They said they would look into it. Fedex never fixed the problem or contacted me back after the first day when I said "just check the GPS." Apparently you can just steal people's packages and continue to have your job at this location with zero consequences. Do better FedEx. Karma sucks.

Curiously and without any follow-up from anyone at Boulder Packaging, my time-sensitive customer's package sat without even being scanned into the system for tracking four days after drop-off at this store until I called with pointed questions. My business card was provided twice to the clerk at the time of drop-off and he refused to take it, but since my business contact info is listed on the label & internantional paperwork, I'd thought everything was good. It very much was NOT! When I noticed no progress on the tracking, I called to check in on the 26th and the employee that answered was the same man that had initially received my package three days earlier on the 24th. He casually related that mysteriously, neither FedEx nor DHL had picked up ANY PACKAGES for three days, but "we absolutely did nothing wrong", he insisted. I was stunned to be expected to believe that explanation for an "Authorized" Ship Center, so I immediately called DHL customer support and my Account Rep directly to repeat my questions and get real answers. DHL explained that some shipping centers have automatic daily pickup while others have to call to request pickup. Miraculously, my package was finally picked up on the 27th to at last begin it's journey abroad after an inexplicably undocumented and uncommunicated four day layover at Boulder Packaging Center. This is certainly not what I or my customer paid for when we were entrusted to get their package abroad in a express manner. We DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not trust this location again for our business shipping in-the-field drop-offs. It is really unfortunate since we prefer to support local businesses whenever possible. My business reputation cannot afford their lack of professional accountability and excessively casual attitude about their role in getting paying customer's packages delivered on time. FedEx & DHL, you need to check up on your "Authorized" Shipping Centers. Your brand and your customers are not being represented or served well here.

They have all basic needs, highlighters, paper clips, staplers, etc., pretty much everything in office setting. They can do everything for you for a cost. Or, if you have time and/or patience to do it yourself. I had great experience there, with exception of not being warned and/or aware, how much it cost to have an employee vs. doing it yourself. Of course, I know there would be a premium...it was fairly hefty. I asked for one set of copies and I do not believe, copies exceeds, up to 100 pages. Truly, best guess it was closer to 50 pages and then some. There wasn't anyone in the store, it has been awhile, since I have even touched copy machine and asked questions (i.e., costs, whatever needed to count, how to use, etc.,) needed more assistance.

The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. I have used this company for nearly all the window coverings in my house, over a period of 30+…read moreyears, when then they started in Boulder. They have always done stellar work and carry high quality products. Unfortunately one of our Hunter Douglas shades of the mid 90s had a failed cord due to its extended use in a bedroom. When I called to see if it could be restrung, I learned the sad news that they cannot, due to federal safety laws regarding the child strangulation prevention measures of current manufacture. A good thing for children of course, but a complication for homeowners. We went out to their facility and worked with one of their designers and chose a shade similar enough in color and style to fit in our home. We ordered the product and waited about 4 weeks until it arrived. We picked it up and planning to install it ourselves, having done so for some of the older ones in the past. As it turned out, the method of install is so different now, the tools required and the shape of the brackets now also different, we were unable to do it. I called the designer and asked if we could have an installer after all. She contacted installation and got me the contact to set it up. Today the installer got here, a true professional, on time and with tools in hand, had it done in under 20 minutes. Nothing like having the skills and the tools and the height to do it with ease. We felt very fortunate and the price to do this was very reasonable. I will continue to use Innovative Openings for all of our window coverings. One more note, if you do have an older Hunter Douglas window shade product in your home with any small plastic fasteners or pull tabs for the old cord system that have cracked with age or high altitude sun exposure like ours, those parts can be ordered directly from Hunter Douglas online. It is simple to replace most of these parts. The parts are free and I was only charged a minimal shipping fee. I was able to get about 7 pieces. I was able to match colors for past products up to nearly 20 years old. I did those replacements myself. I even switched one to the same color but a different shape to better match the older blinds in the adjacent room. It's the internal cord system on the older blinds that they can no longer re-string. If you want to prevent replacing, be very gentle on them as they age.

Yes, they are in their boxes because it is far easier for a shoe hoarder to store and organize ones collection. The owner was in the store the day we went in and he helped pick the right box and customised the box so nothing moved and to reduce the cost. He finished the packing, printed out the shipping and tracking labels and receipt for me, and we were on our way. My package arrived on time and undamaged. I couldn't have been happier.
