Within 15 minutes it was down nine psi. My friend and I started looking online for tire shop recommendations, but it was nearly 5 PM on Saturday so... Most were closing soon. Luckily, Golden State Tires was open and able to help us. It was a pretty great experience, considering what a headache it could've been. We were in and out of the tire place in about 15 minutes and only down $20 for the patch. We had to drive all the way back to Watsonville that night to get ready for an early friends Thanksgiving dinner the next day, so... we really really really appreciated the ease. They give you the option of texting photos of the damage. I did and got a long-written response from Charlie, but he wanted to follow up with a phone call. Based on my damage Charlie could not fix it, and he explained in detail why he couldn't. He then told me about two shops that could help but explained the fixing process of one of the shops which was local and what to expect. The shop that could do the complete job is in Sacramento. I will contact them. I learned stuff that I hadn't even thought about! I really appreciated the time Charlie took to explain my dilemma. You don't find many shop owners that go out of there way like Charlie, especially knowing that he could not fix it. He could have just told me, "I can't fix that, sorry" and left it at that. Great to see pride of ownership like that.

I just got my Mercedes-AMG rim back after having three bends on the inside lip, which was obviously causing a terrible shake in the front end. Today I had the repaired rim installed and balanced, and once again, I couldn't be happier with the results! The difference is night and day.
