Extremely frustrated with this post office. Multiple times I've received notices claiming my…read moremailbox was "too full" for package delivery when that simply was not true. My mailbox is on my property, accessible, and had plenty of room. Instead of delivering packages, they leave slips saying delivery was attempted and force me to drive out of my way to pick them up myself. It feels dishonest and incredibly inconvenient, especially when you're paying for a delivery service that isn't actually being completed. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach by phone, and there seems to be no accountability. This has happened more than once and has become a pattern. USPS seriously needs to address the reliability and service issues at the Sonora location.

This place is the opposite it's warm and cozy vibes with the most adorable envelopes My favorite part about this place is the staff! There's a blonde girl that works there (I wish I knew her name) that's an absolute sweetheart and says hi every time I go in to drop off my packages! Now that's wonderful quality service not to mention because it's not very big there are not very many people so it can take about 5-10 minutes to be in and out now that's record breaking! After going to one in Stockton yesterday and this one today it made me appreciate and realize the staff, the establishment, the friendliness and overall happy experience! I asked why and she said cause she's busy although she was ready to help me. I went to the self serve scanner and start doing it myself and two other people walked in and she helped them. So why couldn't she help me is the question and they were served. I felt discriminated and couldn't understand why I couldn't get her help and they did. This was unacceptable and bad service.
