I'm not one to put a bad review, but I really would like for the company to admit to their mistakes. I was ready to refer my friends but told them to wait for my experience first. I was inform of this slash during the process. I was told it was small and that you can't really see it. Upon leaving we both went to take a look at it. This "little slash" is extremely noticeable! My inspection sticker is out soon so yes I have been looking at this corner. If you did it just admit to it. I can see stains where it has been tampered with. You clearly stated "you don't assume any responsibly to it". That's fine you know what you know and so do I. You want to make this right you know how to contact me. read more

My second visit here. My first one time was great. I thought these guys were awesome. Second visit not so much. After getting my windshield replaced I assumed the job was performed to satisfaction. I only inspected it once I was at home. Excess glue spewed over in multiple sections and onto the car paint (smeared in certain sections). Once the job was done there was no way they couldn't see where they messed up. Also I noticed a line cut into my paint (near one of the glue sections). I called to complain about the sloppy job and the owner (guessing he was the owner) said to come in and they would clean it up. I go back and they cut off the excess glue and wipe off the majority (not all) of the glue. Not once was an apology made to say "hey sorry my guys should have done a better job" or" Sorry for making you come back here". As a side note they also left the inside of my car dirty instead of wiping it down. Even though the excess glue was cut off it's still fairly noticeable which isn't the end of the world but very irritating. The owner (or manager) did say to come back if there are any leaks. But how can I trust them if the job was only half done to begin with. Regardless leak or not the next time I have to replace a windshield it won't be here. I will also stop making referrals for them (I had already sent a few people here in the past). In the end I blame myself for this - you get what you pay in trying to save a few bucks. read more

Three days after Christmas, the start of a five day vacation, and hung over from a night of drinking, I go outside to find out that my car has been broken into. Thieves busted out my Miata's driver side window, stole my iPod out of the glove compartment, my phone charger, and some cheap sunglasses that I'd had for about five years and absolutely adored. Needless to say, I've had better holidays and thus began my search for some place to replace my glass and get my car back on the road. My mother did some searching and found a place that quoted $250 to replace the glass, the cheapest that she was able to locate. So I made an appointment for the next day at 1:30 pm, depressed over how much this incident was going to cost me. Bright and freaking early the next morning (I had been out late with friends for a birthday party since the appointment wasn't until late), my phone rings. I blearily answer to find out that it's the glass place calling to tell me that not only do they not have the part and can't see me today, it's dealer-only and is probably going to double the cost. I freak out and my dad calls some friends to get recommendations of other places to try. One of them recommends AAA Discount Auto Glass Incorporated, the hero of this story. Not only were they able to see me as soon as I called, they were also able to replace the window in about two hours and for $150, $100 cheaper than the original quote and way cheaper than the dealer-only quote. Fast and cheap certainly made them win over anyone else we talked to. While it certainly sucked to have my car broken into and my stuff stolen (I bought a new iPod, but am still bitter about losing the best sunglasses ever), AAA Discount Auto Glass Incorporated made a really horribly experience better by doing excellent work in record time and doing it way cheaper than the competition. My back passenger window was smashed in on a Friday night. I was really concerned about finding a place to replace it without paying extra. I called several places and was quoted 200 plus dollars. I called Hugo and he quoted me a price that was 100.00 less than most places. He didn't had the glass in stock, however he was able to order it and have it to he'e shop within 45 minutes. Super fast installation, less than 1 hour!!! I am going back in a few weeks to have my windshield replaced as well. read more

My side back window was broken into and they didn't have the glass I needed. So they recommended me to some salvage yards to go get the glass since they didn't have it; then they installed it for $55. Thirty minutes later I was back on the road. This place is unprofessional. First we asked how much would it cost to pull up a driver side window and we were told to hold on until they look into it. After finding out what was wrong we asked the price and the guy just said I'll let you know I got you. We asked him 2 more times about the price and he said the same thing. Once he did the labor he comes and states that it will cost $100. They do not tell you the cost until they are done with the labor and then when we asked "well what if we did intend on spending that much on a window (we had our own window) the guy said "well I can take it off and the you can go on about your business" if we could rate 0 stars we definitely would have. We took our car there for a windshield replacement. All was good until they said they were finished. First thing noticed was the large amount of removed sealant left on top of the cars roof on the passenger side. It was very tacky. Nevertheless I took a rag from the trunk to wipe it away feeling that if I had worked there I would never have said I was finished and left such a mess on my customers car. Low and behold I noticed a dime sized chip of paint missing that wasn't there before the car was serviced. Now it made since why the tech didn't clean up his mess because he was trying to hide the damage to the paint. We asked for a discount and the manager referred to some smaller paint damage to the car that was there prior to service stating that we were not being truthful. The manager was arrogant and refused a discount offering to call the cops and let them settle the argument. Though I was tempted to do so, I felt this must be a regular seen of events at this location and they must already know the cops very well and it would be a waste of time. The tech came out and looked and smirked and walked away saying nothing. Lastly I let it go simply because the car is going to be painted soon anyway but I'll never do business with this company again and I wish I had read the reviews prior to this one before I allowed them to service our vehicle. Also they have sign out front stating $75 for windshields which is a scam to get you in. They will charge you atlas $50 more. The old con game of false advertisement. Got our windshield replaced here. Old one had tons of chips from rocks and had a big crack on driver side. They had it in stock (1998 SUV) took an hour and a half and only cost $115! Had a windshield put in and the installer step in my front seat while removing the sealant. I saw him with my own eyes but i figured he would clean it once finished . Well he didnt! After paying for my car and getting in i saw the foot print still there. When i told the manager he repeatedly said " i dont know how that happen we install from the front". He then spoke to the installer in spanish and brushed out my seat never apologizing or making his installer take ownership of the problem . Lastly they didnt even clean up the mess on the dashboard that they made during the process. read more

Great service. My friend told me about them when a piece of debris hit the windshield of my 2005 Pontiac G6. I called and they accepted my insurance and the next day they came to my work in North Houston and replaced the windshield in less than an hour!!!! While the installer had to wait for the glue to dry, he cleaned all the other windows (most people would just sit in their car and wait instead of work.) Hope I do not have to call them again, but if another windshield needs to be replaced, they would be the first one I would call!!! read more
