    I'm not sure why there is ALWAYS a line 20-30 minutes long. Time of day does not matter. It's like waiting for a ride at Disneyland without the ride. Great crew. Wayne seems to be the regular as I see him 99% of the time I stop in to mail packages. Just wish things went quicker.

    Great service & usually isn't that busy when I go in the afternoons. They're open 'til 5:30pm, which is nice. Love this USPO!

    I support these workers, & the priority and express mail is cheaper and reliable! Hours at end of the day are not as user friendly though.

I contacted…read moreLouisville CO fedex to let them know immediately that it was delivered to the wrong person and obviously was not signed by anyone in our household because the name did not match the package. They said they would look into it. Fedex never fixed the problem or contacted me back after the first day when I said "just check the GPS." Apparently you can just steal people's packages and continue to have your job at this location with zero consequences. Do better FedEx. Karma sucks.

I did everything I was told. Simple, black and white copies of a document. Came in to pick them up and was berated for 20 minutes while I waited for them to be printed. I was told that that 'no one had time to check the email', I 'came at a terrible time of day', (was actually told this 3 times and told I shouldn't come in there at that time anymore), I 'shouldn't have created the documents on a Mac' (which I didn't), I 'should have sent a pdf because word documents never print correctly' and I 'should have included my phone number so they could call me about the document'. Okay, it was a simple black and white form, I called ahead to ask specifically what to do, I was not told any of these things, I was not told not to come at 4pm, and also...why wouldn't you just email me back to say those things if you didn't have a phone number? THEN I was told that there was an additional surcharge, also not mentioned on the phone, that brought the cost of BLACK AND WHITE COPIES to $0.68 per page. Guess what? I've done this at UPS dozens of times, never had a problem, was charged HALF OF THAT, and was never berated as though me coming in there was a huge problem. UPS...you just got a customer for life. FedEx? If there is a way to never use you again, I won't.

    Terrible first (and last) customer experience. My pre-labeled package was dropped off for before…read moreposted pickup time international delivery with DHL Express on the 24th. Curiously and without any follow-up from anyone at Boulder Packaging, my time-sensitive customer's package sat without even being scanned into the system for tracking four days after drop-off at this store until I called with pointed questions. My business card was provided twice to the clerk at the time of drop-off and he refused to take it, but since my business contact info is listed on the label & internantional paperwork, I'd thought everything was good. It very much was NOT! When I noticed no progress on the tracking, I called to check in on the 26th and the employee that answered was the same man that had initially received my package three days earlier on the 24th. He casually related that mysteriously, neither FedEx nor DHL had picked up ANY PACKAGES for three days, but "we absolutely did nothing wrong", he insisted. I was stunned to be expected to believe that explanation for an "Authorized" Ship Center, so I immediately called DHL customer support and my Account Rep directly to repeat my questions and get real answers. DHL explained that some shipping centers have automatic daily pickup while others have to call to request pickup. Miraculously, my package was finally picked up on the 27th to at last begin it's journey abroad after an inexplicably undocumented and uncommunicated four day layover at Boulder Packaging Center. This is certainly not what I or my customer paid for when we were entrusted to get their package abroad in a express manner. We DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not trust this location again for our business shipping in-the-field drop-offs. It is really unfortunate since we prefer to support local businesses whenever possible. My business reputation cannot afford their lack of professional accountability and excessively casual attitude about their role in getting paying customer's packages delivered on time. FedEx & DHL, you need to check up on your "Authorized" Shipping Centers. Your brand and your customers are not being represented or served well here.

    I have used this company for nearly all the window coverings in my house, over a period of 30+…read moreyears, when then they started in Boulder. They have always done stellar work and carry high quality products. Unfortunately one of our Hunter Douglas shades of the mid 90s had a failed cord due to its extended use in a bedroom. When I called to see if it could be restrung, I learned the sad news that they cannot, due to federal safety laws regarding the child strangulation prevention measures of current manufacture. A good thing for children of course, but a complication for homeowners. We went out to their facility and worked with one of their designers and chose a shade similar enough in color and style to fit in our home. We ordered the product and waited about 4 weeks until it arrived. We picked it up and planning to install it ourselves, having done so for some of the older ones in the past. As it turned out, the method of install is so different now, the tools required and the shape of the brackets now also different, we were unable to do it. I called the designer and asked if we could have an installer after all. She contacted installation and got me the contact to set it up. Today the installer got here, a true professional, on time and with tools in hand, had it done in under 20 minutes. Nothing like having the skills and the tools and the height to do it with ease. We felt very fortunate and the price to do this was very reasonable. I will continue to use Innovative Openings for all of our window coverings. One more note, if you do have an older Hunter Douglas window shade product in your home with any small plastic fasteners or pull tabs for the old cord system that have cracked with age or high altitude sun exposure like ours, those parts can be ordered directly from Hunter Douglas online. It is simple to replace most of these parts. The parts are free and I was only charged a minimal shipping fee. I was able to get about 7 pieces. I was able to match colors for past products up to nearly 20 years old. I did those replacements myself. I even switched one to the same color but a different shape to better match the older blinds in the adjacent room. It's the internal cord system on the older blinds that they can no longer re-string. If you want to prevent replacing, be very gentle on them as they age.

J.T. did a great job on the installation! He came on time, briefed me about choices I could make on reveals and top stops, and reminded me about operating guidelines. He is genuinely friendly. He got the job done quickly and left the house spotless. The four shades he installed added to the 9 shades of various types and sizes that Innovative Openings installed as part of our recent remodel. I've been very pleased with my experiences with Innovative Openings during the last 40 years.
