Should be Zero Starts. I purchased a micro SD card that turned out to be an Expansion Card (Card which shows larger capacity than it actually has). The expansion cards are made by using illegal software. For instance, a Micro SD card has 2GB of storage but some manufacturers show it 64GB. That means you can use only the 2GB storage if you use more than 2GB your data gets corrupted and even you could lose the data. I contacted them and received an RMA to return the card. Tracking number shows they have received it a month ago, and with my constant attempt to contact them, i have not heard back from them, nor have i received my refund. Looks like I am not the only one! Purchased a micro SD card that did not work. Replacement also did not work. I sent that one back and did not receive a refund. That appears to be their business model: buy defective merchandise, and wear their "customers" down with replacement requests until they give up or lose track. In my case it was a little of both. This is a mixed review. I purchased two of the 256 gig micro-SD cards with the 64 gig bonus cards. The 256 gig cards both ended up having bad sectors, I didn't try the 64 gig cards. However, the company itself did everything I would expect of them. They shipped the cards to me very quickly and were very polite and helpful when I called about the problem I was having. When I said I wanted to return the cards, they gave me an RMA number and refunded my cash within a week of when I mailed back the cards which likely means within a day or two of when they received them. Even with the failure of these cards, giving them a 4 was easy for me since I'm not rating the cards, I'm rating this company and you learn more about a company when there is a problem than you do when everything goes perfect. Overall, they handled this issue and refund as well as any online company I've worked with. It's just too bad that the cards didn't work because they were a great price. I'm going to assume they got a bad batch of cards and will probably try them again some time. read more

Yep, this company is a scam. I wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase. Sd card stopped working two days after I had transferred all my files over. So not only did I end with a broken sd card, I lost all of my pictures and files. Emailed them but of course there is no freaking response. Save your money, do not buy anything from them!!! I can't even leave a bad review on their website because you have to have an account but guess what? They don't give you the option to sign up! Most if not all reviews on there are fake. I ordered an micro SD card for my phone. After two weeks without a response, I E Mailed them to find out if the order was lost. I had to E Mail twice before I got a response. The 2nd E Mail threatened to cancel the Visa Charge. They claim they shipped it after that, but I still have not received the card. Next time, I'll just go to Amazon or Best Buy to get the card. It may cost a little more, but there won't be any aggravation involved with transaction, just to save 2 or 3 bucks. read more

A friend of mine had an SD card he ordered from eBay. He said it was 512 GB, but I doubted it. I searched the web and came across USA Discount Warehouse. They had a 512 GB Micro SD Card listed so I bought it. I wanted to see it for myself because I was not aware of any Micro SD Cards of this size. The card did not work and stopped saving data before it reached 300 GB. I emailed them TWICE before they responded. Tonya Bartow emailed me and offered to refund my purchase. Of course, you do not receive a full refund because they keep the shipping fee. Tonya assumed I was going to use this in a smartphone. I explained how wrong she is. First I dropped some knowledge on her. I explained there have been prototypes for 512 GB in 2015, and a theoretical 1 TB prototype in 2016, but none of those are ready for market. The card they sent me was going to be used in a Nintendo Switch which supports a maximum capacity of a 2 TB Micro SD Card. That capacity is four times greater than the card in question. I mounted this on my computer first to test the capacity/efficiency, and not only did they sell me a product under false-pretense it is also very slow. This card is not as advertised. To give further insight, there are a lot of these Micro SD Cards coming from China. They alter the card to fool devices into believing there is more space than what is available. The average consumer will fall for this and lose files when the card has reached capacity. The constant attempts to save more data can cause items to become overwritten, or corrupt. If you purchase one of these cards, contact your bank to reverse the charges, then demand an RMA from this company. read more

