This place !!!! I had a part replaced on my window February 27 2020. Pandemic broke out fully in March and things were pretty much closed down. The window was hard to go up and down after the part was replaced but the man assured me that it would get better. A week ago I was in a drive thru and was letting the window back up and it "popped". From then on I had to manually make the window go all the way up and during driving it would slowly come down. Today I brought it back to them, and he said "2020" and I told him yes, and that that had nothing to do with the window,,I told him what the man said about it getting better when in fact it broke...After going back and forth and him blaming everybody except them,I told him to go ahead and fix it. He did and time to pay he said they only take cash...By now I'm livid,, and he sat there looking at me telling me it's nothing he can do... He called his boss and he said yes his credit card machine works by now he wants cash... He had no idea that I could hear him. I spoke with my daughter and I asked him if he was going with me to get cash, because now he has my car hostage. He told the young man to go with me but we get outside and the young man sees how upset I am and he says if you want to leave your drivers license you can go. I leave and I had to pray hard. These people are selling junkyard parts at dealership prices. I don't advise ANYONE to come here. They're dishonest people,, Starting with boss. VERY DISHONEST. As far as Alex ( front desk) is concerned.... It's your problem, not his. I asked why he didn't put up a cash only sign and Once again,, all he can say is My Boss. So I let him know that His boss is not a good person. I'm sooo exhausted from dealing with these crooks

Run the hell away unless you want dishinest service!

I recently needed a windshield replacement for my 2015 Nissan Rogue after a rock chip quickly…read morespread into a crack well over six inches long. The crack continued growing throughout the day, making replacement unavoidable. I shopped around and received quotes from several companies: +Pulidos Auto Glass: $427.59 +Apple Glass Company: $429.93 +Safelite AutoGlass: $496.54 I ultimately chose Pulidos Auto Glass, and I'm glad I did. They were able to install my new windshield the very next day at the best price. Before scheduling, I asked John Pulido a long list of questions about the windshield manufacturer, DOT certification, acoustic glass, molding, warranty, mobile service, and installation details. Instead of giving vague answers, he answered everything directly and professionally. He even checked my VIN before discussing specifications and confirmed my Rogue required an acoustic windshield. John explained that the replacement glass could come from manufacturers such as Pilkington, PGW, Fuyao, or AGC. After verifying my vehicle, he confirmed he would be installing a Pilkington acoustic windshield, which I was very happy to hear. The installation was performed at my home, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and John actually arrived slightly early. The installation moved quickly and efficiently, and by 12:37 PM he was already calling me to let me know the work was completed. The new windshield included: +Pilkington acoustic glass +DOT-certified construction +Solar band +New molding +Mobile installation +Labor warranty John took care to protect the vehicle's interior and dashboard during the installation and cleaned up everything afterward. There was no mess left behind. He also explained the curing process clearly, including leaving the tape on the windshield for 24 hours before removing it. Most importantly, the finished product has been excellent. There have been no leaks, rattles, wind noise, or any other issues since the replacement. Overall, Pulidos Auto Glass delivered exactly what I was looking for: quality glass, knowledgeable service, mobile convenience, excellent communication, and a fair price. I saved money compared to both Apple Glass and Safelite while receiving a high-quality Pilkington acoustic windshield installed at my home. If you need a windshield replacement in Houston, I would absolutely recommend John Pulido and Pulidos Auto Glass.

Highly recommended! Had a leaky windshield on my Explorer cop car so I needed gaskets. John came to my place, did a custom job (including removing the searchlight, modifying the mounting and new part, then reinstalling the light), plus he fixed my own previous screwup, and tracked down a bad electrical connection. John is a solid dude, skilled, flexible, good attitude. I will definitely be calling Pulido's the next time I have a problem with auto glass, hydraulics, or electric issues.

However, in my opinion, from the standpoint of someone garnering quotes for a future mirror replacement, the receptionist or customer service associate who answered the phone did not have a good enough concept of (potential) customer relations. After a truly harrowing, somewhat traumatizing freeway experience, I thought the person answering the phone would at least have some kind of empathy or even just a professional, friendly tone. My initial request to speak to a mechanic or service advisor was ignored. Anyways, I volunteered info about the make, model, year and color of the car, but she only seemed interested in the VIN number, which I provided. Any other place asks for all of this info. She actually said I read the VIN number too fast at the end of my reading of it, which makes no sense as I never read numbers that fast out of courtesy. I even took the extra step of making sure she got the letters correctly, but, again, she did not appreciate that. Instead, she rather unprofessionally and abruptly ended the entire call. I've never had this kind of low vibration, low intelligence customer service from any auto-related business. So, I called back and left a message thinking perhaps the owner would contact me either the same day or the next, to no avail. Every other business I have contacted, from dealerships to independent repair and body shops, have had much more impressive and professional communications.
