes much better with our interior.
