If you need Notary services go elsewhere. I scheduled an appointment, went in and was told it would be another 30 minutes, then 30 seconds later was told I would have to come back tomorrow. Hello? I scheduled an appointment, drove a decent distance for the service and you couldn't bother to let me know prior that it would not be available. Only 1 person working that was overwhelmed with phone calls and customer. The representative said it wasn't their fault... well who takes responsibility for it if not UPS and the services offered? Thankfully I discovered AAA had notary services across the way, went in and got it done promptly, without an appointment. read more

Fantastic customer service goes far. This UPS Store is so on point. Their staff are always helpful and they get stuff done quickly and efficiently. Awhile back I needed to get a passport photo taken. A staff member was quick to help me and he made sure to take some quality shots. Despite it being a busy time for the store - the staff made sure that they were polite to all people that they were assisting, despite the growing line. No one was rushed and each staff member was kind and patient in answering package questions, passport photo questions etc. It was evident in my recent trip here (and my other visits) that the staff at this UPS location genuinely care about doing a good job and their customers. Ups used to be be a good company. Now they just don't care. If you call them it goes to a call center and they can't seem to help you. They lie and tell you one thing and then do another. They lost a 750 package that they admitted it was there fault. Picture on tracking shows it in wrong spot but only paid 120. I have wasted hours on the phone. No one can help me. read more

I've been here a couple times. The last time I went Taylor helped me. He is such a kind person with excellent customer service skills. They have a lot of services there too like paper shredding and more. The other thing that is great is there is a little free library. I love that and traded a couple books. Yesterday, Saturday, June 27, 2021 I went to this UPS store to return some Amazon packages. They were large and somewhat bulky rugs, but light weight. As I approached the door one young lady ran to the door to open it for me and greeted me to come in. Was that nice or what? How polite?! Then another young lady stepped up to help me at the counter. She saw a problem with the Amazon label right away. Amazon provided 1 label for 2 packages so we could only ship 1 item. The young lady walked me through calling Amazon to get a 2nd label sent. I'm an IT consultant, but never could have made that call on my own. She was so proficient and pleasant! But Amazon said it would take several days. I drove 1:20 Hrs (1 way) from Bear Valley to get to the Sanguinetti store and hated to have to make the trip again (Global warming etc.). So the young lady offered to send the big rug that day, and hold my other rugs until I could email her Amazon's 2nd label. How very kind?! She also appreciated my trying not to drive my car except 1x a week, for environmental reasons. These two young women showed me such kindness, and consideration as a customer. Plus they demonstrated such professionalism, and competence through their actions. I felt I was in the presence of two great young women who are destined to become very accomplished in their lives. And it all started with good old fashioned kindness and genuine customer service. I wish I had gotten their names, but they were the only workers in the store this day. I really have to say how wonderful the manager, Christine Johnson, is to work with. I mailed a care package to my son and after tracking it it said there was a problem with the address and was being sent back. After confirming the address, I called Christine. She went out of her way to track the package and even contacted the place it was being shipped to so she could figure out how to get it delivered. She called me and let me know it was all fixed and would be delivered the very next day. She called me back later to let me know that it was delivered that same day. As I live and breath I swear somedays that dealing with UPS is like trying to put socks on a daggum rooster. It's just not worth the cluckin trouble. Because eventually, somebody is going to get their head chopped off and run around dancing like Drake taking calls on a cell phone. Noone really needs to expose themselves to either. Dropped by the store two days ago and - as usual - dude who-can't-multitask - is the only one working up front and - as usual in Sonora - he's completely tied up by a geez who has all the carefree time in the world to discuss socks, bowel movements and the state quarters of 50 U.S. States. All i wanted was a pepsi. And two 8.5x 11 pages printed off a drive. A PORTABLE DRIVE. (keep the portable drive reference nearby; it'll be back around real quick) Other employee comes back into the store and gets a star for his mouth asking if he could assist despite the body sending language so negative they one can't risk describing it this close to Christmas. This store - vis a vis smiley et ux - wants three singles as a 'retrieval fee' to cover their cost of rounding up the MI5 extraction team and Q and the O's from O1 to OO7. Plus the per page print charge to, err, print. Becky back on the damn pipe again. So let me get this clear: I can email UPS the two pages as an email that must be opened and the attachments clicked upon oh-wait-my-bad extracted with such the surgical precision that is File....Print...OK. and incur no 'retrieval fee' yet Strike Force Flashdrive 7 is necessary to jack a MF USB port, right click File....Print...OK...done i'll have mine shaken not stirred while we listen to the humm of that drone printer doing all the real work. Becky back on the damn pipe again. Only way I'm coming back to UPS is if he turns from a store into a man. Cause as I live and breath, it just won't work for me unless he sends conflicting signals, plays passive-aggressive like beer pong and expects a chunk of my chedd as payment for servicing that puts up big but mostly falls short. And I end up having to do myself when its all done anyway. Don't make me list all the things I can get better, bigger, faster for 3.00. This is the first review I have ever written but I am so impressed that I couldn't miss the opportunity to compliment good service. This UPS store is super helpful and they have everything. My husband had to have something notarized quickly and they were there on a Sunday to help. They also make it so easy to send packages with everything you need right there including cards if you're sending a gift and forget the card like I often do. They also had some cute pop sockets for you phone. read more

This store is there to do what you expect of it. You can return and ship out packages (and I'm not sure of what else because that's all I've ever used it for). It always seems clean and tidy inside and I'm never waiting long. It's very convenient to walk in, drop my items off, and have them be out of my hands and off of my mind. I'm sure it can get hectic around the holidays, but on the average Tuesday, it does the job well enough for me! I can not say enough great things about this UPS Store. Not only are you greeted with a friendly face and smile, but they are very helpful and knowledgeable. This location is also open at 8AM during the week which is amazing, compared to most shipping stores which don't open until 10AM. I've never had a problem at the store excellent customer service. I separate PO Box here. And I can call them to see if I have something my box without having to drive up. They do notaries they do copy to have some limited supplies of office stuff but for the most part I am extremely happy with their services. And of you can drop off regular mail for pick up you just can't treat them like a post office. read more

TRIPLE THE PRICE OF USPS AND 2 DAYS SLOWER!! We went to ship through UPS since the United States Postal Service usually takes 3 days to ship from California to the Midwest but lately its slowed down to roughly 4 days average. Thought UPS would be the way to go without forking over more money to guarantee 3 day shipping with the post office. USPS charges about $7-$8 for the packages we use. This UPS Store charged us $30 and said it will take 5 business days?! That's over triple the price we've been paying to wait even longer. How in the heck do businesses like this stay open? Such a rip off! Never will I even think twice about going to a UPS Store ever again. My friend went there and paid before stating the price and time or I would have told him no way! What a ridiculous cost and 5 days to deliver? What's even worse is that I called the UPS main toll free number and they would have came and picked up the package and sent it same 5 day mail for $16. So we wasted time, gas and spent an extra $14 just by going to this location. The rep on the phone said that's because UPS Stores are franchised and charge whatever amounts they want. So they charge triple the price that USPS charges (and take 1-2 business days longer) and around double what standard UPS would charge. Lesson learned the hard and costly way. Also they cant generate tracking numbers when you drop your packages off. Only a parcel shipping order number which is good for nothing. Had to wait until 8am when they opened to call and have them take several minutes to find my tracking number. read more
