The note from tracking stated that dirver couldn't make delivery as address was incorrect. I called and finally got through to customer service and was told the same. I confirmed with FedEx they had the correct address. They asked for directions. I asked if driver had GPS and was given excuse that the address doesn't appear on GPS. I explained that we get FedEx delvieries on this street and to this address all the time. Waiting for a call back from a supervisor. Delivery was required today. Now I am being told that the delivery will be before 1:30 pm Monday 8/3. This is unacceptable and is causing major issues with acustomer of mine. THE DRIVER NEVER MADE AN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER AND FEDEX JUST DOESN'T CARE.

While getting the tape she told me "no not that one" in an aggressive tone and laughed at me with other customers and while giving me back my change she just waved at my face and said "HERE HERE " and she saw that I was doing something. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. She didn't treat the other customers like that maybe because I'm young and thought I was dumb and wasn't paying attention to what I was doing but I was. All I wanted to do is mail a package not get made fun of. After I left I was sad and started crying. No one should have to experience this after only wanting to mail a package. Never going back there again.
