I simply explained that I was waiting patiently and had said nothing disrespectful. He eventually said he would help me and began scanning my return items. During the entire interaction he continued to sigh, roll his eyes, suck his teeth, and express visible frustration while assisting me. He also commented that my return codes needed to be larger next time, again in a dismissive tone. Throughout this entire interaction I remained calm, quiet, and respectful. I visit this UPS location regularly to ship and return items and have never had an issue before. However, the behavior and lack of professionalism displayed by both employees today was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint.
