Visiting Houston for the weekend and on my final night of fun I walk out to my rear window broken and found a few items missing ..immediately searching for auto glass replacements at 3AM we were able to call CGT and whom answer on the second call and said he could help out and to be there at 8AM Sunday morning which was just a few hours away..once we ended the call he was returning a missed call from my other half as she had called as well as I didn't know she reached out to CGT as well..got there as he was finishing up with a customer and had my window and got it cleaned up and replaced in about an hour (maybe less)..very reasonable -a nice person and knew exactly what he was doing..even had an option to get the window I needed had he not had available...made for a smooth ride home and a big weight of concern as I didn't want to ride home without a window nor boarded or covered up...THANKFUL-GRATEFUL--CGT IS TRULY A BLESSING WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF NEEDED read more

So, this morning someone violated my precious beauty ("my car") by breaking the vent glass out of the back passenger side of my sweet love ("my car"), then proceeded, to successfully rob me of many personal items. Brother C is amazing at this thang! I promise it took Brother C a whole 25 minutes to dismantle and reinstall my vent glass on my sugar dumplings baby girl, Dodge Charger! AND it was totally last minute, same day service!!! I found Brother C on yelp (love this site/app); Before calling I was at my wits end as I had called 15 other shops and received estimates between $200-$375. So, when I called Bro C at 3:45 pm on Saturday afternoon to inquire about a quote for emergency services - I had already accepted the fact that I was going to pay over $200 bucks for a little slither of a window. Honestly, I was the polar opposite of optimistic, until Bro C quoted me a price within the first two minutes of the conversation. The quote was well UNDER $200 and so amazingly reasonable! Those two minutes included Bro C calling more than one warehouse to locate and confirm availability of the glass. Let's just say, I was at his shop in less than 45 minutes, and a satisfied referring customer - 25 minutes later. Needed our back window fixed after it shattered. Weren't too keen on having to spend hundreds due to the fact we have an old car but the price was great and he came over quickly to repair it. Offered to vacuum the glass a little bit also and worked quickly. Answered the phone even when they weren't open, and arrived quickly although I didn't know him traveling was even an option. 10/10 would even give it more than five stars if I could. My only issue was that my windows are tinted and the guy Charles recommended to tint the window didn't show when he said he would to do the work. Twice! No "I'm running late" no phone call, nothing. Finally time to replace this cracked windshield. Quick yelp search and found these guys. Read through the reviews and what's there not to love? Called and they gave me a really fair price. Fifty dollars less than the other guys I had previously called. Winning! They said they could change out my windshield that day and they'd even come to me and switch it out while its parked out front of my place??? Double winning!!! I walked out and met them at the car, unlocked it and gave them an hour...and DONE! New windshield installed and looking good! Then I had to go get my car inspected. Upon sitting in the vehicle I immediately noticed that there's grease marks all on my leather seats and middle console. Aside from that there's molding all over the floors and dash. I called the shop and was told the grease marks were "sweat" and when I mentioned the molding they had ripped out and just threw all over the place they told me it was hot outside and to stop "preaching to the choir"...uhhhhh that's not cool. Clean up after yourself...it's not that hard! It's that attention to detail and customer service that's just lacking here...could have easily been 4 stars...but "it was hot out" and they get a much deserved 2! read more

I did not get my car windows tinted here, for very good reason. The customer service was the worst I have experienced in a long time. I called the phone number listed on Yelp to get a quote for tinting my windows. There was no answer when I called initially, which was not a problem. A few minutes later, I get a call back from the same phone number. When I answered the phone, the gentleman on the phone said "Who is this?" Um, excuse me sir? How about introducing yourself and where you are calling from? You called me. Anyway. The conversation continues. He must have been hard of hearing or just not paying attention to what I was saying because I literally had to repeat myself and explain what I needed about 4-5 times. I told him what kind of car I had and what year, and he gave me a price quote for the tint. I then followed up and asked what brand of window tint he used. His reply: "What brand? Oh I don't know baby". He repeatedly called me "baby" during the entire conversation which was not only unprofessional but just downright sexist and creepy. I couldn't believe that someone who is a professional, and someone who I am supposed to entrust with my vehicle did not know even what brand of tint they used or offered, so I asked again "I'm sorry, you don't know what brand you all use?" He again called me baby, told me that he did not know what type of tint they used, and that I would need to go somewhere else. Then he proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I could not believe the conversation I just had. If that gentleman is the voice of this business, and the person that customers are expected to interact with, I have no idea how they even stay open. However, after calling multiple place to fix my Lexus GX rear window and comparing cost, Mr Charles was by far cheapest and came directly to my apartment within the hour. Great service! They got me in and out very quickly. Post vandalism to my back passenger window and thieves broke the whole thing out. They charged me almost $150 less than other places I called.
