I needed them for an event the next day so I called Staples very much in a panic and asked to speak to the printing department. I spoke with Mindy (maybe Mandy) who was so helpful and absolutely understood my worry about getting them done in time. She was so helpful in answering all my questions and said they could indeed do this today. In the end the manager of the original shop called me, very apologetic, and went out of his way to deliver them to me this morning. So while I didn't end up using Staples, I wanted to acknowledge how helpful they were and how their staff was calm and helpful at a time when I was totally panicking!

Then I saw mail-it unlimited. I knew roughly where it was located but the website didn't say much about what to expect. Wow this looks like a tiny store from the parking lot but once inside it's pretty big and they have so much stuff. By the time I got to the center where the register was I had seen dozens of things I'd like to get, but I was here for a sympathy card and a gift and I was definitely out of my comfort zone. So I asked one of the associates where to find the sympathy section and what would be a appropriate gift. He showed me where the card section was and an area where I could find the gift. I found so many beautiful and thoughtful cards that fit and I finally narrowed it down to one. Next I headed to the gift area and there were so many beautiful choices, but within a few steps I was looking at the various figurines (Willow Tree) and they were so well crafted and I found the sympathy one. It's about 9 inches tall with a dove on the arm, I was expecting a big price tag but it was alot less than I expected. Check out was quick, the staff checked the figurine to make sure it was perfect and boxed it up and back to the jeep I went. Here I had to sign and address everything and then run back in. Not only do they sell some beautiful and sentimental items but they will ship them out for you to. Honestly it was the best stop all around for me Without missing a beat the staff spotted a error in the zip code. We all know during stressful times we can make errors but thankfully they caught it and fixed it and our stuff was shipped out and should be arriving by tomorrow night. Had they not caught the error our package could have wound up taking days to arrive at the correct destination. We have the tracking numbers and we will know when it's arrived. I know I'll be going back because they have so many different things that I'd love to wander around and find some nice stuff for our house. If you're in Kennebunk and have some time to check out the shops stop by here. You'll definitely find something you're going to want to take home

They take charge making my life easier!! We've had to call when we're out of area to look into a particular piece of Mail & we've called during the busiest of seasons. No matter, they answer, check & let us know what we have! This has saved us time & money when it was not easy to get from A-B! They're always cordial & help us with our Postal needs. Then on 8/8 (long after I had left Maine), another invoice for $69.29 was generated, supposedly for the actual shipping. I was told nothing about this on 7/24, and the amount seems ridiculous given that I asked for it to be shipped via fedex ground. Calling the store today was a total waste of time; the staff just tells you they have nothing to do with billing, and transfer you to the living hell that is Fedex "customer service". Good luck with that - total nightmare, just more transfers and no substantive answers.

I was concerned about the logistics of the shipment, which had to be moved across the country on a tight schedule. SURE was more than up to the task. They called to introduce them- selves, picked up the freight as scheduled, delivered it exactly on time and called afterwords to ensure that all was in order (it was). It's refreshing to write about a company that gets everything right. SURE did not ask me for a review, and I received no compensation for it beyond the pleasure of working with a company that knows their work and does it well.

I'm sure they're busy/actually doing something, but it has felt in the past like there's more employees behind the counter standing around talking then actually helping customers. The last time I was there, the person helping me ship out a package was friendly though!. Open 8am Monday through Saturday; closed at 6pm daily (except on Saturday when they close earlier at 4pm). This UPS is in a highly trafficked area of Portland and parking is DIFFICULT. It's a smaller UPS compared to many others, so it can get congested with customers quickly; like just three or four people and it feels claustrophobic. The store is usually very clean. And when there's no one else in line, you can get in and out very quickly. It's easy to drop off prepaid boxes (though there's not a lot of counter space; one big box and you'll have to start stacking), it's easy to have them scan/process QR codes for Amazon returns, it's easy to email the store for prints (and they're super patient helping with that). The biggest issue is their staffing. Sometimes there's only one person working (it's infrequent that there's anyone within sight when I first enter the store; sometimes the person in the back will shout-out a greeting though)!. Picture this - because it happens often here -: three customers (one who needs thirty prints in color, one who doesn't really have their box taped or even the address they were sending their cookies to, one who needs to just drop off a return) all walk in at the same time vs one employee. Let's be patient and appreciative out there, folks. Open 7:30am to 6pm Monday through Friday; open at 10am to 4pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.
