He then said, "What if I go around the Tesla and find other scratches?" basically trying to justify the damage he caused. He even said he would scratch his own car if that would make me feel better. After he left, I checked the car and found out the passenger speaker wasn't working. I also found the piece holding the speaker to the door was broken. I came to yelp and decided to look into A Good Auto Glass. The customer service over the phone and in person was very efficient and friendly. My car is a new model so I was happy to know the shop was able to take me in and do the recalibration that Safelite said I would have to go to the dealer for. The location is in a trafficky area and is a house, so it is easy to miss. The waiting room is small and doesn't look that comfy and accommodating so I was happy Kevin was able to give me a ride home. My replacement had a small blemish but when I called, Kevin told me I could come back in. They were able to clean it up pretty quickly.
