When we first contacted them with my cell on their main line, I received a text back right away from their cell and we started texting back and forth from there. I sent pics and dimensions of my walk in shower and the manager gave me a quote and time till completion shortly after. We decided to book the job and their team was readily available. On day of the job, Daniel arrived exactly on time, was very polite and extremely knowledgable of the job. He was very careful and did the job perfectly and within the quoted time. They gave us a 5 year warranty and also mentioned exactly what product to use to help maintain the shower's cleanliness and keep it damage free for a long lasting result. The original price they gave us was excellent and they stuck to it after the job was complete, we paid by Zelle without issues. After all, we are happy to have chosen this company as it saved a lot of money by painting old tiles instead of changing them which would have cost 10x the price, or thousands of dollars. The company lives up to it's 5-star status and I'd recommend them to friends, family and readers of this review.

These are clean, organized and communicative professionals. My project was small but complicated. We have an odd counter top extension that sort of hung out at a weird angle, we did not use and took up an entire room of the house (it is a small house). It was becoming a place for accumulating junk. This project required that they cut off a section of granite countertop and detach the extension from the floor. Then they trimmed the granite to a new length it so that they could reposition it with a CLEAN SEAM. It looks great and now I have more usable counter top space for cooking, the kids have a counter to sit at for breakfast and we have an extra room in the house. Horrible experience. Ruined my floors as well. Did not do what they said they would do and tried to charge me extra money _AFTER_ they had already started the work. I'll start at the beginning. I bought a 1965 home with terrazzo floors under the carpet. I wanted to remove the carpet and restore the terrazzo floors. I hired USA Floor Care to come in and repair and restore my terrazzo floors. First I got an estimate of $950 for the work. One the first day they were 'pose to be at the house at 9:15 am. I showed up at 9am. At 9:30am I got a call from the saying they were 25 minutes out. So I called the main office to ask if they knew the appointment was for 9:15am. The first day the removed the carpet, cleaned the floors, and treated the floors with a peroxide bleaching agent. When they were done applying the bleaching agent, one of the workers came to me and said that they were told not to repair or fill any of the holes. That that would cost more money. So i called the main office and talked to the man who gave me the original quote and he said that that would cost extra materials to repair and fill holes. I told him that was the whole point of hiring them was to get the holes fills and the floor repairs. He called back and told me it would cost an additional $150 for the holes to be filled. Later I went back and looked at the work order and it clearly states on the works order that they were to "Fill in holes with matching resin and chips (no charge)" and "Fill in cracks with matching resin (no charge)." Notice the "no charge"..... Yet they tried to charge me an additional $150 for this. Monday comes and I stay home all day to watch over the order. The workers did nothing to put up any sheets to block the dust. This should have been a red flag for me. They were not going to do anything that actually created any dust. They completely skipped the step of grinding the floors. Then they polished and sealed the floors. When everything was dried and they were gone and I was able to walk on the floors and to see the results it was extremely clear to me that they failed to "hone" the floors with the "metal diamonds" and "resin diamonds." It's very obvious that you can see on the floors where a bed once lay. If they had grinded down the top layer like they said on the work order you would not be able to see that. In the second bedroom you can see water damage that was under the carpet. Again, had they "hone" down the floors with the grinders like the work order said you wouldn't be able to see this. I'll attach pictures so you can see the bed frame outline on the floor and the water damage stain - neither of which were removed. And I had a contractor come look at the floors and the first thing he said was, "They didn't grind down the floors." In addition he said, "If they had grind down the floors dust would be everywhere." He also showed me how they did not fill the crack and holes and you could literally put you finger into some of the holes in the floor. I should have gone with my gut after reading the yelp reviews here and avoided this company. But they were recommended by two friends. The reviews and photos don't lie though. I do not know who I spoke to but whoever it was she was rude and very impolite. The way she said hello through the phone is not the way to greet a future customer. I would ask her a question to get a quote and she would not let me finish and answer back rudely. i just got fed up and clicked. That is really not the way to be talking to people. read more
