The woman left the buisness and kicked us out in the cold. Had us waiting for another person to open shop. They are not friendly at all. I WOULD NOT COME HERE. $66 for live scan, $2 extra for debit card or $3 extra for credit. I asked him if I could bring my debit from my car. He lowered the price to $68. Prices do not seem consistent. Ive been to other locations that are cheaper and very helpful explaining the process and such. Unfortunately I do not know any from the area. read more

I came in for fingerprints around 4:30pm without an appointment and there were maybe three people in front of me. Totally fine and prepared to wait. Idk if it was the heat or just an unexpected rush but the lady upfront seemed hurried, short and annoyed. She was actually pretty rude. Told me to sign in and wait in the waiting room in the sun which was significantly hotter than the main room. Didn't call my name like she said she would, barked "give me your paperwork" at me. "That'll be $17" Then continued to speak on the phone the whole time while doing my finger prints. Handled my hands extremely rough while doing it. Didn't explain anything. While on the phone she said "you're done". And I left. I hope you're not one of the customers that get this experience. read more

I was originally planning to get my Livescan at another facility in the shopping center. However I forgot to bring the paperwork. So I went over here to print it. I was so grateful that I was able to get It done on the same trip without needing to go back home. The man who did it was quick and efficient (there wasn't anyone else there so that helped.) Just an FYI when you get fingerprinted he has to hold your hand. He even uses his hand to wipe your hand if he can't get a clear print. So be ready to be closer than we like to be during these times. Parking is sufficient, but it is a busy lot with other businesses. So I can see it being harder during busy times if the day. read more

Bad customer service, but whatever - the Live Scan fingerprinting was cheap and done correctly. Went there in mid-June and the employee was too cool and acted like he had done this a million times (which he probably has), rushing the process. When he did the fingerprinting, it didn't inspire confidence, but later on, when I checked the Live Scan results online, it was all fine. The employee actually wrote my verification number incorrectly which caused a little headache, but no major damage done. Though very affordable, I'll look for another place in the future. dmo out. read more

I highly recommend this place above any other livescan location. The staff is always courteous and prompt, respecting the patron's time. They are also very affordable. It was $17 to get my fingerprints done. Another place I went to charged $130 and made me wait 40 mins while the worker finished a personal phone call. I even accidentally lost my copy of the fingerprint form and they were so helpful in getting me a replacement copy. I had to physically return (for fraud purposes) and the guy working was kind enough to go through stacks and stack of papers to find the record and make me a copy. Greetings STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I received my live scan from this place on December 11 2019. Everything went smoothly, so I thought. I received mail from them saying my date of birth did not match. So, spoke with a guy over the phone and he assured me he corrected the information with the correct info I provided him and will be sent to Department of Justice. Today is April 14, 2020. I was under the assumption the DOJ is taking their sweet time. Come to find out these people never sent my live scan to DOJ because they did not want to correct it by hand writing since my application was typed. That's fine but they never called nor sent mail to let me know to come in and redo my app or get refund. They truly wasted my time and kept my money this whole time. Not one of them had sympathy for my situation. I WILL that they lose their business or learn a hard lesson. Again, stay away from such businesses. Thank you!. read more
