There were two associates--one woman wearing a mask who was helping multiple people, and another with glasses who was just talking until she finally assisted the gentleman before me. When I reached the front of the line, the woman with glasses told me her computer wasn't working correctly, and her label printer wasn't functioning, so she couldn't help me. I asked if the second associate could assist, as she had just printed 5-10 labels for the woman in front of me. Before I could even approach her for help, she loudly declared, "That's it, I ain't doing anymore labels!" I was shocked by how rude she was, making me feel like I had done something wrong just by coming in with a QR code. Instead of trying to help, she refused to assist, leaving me with no choice but to walk out without mailing my package. I expressed to both associates how incredibly rude they were and that I didn't deserve to be treated that way. There was a line of over eight people behind me, and I had already waited with about eight people in front of me. I understand that USPS employees may not always be happy with their jobs, but a little decency is expected when someone is kind and simply asking for help--especially when it's your job to print labels as part of the service. I do not recommend this location, and I hope management addresses this issue with their team. This is not how a community USPS should operate.

Just close the front door at 3 since there's nobody tending the front desk!! OR take your break earlier and still come back like your job requires!! We had some lingering Christmas gifts to send out to family that is out of town and the agent at the counter helped us properly label our package and suggested the best and least expensive way to send it. This is a mush smaller post office than I am used to and I am sure we caught them during an off day and off hours so that definitely worked in our favor but all I know is, we got our business done without receiving any attitude and left happy that we completed a much anticipated task.

We originally planned to go to the White Plains location but were unable to get confirmation that the fingerprinting equipment was working. We then traveled to the Stamford location after calling ahead and being told that their machine was operational, only to arrive and find out that it was not. Determined not to give up after spending hours traveling between locations, we decided to try the Greenwich office. We arrived less than 10 minutes before closing, only to learn that fingerprinting services end one hour before the office closes. This was information that the Stamford location should have provided when directing us there. After hearing everything we had gone through, Jose took the time to listen and understand the situation. Rather than simply turning away an 80-year-old who had spent the day traveling between multiple locations, he showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. Jose went above and beyond to help us and treated us with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. After such a stressful day, his willingness to help made all the difference. Outstanding customer service is hard to find, and Jose deserves recognition for the way he handled our situation.
