Fortunately a staff member rendered an opinion that the scratches could possibly be removed by using a liquid lacquer. And, he did what was needed, easily. Wow, was I impressed. The cost was good and they scrubbed my front and back end of the car with only the second value car wash. I felt that I wasn't paying too much for the effort they put forth. I also was able to pull into their vaccum station and that was awesome!! The vaccum is strong enough to get a lot of dog hair out of my car too. And because it reaches on both sides it was super easy. There are clips to put your mats to detial them better and I also see that they have a blowing tool that was awesome to blow out the crud from small places in the car.
