Might be small, hole in the wall kind of a store but they can do a lot here. I mainly use their shipping services, but no matter if I am just dropping off an amazon return or having to ship & pay for something myself, they are always super efficient and kind. I've rarely had to wait and not usually for very long if I do (that's not to say that they don't have busy times!). They have a lot of other services here that I can't review as I haven't used them. But I appreciate their helpful and nice staff, it makes the errand that much more pleasant. I saw another person's review that said the parking is a pain, and while I agree, I wouldn't mark this store down for that, the shared parking lot with 25 other stores is not under their control. read more

At first I swore I never ever go to this location ever again. The younger guy that was running the store was instantly frustrated when you walked in. I felt like I was bothering him just to send off my packages, I would rather use a carrier pigeon. However the new manager or the lady with the short dark hair is amazing! She is never frazzled and always smiling. She regained me as a customer and I hope she stays for a long time. She goes above and beyond. read more

Whenever I have something to send off I come here, especially with Amazon returns. They make everything quick, simple, and easy. Carrie and the other staff members try to make sure a line doesn't form and if one does they move it REALLY quickly. There have been times when USPS is closed and I don't feel comfortable leaving something in one of the drop boxes so I bring it here and they send it out for me. Seriously, if you're sending something off and having issues with labels this is definitely the place to go. read more

I have been a UPS store mailbox renter as the Division Ave location for 3+ years. The rental price is outrageous and services are sorely lacking. I signed up for email notification that never happened, even with packages. But they managed to send me several renewal emails... Who wants to run and check their mailbox everyday just to see what's there? Especially since parking is crazy tough in the shopping center. I prefer getting an email and then deciding if I need to pick it up right away or not. Not to mention the lack-luster customer service. The US Post Office rents a similar size box for one-fourth the cost of what UPS charges; the Post Office also allows 24-hour box access, sends daily emails of your scanned mailpieces; and offers counter services on par with the UPS store. Plus, plenty of parking all the time. Bye-bye UPS store. read more

Erika and Bryan were so helpful when I went in last week. i had a $15. clown to mail to MI. The post office quoted me $99.95. UPS was $77. Erika suggested cutting the size of the box down. Then she found the box that was the perfect size for $3.45. She repacked the whole thing, recycled all my newspaper stuffing and big box and got the cost down to $40. They were both super cheerful and kind. It's hard to find that kind of customer service anymore. read more

I went in to ship something to another part of the country as quickly as possible as my parents needed something they left at home while out of town. I was told my shipment would reach them by a certain day and that it was guaranteed. I laid over $100 for shipping for this reason, it was expensive but important to get shipped out so I did it knowing I would get a refund for that large amount of it didn't make it on time. When my shipment never reached them the first or second day it was guaranteed to be there I called UPS and they said I could absolutely get my refund. They said to take my receipt to the store which I did. Went I went to the store they said they would send out for the refund and a week later I get a call saying "Sorry, due to COVID we can't give a refund now on any guaranteed shipping". This was ABSOLUTELY not explained to me when I shipped it from this store and should have been. The store should have done the right thing in the beginning, but I guess getting my $ was more important than honesty. Beware of the owners, as you can see from their response they aren't acknowledging the fact that I was NOT told of this policy upfront or I would have gone somewhere else to ship. Why would I pay $120 for it not to have a guarantee, that doesn't make any sense.. Lying about it makes it even worse so just stop read more

Great customer service during the few times I've needed their help. Otherwise, I often just drop off USPS packages for pickup.

It's very handy to have a "spoof" post office box... but the prices for such are exorbitant. And even more so: charging $10 for a notary stamping! Holy crap. :( read more
