(1 Star) I am…read moreextremely disappointed with Vetra's customer service and the handling of my warranty battery replacement for my Vetra Blazer e-bike. The battery stopped working while it was still covered under the one-year warranty. I followed all of the required steps provided by Vetra, including submitting the original receipt and all requested information, and returning the defective battery using the specialized shipping box and process required for shipment. I stayed in close communication with customer service throughout the process and did everything requested of me. After completing all required steps, I was told "Once the package has been dropped off, please send us a photo of the drop‑off receipt. As soon as we have proof that the battery is on its way, we'll be able to send out your replacement." The response to sending proof of shipment I received from customer service was: "We informed Vetra and are just waiting for the next steps once they receive it." That response was nearly three weeks ago, and I have received no further updates, no timeline, and no information about when my replacement battery will be shipped. As well as no response to any of the follow up emails I have sent them. The expectation was that a new battery would be sent under the warranty, but instead I have been left waiting with very little communication or support. A warranty is only meaningful when a company follows through and keeps customers informed. Unfortunately, my experience with Vetra has been extremely frustrating. The lack of communication, unclear process, and lengthy delay have been unacceptable. I hope Vetra improves its customer service and warranty support because customers deserve timely updates and a company that stands behind its products.

Ten months later the problems began…read more For no apparent reason the scooter stopped shifting into higher gears (2 & 3)--she was stuck in the lowest gear (1) unable to go more than 5 mph. We contacted REV Rides and spent countless hours and hundreds of dollars on replacement parts and costly repairs to no avail. While it was nice to be able to talk to the warranty manager (Adrian) at REV Rides to help us diagnose the problem, nothing that was recommended, including the replacement parts, fixed the problem. The scooter is now sitting in my garage collecting dust. Beyond frustrating and a complete waste of time and money.

They were great with their communication to let us know they were running a bit late and when they arrived they got straight to work. I gave them a quick tour to see where everything was and they knew exactly what to do. Every step of the way they were showing us the importance of the cleaning and how much it'll benefit our house. They provided before and after pictures along with everything their filter caught from the cleaning. It was clear our house needed it and may have never been done since it was first built. They were incredibly friendly, kind and willing to answer my questions. I appreciate the amazing work they did and the care they put into communicating the progress of their work. Overall the cost was the same that was quoted from the initial call - a little over $700. But it was well worth it, knowing our house is operating more efficiently and safely.

Better Air Northwest sent out an estimator (Eric) for free. He was really nice, helpful, and figured out how to solve our issue for a reasonable price! We received the estimate per email a couple days later and unlike other companies, no pressure was put on us to approve the job right away - instead we were given as long as we needed to discuss and ponder. As soon as we approved the estimate, we were contacted so we could get on the schedule. Somehow Edgar and Juan asked and also answered all the questions at the very beginning and we were able to do other things while they did these 2 jobs like the true professionals they are. They started by taping everything in the room with the closet, and it kept everything so clean! (Although they did clean up after - and left the place tidier than it started haha - not even kidding they cleaned our doormat I forgot to clean prior to their arrival!) The attached pictures were provided by them and show the beautiful job they did! But I've seen other little touches that proof they are all about getting the job done right. Could not have hoped for better - I would hire them and Better Air Northwest again anytime for any job they perform!

And then my ice maker stops producing ice...ugh... Ok, I will deal with you later... A few days later I went into the freezer for an ice cream sandwich which is a liquid versus a solid... *sigh*. I bought the fridge brand new 16 years ago and have never had an issue so I was afraid it was one of those situations where the thing just dies. And genuinely I've never had to deal with appliance repair but I do know I always fear that you just do not know who you are inviting into your house or what kind of service you are going to get until you are there. A close friend has a huge list of recommendations she gets from family and friends. She gave me 1st Appliance Repair saying she WAS going to use his services but ending up cancelling and not needing his help but that he came highly recommended from another friend. Hmmmm... I called and he was genuinely way nicer than most businesses. I am a very straight forward person and it is hard to impress me and instill confidence with a phone conversation yet he did. He was friendly but not overly so - direct, asking questions and very clearly knowing a lot but not needing to say it. He gave me his rates, making them very clear and setting up an appointment so he could give me a heads up of at least a half hour so I could head home from the office. He called to give me 45 minutes and was super on the dot punctual! He was so warm, friendly and, again, CLEARLY very knowledgeable but not in that condescending or braggart way. As in, after a few minutes I genuinely way educated about my fridge and feel so great that I do have the fridge I do. We really researched before buying it and because of that this was an easy fix! With parts and labor it was just over $200 and he was a task master! I cannot stress enough how amazing this experience was...like, no one WANTS to have an appliance issue. I definitely have to say that having someone to call that I trust is a major relief.
