Like the days-of-old, the staff was super engaging and helpful (even though I was just browsing). This is a smaller store than what I remember. But, it is extremely helpful to touch and feel products, before buying. Also store staff, sometimes will have first-hand knowledge of your situation or products. It is so helpful that you can actually talk to a live person. If I lived nearby, I'd be a frequent visitor.

My experience with the customer service there was very disappointing. I had an issue with a charge that was still being applied to my account even after I had already closed my service, and I went to the store looking for help to resolve it. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to get assistance, and in the end, they did not provide a solution. I was told to contact a representative myself, when I expected the staff at the location to guide me or help me through the process. The person who assisted me was not very empathetic and did not seem interested in understanding my situation. I felt a lack of attention, professionalism, and basic human consideration during the interaction. The manager also did not do anything meaningful to help resolve the issue.
