Made reservations for two units and appointment to come rent units. When I show up was told that I don't have reservation anymore someone canceled it even when went through main corporate line. We arrive about 15 minutes early to be told wait when office had literally no one in there. Then we're put aside so another renter can pay unit. After two hours we were finally done (ridiculous) then shown where our unit was with another new renter which I was almost thrown off several times from golfcart because way manager is flying around units. We get our unit it's not cleaned or swept out and has strong gas smell and stain near door. We let manager know was told knew was tentant and trusted them when told they cleaned it. Also screws missing on one side wall was just hanging off and I could literally have someone reach Into unit from next door. Maintance called us and said would be at property to fix that but was not told about gas or anything to do for it when management told us they would have it cleaned. Three months now and still gas never cleaned and can't use that portion of unit three months. Apparently don't have tap to make payment in office and the attitude of staff ive met personally need work on customer service and not being extremely rude to new and customer moving out when renting our unit. Not sure Whom the management think they are but you running customers off not mention trying get unit is ridiculous and unprofessional like told my unit was canceled but gf was not when reserved both with corporate Same call same time then I get email saying I missed appointment for unit.when there asked if still had unit reserved they did so not sure why would be lied to. I'm going be moving unit next month not going play the games and told prices change basically month to month due to market and that ghetto area is so high class to them. I suggest rent somewhere they have respect and not attitude and lie about stupid things or check units before renting .A manager should known to for reasons like this.i can see company loosing lots of customers way this location presents themselves to public. read more

If I'm correct the access hours are from 7 am - 7 pm and I've been waiting well over 20 minutes just for the main gates to open up. I've called and all I got was the storage place trying to look at my account instead of trying to figure out why the main gates are still closed. I'm literally ONLY giving 2 stars, because of the young man who initially helped me. I haven't ever gotten a storage unit before, and was overwhelmed; on top of suffering from anxiety. However; he helped me get the right unit, cleaned it for me, and taught me how to use my lock. During the check out process, CashApp servers were down yet again and my payment wouldn't process. I got irritated, but he was patient as I transferred money over to another account to make my payment. Initially I was going to give a 5 star review, just because of him! PAUSE! I go back to my high rise The Ogden, to gather a few things I wanted to store for a few days. I'm in the process of moving into another high rise condominium, and this location was closest to me. I get back to the storage facility, and upon pulling up to the keypad; I turn my music down, because I always have it up. As I'm putting in my code, some random white lady comes from behind my car yelling at me. Something along the lines; "turn your music down" or "YOU NEED to turn your music down". At this point there's serval things going through my head, because as I mentioned earlier I suffer from anxiety. I live downtown, so my first thought is; it's a random crackhead. As my mind ticks really fast, my next thought is; this is just some random white lady, being a "Karen". She did not identify herself, introduce herself, say hello; NOTHING. She approached me as if I was a child, or beneath her. I didn't even acknowledge her, with every thing that's going on and considering I had no idea who she was. I politely pulled off, and proceeded to my unit. As I was storing my items, she sent the young man who had initially helped me. I explained to him, had she been paying attention; as soon as I pulled up to the keypad I turn my music down, however I can not take the bass out of my BMW. He proceeded to tell me she was the property manager, which was beyond me because of her initial approach. I let him know, I definitely don't like discrimination and definitely file lawsuits. As I was leaving after finishing packing my unit, I see a cop car at the entrance. So, now I'm wondering did this old miserable ass lady call the police on me? Now let's assess the situation, when I came in to get my unit and the young man took me to show me where my unit would be... there was a white family, in a silver F250 pick up truck, parked sideways in the middle of the lane, with all their doors open. After he showed me, I had to awkwardly turn my car around in a tight circle; praying I didn't hit anything, in order to get out. Please explain to me what's more important; safety or music? Last I checked this was a storage unit, not an apartment complex, I paid for the unit, I own my car. The rules nowhere online, or that were covered in person; relate to music. So, how do I see this as nothing but harassment and racial discrimination? 1. If you are of ANY authoritative figure, you identify yourself and introduce yourself. I'm not sure where lack of common sense fell of, but considering she's older than my mother; o definitely expected better. 2. Considering the state of emergency the black community, and the world is in... I'm not quite sure why she thought that was acceptable, or I would acknowledge her; unless she was looking for a reaction. Please remember, the young black man that was killed by a white man because his music was "too loud" and made the white man "uncomfortable". Why even create that type of situation, approaching with aggression? 3. Now how do you expect me to feel comfortable, securing my personal property at this location? I have already reached out to corporate, and am awaiting a call. Don't underestimate every person you encounter, I definitely love to document and notate things just for this reason. read more

Wish I could give one star. Do not rent here, it feels so unsafe. Two Units down it looked like a guy was living in the unit, & he would be drunk walking around. One particular time, he was standing in one of the corners peeing!!! Mind you a take my two daughters sometimes to drop off or pick up stuff. Another reason the woman who works at this office is always in a bad mood. Now to top it off, I'm trying to leave the unit and i do not have access anywhere to my contract. You have to give a 10day notice or you are STILL responsible for the full month. So be aware when you rent and always check the location for your safety read more

Went to get a unit and we arrived at around 3:30. We went inside and were asked to wait outside so we waited outside for 35 minutes in the 100 degree weather. When we were finally "helped", we were inside the office but left alone while she took care of another couple who came after us.. even offered them water because it was so hot outside and they also had to wait outside. Huge waste of time. Hire more people to take care of renters or take care of your future renters in the order they came in. Extremely disappointed. read more

I received excellent customer service today thanks to the manager Tiffany. I walked in unsure of the unit size I would need for my items. The manager showed me different size units based on my needs. She also was very thorough with explaining the contract policies and proceeders of occupying the unit and moving out. Other staff was very friendly as well. And I received a great price based on the storage online promotion. I will definitely be using this storage facility in the future. read more

I was relocating to Las Vegas so being the diligent budget conscious girl that I am I researched....came up on this location spoke to a rep and my reservation was made.....I'm in....and then I got to Las Vegas and extra charge on top of extra charge hit my perfected budget like a wrecking ball.....call centers yuk....Well why are you giving them 5 stars ?....Charlene Harris.... that's why I have never met a more outspoken, feisty , take care of business, kind and compassionate woman....she listened to me not like yeah teach heard it all before but understood how important my budget was and was able to get the company's money and work with my wallet as well I was made whole because of her business savvy and personal touch she made me feel like I was in the right place....even though I didn't like only having until 5 pm to access the storage unit I liked it there it was a extremely clean professional atmosphere I met the general manager Tiffany and she was also considerate. You have to rent there they will work with you and put a humanistic touch over mere money. Thank You Charlene for being so kind I pray your kindness and grace be multiplied 120 X's....guys Tiffany even tried to help me get a job with US storage who was hiring asst.man. @ a different location and the day I was leaving done with US storage my Lyft didn't show up to drive me to Greyhound Charlene drove me there on her personal break time and helped me move 5 large bags inside ...she owed me nothing and gave me everything that's how personable she was I had no more business with them and she cared for me....she and Tiffany made US storage look great not just for me but for all tenants they bend over as backwards as they can. read more
