She was able to find both of them and sent a call saying they could be picked up!! The lines can be long sometimes but they always are moving pretty quickly. Parkings easy enough to get in and out of and theres multiple neighborhood signs helping you find the post office. I prefer this location over the Santa clara post office.

Of my last twenty-five packages, fifteen have either not been in my mailbox when the US PO tracking system shows they have already been delivered. Many packages, or the key to the larger mailbox, mysteriously show up in my mailbox days later. Some never do! Complaints to the River Road Post Office in Eugene, Oregon are treated rather breezily and not taken seriously. PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THEIR BAND OF IDIOTS CAN'T SIMPLY GET THE PACKAGE OR A KEY IN THE RIGHT MAILBOX? THERE ARE ABOUT FIFTY BOXES, ALL CLEARLY NUMBERED AND REACHABLE. I asked if I gave her my tracking number if she would be able to see where it was placed, she came back with "ma'am I already told you I can't find it." I was then at that point very irritated. my package was now missing and this lady is getting snappy with me and refusing to look anywhere else or ask for help. I left and tried calling to see if I could get a hold of the lady I had spoken with earlier.(I called 8 times before someone answered the call) I unfortunately ended up getting the same lady I had just spoken with at the window. She then began raising her voice at me stating she cant find it and there is nothing she can do. ( im sure she can ask someone else, or search it another way but is refusing) This package was for my mother and she didn't know I had called or went in earlier and called to check on it and see the status. My mother ended up with a lady (whom I can only assume was the same lady I've been dealing with) who proceeded to yell at her and say she cant find it that she wasn't going to help anymore, my mother asked her not to yell since she herself wasn't yelling and the lady continued yelling and hung up on my mother. I am very frustrated seeing as my package shows it is available for pickup at the post office, but no one can seem to find it. I am very angry that this lady I have been dealing with, not only has been rude to me but then proceeded to yell at my mother whom had no idea why this lady was so pissed off. I know that others have had great experiences with this post office, I on the other hand have not.
