The staff consistently makes fresh batches, but sometimes, if there are larger orders, you may have to wait a bit. During my hotel stay, I make a quick stop at this place for basic necessities like Gatorade, water, snacks, wipes, gum, and sometimes even gas. I have seen this station become a little full, so be patient. Lastly, I like that there's a gate that leads to the cul-de-sac where the hotel is.

It's located right off the 210 Fwy at Day Creek Blvd in Rancho Cucamonga. This gas station is bright and well maintained. It has a Food Mart and Jack in the Box (JIB). I'll have to check out this JIB to get my tacos one of these days if I haven't already... I don't remember LOL. I blame it on old age LOL. Anyway, I drove right into this gas station. Went to pump #2. Got my gas and left. I normally pay at the pump whenever possible as I prefer not to go inside if I don't have to unless I need to use the restroom. I noticed gas prices here are a tad higher than other neighboring gas stations. I only pump certain brands and Shell is one of them... it's all good. Funny, I have been to this gas station on a few occasions. I never wrote a review for it until now. Go figure!

I understand that there is a policy they have to follow, but it didn't make sense. When I asked for clarification, Marquese repeatedly responded, "I don't know how many times I have to tell you that there's a policy," without offering any real explanation. I made it clear that I understood there was a policy, but I didn't understand why it existed. The employees then suggested I might be trying to pick up the same order at two different locations at the same time, which didn't make sense because the order only listed one address--this location. They said that unless I confirmed the order through the app, they couldn't release it, even though I had the correct name and the unique code. The issue was that the order was placed on my wife's phone under her name, and I only had screenshots. This has never been a problem anywhere else--we've placed many mobile orders before, and typically only a name or code is required. They told me the only way I could get the order was if my wife came in herself. That wasn't possible and was a major inconvenience. Since they wouldn't release the order, we requested a refund and went somewhere else. Overall, it was a very frustrating and time-wasting experience. I would not recommend this location.
