When in fact, the manager was able to discern that the package is located in Newark. This location seems to hire seriously uneducated, unprofessional, unkempt individuals. The good professionalism has gone down over the last 10 years. Stay away from this place. Most of the reviews here point jabs at the owner- and I definitely saw it too. Even for my quick 2 minute stop, I did a double-take and personally remember his cut and dry demeanor about him. Transaction was quick though, but some acknowledgement from him is all people ask. I on the other hand, thanked him as any normal person should. And yes...I did hold on tight to my receipt- because you never know. And yes...my daughter's package arrived at her home fine. But if you're reading this Mr. Owner- no one is asking you to go out for a cocktail- a quick smile and a bit of warmness- goes a long way.