As the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for", I needed a 128 GB micro SD memory card for my security camera and found one at great price compared to name brands. I ordered and it came in a reasonable time, it lasted two days, then no recorded images. Contacted support by email and received message that I would receive an answer in 24 hours, over a week later they responded that I needed to reformat, good idea, but the camera can't find card. I put it in my computer, no card found. No matter how many times I told them the card could not be found, they insisted that it needed to be reformatted. The 64 gb card that was listed as class 10 was actually class 2 labelled as class 10 I just got done with the analysis of the 512gb u sd card and it failed miserably. There is an issue with the addressing algorithm and as such it tends to corrupt files primarily PDF files rendering them useless. I have requested a response from the seller USA Discount Warehouse. I will see how far that goes and make followup review accordingly read more

I purchased a 256gb SDXC card and they add a free 64gb card to my ordered which I thought it was cool. When I got the card and mounted to my smart phone it read the card was corrupted. I did some extra test to verify the reliability of the cards, both cards were counterfeit to simulate being 256gb class 10 when in fact where a low quality 16gb class 2 cards and a 4gb low speed class 2. I contacted them and seem like they were going to give me the full refund, they even send me a refund email confirmation letter but time kept passing a never saw the credit back on my account. I contacted my credit card provider which took control of my complaint and now I am waiting for them to recuperated my money. When is reference to technology Do not take short cuts by buying from unreliable companies. Just get a good Sandisk card on Walmart or best buy so if you have any issues they will back it up with the guarantee. It's all a Scam. Companies that make things, find defective units while in the testing process and rather than throw them away, they're sold off as a tax write-offs and sold to various "Scam Artists". This by the way is all legal, most of the time, then they in turn sell these units at discounted prices that are so low, it's very hard not to give it a shot. And make a small fortune at it, that cost them next to nothing. The way I steer clear and approach matters of this nature, prior to buying, I Google it under *Comsumer Reviews" (not the reviews with Ads). This way you won't loose your hard earned money. I use this with most everything I buy and very seldom do I get burned. Remember this; as trust must be earned and not assumed. For example, the terms like, Gov't, National, American or USA. They all envoke trust and believe in us, which in turn makes us all fell very comfortable and safe when sending them your "Credit Card #. What the do with your Credit Card #? Just like the other bad reviews, I had the same poor experience. They never pick up the phone. I also e-mailed them and people with different fake names reply (if they reply). No admission that their products are defective and poor quality. SD Cards I ordered failed after a few days of use. I reformatted them and failed again after a few days. They kept failing after reformatting them. I received 4 and all 4 cards failed. 1 failure is understandable but all 4 and multiple times? Several other consumers have had the same complaint. I purchased an sd card from them that became corrupt @ 3 months after purchase. I had it in my phone so I lost many, many very important photos. I contacted them, told them about the issue. Their customer service used circumlocution (going around and around) to delay dealing with the issue until after 4 months had expired from the date of purchase. They said they could no longer return the purchase price back to my credit card because the 4 month window expired. They then told me they could refund via google wallet, which I don't have. I suggested a company check. After a couple weeks they said it had been taken care of. I sent an email asking how was it taken care of and there has been no response. I presume they buy faulty sd cards that will function for about 3-4 months, then become corrupted from Taiwan. They more than likely get the sd cards at a huge discount; hence their name; then sell and have no intention of informing customers of the faulty nature nor refunding the price paid. It is criminal! I purchased a 512 GB micro SD card for $60, that came with a free 64 GB miro SD card. They arrived in a timely manner, but they were both junk. Kept getting error messages, lost files transferred. I contacted the company, they were quick to respond and tell me to download a free formatting program that would fix everything. I did as instructed, the program "formatted" the cards, then when I tried to use them Microsoft said "card requires formatting" and I had to reformat, only to have the same problems ensue. I contacted them, a woman by the name of Sarah Berk e-mailed me back and apologized and offered a refund with an RMA and mailing address. I sent the cards back. USPS verified they were received 8/1/16. When I had not heard anything a week later, I e-mailed them. Silence. Their phone number is dead give away. They a a digital answering voice that claims "All our phone lines are busy now, please contact us at our web site." I wish I had heard THAT before I ordered.
