I like this post office. For one a post office always gets bonus points for having a kiosk, AND being open 24/7, because I do 99% of my packaging shipping in the middle of the night. I always find this particular post office pretty clean, and I've only found the kiosk not working just one time when I've come here, and that's an A+ in my book! However I had to take off two stars for the HORRENDOUS parking lot setup- they should have parking right out front, but instead it's off to the sides, and then you have to walk over a small hill plus a bed of uneven rocks, just to get to the front doors, what's up with that?!? read more

Weekly purchases, stamps are usually sold-out, they know us Hazel gets a cookie. We stop by, once a week, looking for sunflower ones, been out since 03/14. I'd rather purchase in USPS, instead of online. It wasn't too busy today. The front doors, disability one has been broken (more few weeks). The floors are not entirely clean. Value costs same whether online or in-person. Quality is same, as well. read more

I'm not sure why there is ALWAYS a line 20-30 minutes long. Time of day does not matter. It's like waiting for a ride at Disneyland without the ride. Great crew. Wayne seems to be the regular as I see him 99% of the time I stop in to mail packages. Just wish things went quicker. read more

I recently paid $9.90 for Priority Mail which was supposed to take 2-3 days. My package took 8 DAYS. I talked to the manager at the post office who admitted it was their mistake but that she could not give me a refund. 11:00 am on a Wednesday. 10 people in line. 1 person working the front desk. Numerous other employees walking around not helping. Terrible. If you're going to have lines like this then make a waiting room. Average 10-20 minutes spent with each customer. 12/15/17 Update: the rude lady at the front of the store made me buy a $3.50 roll of tape for 3 pieces I needed. Terrible customer service. She wouldn't even tape the return label on the box for me. Then when I got to my car I realized I had no receipt for the tape or the package I just sent. I'd rate them below 1 stars. read more

I'm a millennial--sending snail-mail is about as comfortable for me as coding a website would be for someone born in 1920. I don't like it. But I'm forced to use it. Coming to this post office takes some of my pain away. The staff are helpful and seem to be adequately adept at putting up with my naivety when it comes to mailing a physical document. Luckily they know how many stamps to put on a letter, because I seem to be unable to figure it out (seriously, why can't their website just explain it in layman's terms?). I do wish the people here were more friendly. I wouldn't mind coming in if I could get someone to smile at me every now and then. Oh well, it's a utilitarian place. You can mail stuff, purchase envelopes, buy stamps, or otherwise fulfill your postal needs here. Just expect to wait in line if you come during peak hours. read more

Yes, there is usually a line; no, I do not come here much. On this snowy Saturday though, I was very pleasantly surprised by the service at this post office. Being a millennial with less than complete knowledge of the postal system I fully admit that the whole thing confuses me. Stephanie was very friendly and helped me understand what was needed to send a certified letter. I greatly appreciated her assistance and positive attitude. Maybe it was a fluke since the snowy weather made the place quiet on this visit but this was the best postal experience I've ever had. read more

i've had many problems with deliveries. on many occasions i haven't been able to open my mailbox because they've jammed the mail against the lock. i tried to call for help but the listed number is disconnected. i've had a few large envelopes delivered clearly marked "do not bend" only to find them folded and creased, damaging (or destroying) valuable items. also, EVERYTHING i've asked to be forwarded has disappeared before reaching its destination. i admit that could've happened anywhere on route but it happens 100% of the time that this office is the origin, i bet they drop forwarded mail in the trash. i also get other people's mail a lot, like at least one a week, it makes me wonder how much of my mail goes to my neighbors. read more

I went in for a passport appointment at 2, we got helped 40 minutes later. The employee was extremely hostile and rude. She skipped over us and ended up helping the people behind us in line first. Her attitude was mean and snarky. Terrible experience. read more

It's hit and miss as far as how long the lines are. It looks like they have added help which spreads up the line, but it's still the government and we all know how slow they move. No incentive to move quickly! I would suggest some metrics to see if bonuses can help move things along! read more

Web site says they do passports on Saturday, but apparently they have decided to stop doing this but haven't updated the website. Childrens passports are only done between 10AM and 3PM on week days. News flash, children are IN SCHOOL during these hours. Time to get with the rest of the world and be open useful hours. read more

This post office should be your LAST choice. Seriously, so bad for so many reasons. I live in Louisville and just had my last bad experience with them. I'm going to drive over to the Lafayette post office from now on. I went to Lafayette randomly one time and was treated much more courteously and the lines are much shorter. The Louisville post office ALWAYS has a long line. Long and painfully slow. Some of the employees are nice, but there are at least a couple that are so rude and cold that it will ruin your whole day if you have to interact with them. I mailed two packages today to neighboring states and paid for priority shipping. Then on my receipt it tells me the packages won't arrive for 5-6 days. Priority is always supposed to be 2-3 days. When I asked why this was the lady helping me didn't know and when she asked another employee she coldly and rudely replied that they would have no idea and don't receive shipping explanations. Um, wow, thanks so much for your freaking help. Peace Out Louisville USPS, you seriously suck! I'm over your long lines and crappy help. Oh, and get some freaking lolipops for kids. Any poor kid who has to wait in that long line should get an award, let alone a lolipop or sticker for putting up with that kind of torture.
