Absolutely the worst alignment experience I've ever had. I was told my camber was "even" and that…read morethe alignment was fine. It very clearly was not. When I questioned it, the owner brushed it off and blamed my car, saying he trusted the machine more,even though the camber was visibly off. That alone should've been the red flag. Instead he doubled down and dismissed it like I didn't know what I was looking at. I took my car to another alignment shop the same day, and surprise the camber was completely out of spec. Not slightly. Not borderline. Completely wrong. I had to pay for another full alignment immediately. The paperwork from both shops proves how bad this one messed up. Hiding behind "the machine says it's fine" while ignoring obvious, measurable issues is either incompetence or laziness,possibly both. An alignment shop that won't stand by their work or admit when they don't know what a camber kit is crazy to me when I installed a camber kit all around myself. This kind of work leads to uneven tire wear, bad handling, and safety problems. I have all documentation showing the difference. Don't let this shop gaslight you into thinking your car is the problem when they clearly are. Take your advice from a car enthusiasts and take your business literally anywhere else.

Unprofessional and Rude - Avoid!…read more Today I contacted "Mark" from COLOROMETICS, who responded via text, for a wheel repair quote. I needed about 4 inches of repair, and he quoted me $159 without any breakdown of the costs. This was significantly higher than another quote I received for $90 for a similar repair. While I understood with the other company that the $90 price might mean a less-than-perfect finish, Mark didn't even leave room for dialogue about options. A professional would have offered alternatives like, "Depending on what you want, we can try a less aggressive approach for $90," or something similar. He simply didn't seem to care about building a relationship with a potential client or exploring different solutions. What was truly off-putting, however, was Mark's unprofessional and unsolicited opinionated tone in his text messages. When discussing the repair, I may have used the wrong terminology like "blend," but it clearly set him off. He rudely responded with "It's not a painted finish so blending is not an option. Sounds like you got a someone that's doesn't know what they are talking about. Lol Best of luck to you." This defensive, dismissive, and frankly, childish attitude is a really horrible business practice. For such a short conversation with that much reactivity, I would imagine he's a nightmare when he believes a client wronged him my god. I would strongly advise against using COLOROMETICS or dealing with Mark. There are clearly other businesses out there that offer better pricing and, more importantly, professional and respectful customer service. Save yourself the drama and look elsewhere. They give you the option of texting photos of the damage. I did and got a long-written response from Charlie, but he wanted to follow up with a phone call. Based on my damage Charlie could not fix it, and he explained in detail why he couldn't. He then told me about two shops that could help but explained the fixing process of one of the shops which was local and what to expect. The shop that could do the complete job is in Sacramento. I will contact them. I learned stuff that I hadn't even thought about! I really appreciated the time Charlie took to explain my dilemma. You don't find many shop owners that go out of there way like Charlie, especially knowing that he could not fix it. He could have just told me, "I can't fix that, sorry" and left it at that. Great to see pride of ownership like that.

When I got there, they looked at it and said It's not as bad as it looks and he could pop it back into place. So he spent a few minutes popping into place, and now it looks fine. I wanted to pay him for his time of service, and for fixing it. However he said he doesn't want to accept any money, because it only took a few minutes. Honesty and customer service was awesome!
