One of my sons ran in with me to get it off and tried to figure out how to get postage on it ourselves. Sherri saw that we were struggling and cheerfully came over to help us. She showed us how things worked and got our package taken care of and shipped off. She was so nice and very very knowledgeable. The postal people work so very hard. She made a rushed , hectic time of it into a pleasant paradise. The store was very clean and items in the store were reasonably priced. I love this fed ex. They have restrooms that are very clean. Also they have tables in the back if you want to sit down and plug in your laptop and wrap stuff. It's nice. A little like a library.

Dirty and rarely are Priority Mail supplies stocked. If you dare ask for anything it is accompanied by major attitude and a long wait as customer service is severely lacking. I stopped by earlier today to do some Amazon returns and it's a legit rainstorm outside. I grab my…read moreitems that I'm returning and proceed to enter the store. I step in and there is this middle aged tall white haired man behind the counter. He doesn't greet me, he looks at me with disgust and just grabs the scanner to start my return process. While I'm pulling up my phone to find the barcodes I hear him sigh like he is irritated and doesn't wanna be there. I get it, it's Christmas Eve but that shouldn't decrease your customer service experience. I bring out the items and he scans them quietly and when packaging them he throws them in the bins behind him with so much attitude that I'm starting to feel uncomfortable like he can't wait for me to leave and returns to be over with. I had roughly 5 items in my box that I was returning and all labels and barcodes were in order. When I'm done I kindly ask if he could toss the box I had with me for me and he side eyes me and says "No, we don't have any room for YOUR BOX. But there are containers by Panera." And that's it, I just walked out while hearing him sigh in the back I haven't felt this dull about an establishment in a very very long time. I will never return to this place again, and will keep to my UPS I usually go to. This was a horrible experience to say the least. It honestly doesn't cost anything to be friendly, just sayin'. The only positive thing about this place was the cute bulldog walking around in the back. Do better UPS!!
