This was one of the worst experiences. I called USA clean master to fix a stain in my rug. They put me in touch with a technician who took the rug away and when he called to say it was done, i mentioned to him if he had help to move the sofa (as it was heavy) and he said it wasn't a problem. Needless to say, he scraped all my floors as he moved the sofa and damaged my floors completely. He also mentioned to my wife he was able to do other upholstery, to which my wife asked him to do the chairs, but he used all sorts of chemicals and stained the floors even more. Customer service called and said the damage to the floors is "my problem", they only deal with the rug. They also said the technician shoudn't have offered to do any other services and thats my responsibility. He also claimed it was "suspicious" why I reported it 6 days later (even though I was on a business trip. Finally, they weren't even able to remove the stains on the rug! SO damaged floors, stain on the rug, and an extremly rude customer service agent. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR BUSINESS! read more

After seeing my review, this company did their best to contact me and even came back out to re-clean my rug. The rug looks a little better but we honestly thought it would look almost like new (which it doesn't) since it is only 1.5 years old and we have no pets and don't wear shoes on it. Called up because I spilled a whole LARGE MUG of coffee on the carpet. I am a renter not an owner and my landlord is great to us. Over 6 plus years he replaced our air conditioner, and re did the bathroom & put in a new front door! So when I spilled the coffee on the carpet I decided to clean the carpet. I had my own carpet cleaning/flood restoration business when I was younger. Now I'm retired and I wish I had my own equipment but I sold the business a long time ago! I called up USA Clean Master as they were close to where I live in Aventura area. They confirmed my appointment, and came when they told me they would. Todd showed me he knew his stuff as he cleaned the condo and made my carpets look better than when I moved into the condo! AWFUL! technicians have no idea what they are doing. I got 3 small new pee stains from a dog i was fostering, the next day i called them and they came the same day. I told them it is a very expensive silk blend rug, he said he had a "special solution" 2 of the spots were the size of a dollar coin and one was the size of a CD. Tom came and told me it would be 115$. I knew i was being over charged, i was on a time crunch and he promised most of it would be gone perhaps all. He could not accept CC because his swipe thing was broken i had to take out cash, he was done in under 10 minutes. that scared me, i looked at the now wet spots, inspecting it. (My rug is an expensive silk blend light grey/silver rug) since it was wet i couldnt see the yellow, he said the yellow was completely gone. he left it wet, did not bring any type of fan to dry it. i handed him 120$ and he had the nerve to ask if i needed change. I am an idiot for saying no, he did not deserve a tipIt dod not dry till the next day and that is when i saw the stains intact. the perimeter of the stains were discolored now a whitish color, but the yellow pee stain still there. Worse than that, the fibers of my beautiful rug are destroyed. Looks like he grabbed a big brush and scrubbed it. So not only did not remove the stain or the smell he also made it worse by destroying the fibers. When i called they said they would send him back. which i did not want him near my rug or in my apartment for that matter. They ruined the rug, they have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will rip you off, ruin your rug, and then give you the run around when you demand repair. i hope they never have another job in this city again. I called looking online for a carpet cleaning service after renting an apartment for 2 years. They had a good base price and were very eager to set up an appointment. They already knew my building and knew when they could come by, so that was encouraging. They made the appointment, called me to verify exactly when I would be home, and since it was early morning in Brickell, the technician called me to give me exact times of when he'd arrive. Upon arrival Aaron, the carpet technician, was very proficient and professional with his services. He looked at my apartment, gave me the costs, and told me what I would need to pay to get everything cleaned really well. He took a lot of pride in his work and related to me since he has two dogs that mess up his carpet as well. He wanted me to stay to see how he worked, and would show me when he did the problematic areas where my stains were. He was very honest telling me that he could 100% get 80% of the stains out. The other 20% would be more wear and tear stuff that he couldn't get out. When I had questions about the up keep of the carpet he automatically gave me his number and told me to call him if I have any questions, or to just contact him if I need some spot treatments. When he left my carpet looked like new!! From what I can tell, he underestimated how well he could clean, and got 95% of all the stains out. He did point out what he couldn't get out and why. He also tried to get every stain out, going over it at least 3 times! I"m not sure if I was overcharged, since I haven't done this much before, but as far as professionalism, promptness, time management, honesty, and customer service-I was very impressed!! read more
