I really think this is a high quality place!!! There are many things for sale here that are of great value! The service requested for me is usually dropping off UPS boxes to be returned or mailing items that the post office will not mail because of their odd shape to my relatives. The gifts get there fast! The owner is very friendly and courteous! I had a long chat with the owner today. The packing and shipping services are amazing! The birthday cards there are beautiful and reasonable!!! I really like the mailing labels and other mail supplies such as packing tape for packages. The owner is just delightful!!! Extremely convenient for mail you'd prefer not be left at your front door. Always great to choose between Fedex/UPS as options in one place for pricing variance. Christine is a wealth of knowledge and always eager to meet all of her customers needs. I have been dropping off my Fed Ex packages here for some time. It is very convenient and I have never had any problems with my sent delivery not getting to its destination, and may I say sometimes overnight. That to me is the important reason to continue to use USA Mail Boxes. read more

I used this office today as a ups dropoff. The labels were prepaid and the woman behind the counter-Middle aged, blonde hilights, accent...She seemed as if I was nuisance to her. I'm guessing if you're not spending money on whatever services they offer here, then you're just in their way.lol. I don't know. That's just the vibe I got. Next time I'll skip this location and try the one on commerce. I hate going into a place of business and feeling unwelcomed. read more
