Simple and Easy After looking at all the transportation options and prices (e.g. taxis and buses) for our trip to Cancun, Mexico, we decided to go with USA transfers. After look Booking directly from their site was simple, easy, and very clear. We choose the Round Trip option from the airport to our hotel and back. The total price was $65 total for two people and you have the option to pay now (via Paypal) or upon arrival. Once confirmed they email all the information that was needed, directions to find them at the airport, contact information (through WhatsApp), and their app to download. When we arrived at the airport, we were delayed by airport security scanning visitors' bags. We reached out to USA transfers to let them know the delay and they let our greeter know. Once cleared through the airport, we messaged them again and they gave us a meet-up spot. Our greeter checked us in and called the van. After about a 5-10 minute wait, we were guided over to our driver and on our way to the hotel. Our driver did allow us to stop at a convenience store to get water for our room at no additional charge. Anything longer than a quick stop, there will be a fee. You can also use their app to track your location to your destination. As for the pick-up back to the airport, the driver was on time and gave us directions to where we would need to check-in. They are very reliable, easy to communicate, and fast. That's all you need when you travel internationally. Our driver both ways was on time/ even early for our returning departure ride at 5:30am! Kudos for him trying to be friendly so early. The vans were both very clean and they give you sanitizer before sitting inside. The line at the airport was no less than 15 minutes. *Big tip to new Cancun travelers: when you exit after getting your bags-- there will be SOO many random workers in the hallway where you can get your money exchanged (but don't recommend unless you plan to shop a lot at markets-- the hotel and any excursion will take card/ Apple Pay). -- do not stop to talk to those workers. They are trying to sell you stuff but will first give you a Cancun map and etc before getting to the point and acting like they will help you find your transportation pick up area. Just walk until you get to the door and you'll see all the actual transportation businesses with clear cut signs! I have used this company several times and it is always a good experience. I usually spring for the private shuttle for excursions because it can be exhausting to wait for people that you don't know and do pick ups at various hotels. Today my family of 9 took a private tour to Chichen Itzá, stopped at a Cenote and ended the day in Valladolid for a meal. It was so nice to have a van all to ourselves for the day, to not worry about our belongings in the van while we were doing activities and to have some control over the itinerary. We had Andres and he was AMAZING! He was so patient and did everything we asked. He made as many stops as we needed, he helped me on my wild goose chase trying to find special restaurants, and guided us on making the best choices and best prices. Mostly I must say he was so patient. He brought a cooler with waters and drinks for us and also allowed us to put our stuff in the cooler. We hired a driver for 10 hours and we used every single minute of our time perfectly with his help. Also, I paid $300 for 10 hours but when I called around they were way more expensive. This place had the best prices with the best service!!! They also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. They also gave us the best prices and I don't remember both of the guy's names but they both were exceptionally nice and helpful. Also, Marilyn who works at the office spent a lot of time emailing me and talking to me for hours trying to help me pick tours. I'm not sure if she exactly works for this company but she is who I booked with for these rides so she's also excellent! I can't say enough good things! Excellent company to use. Highly recommend them for a transfer from the airport. We used them from Cancun to Playa Del Carmen and back. The app after we landed was great and helped us locate their greeter at the airport. So helpful as they have hundreds of people you want to avoid trying to get you to their high pressure time share or way over priced taxis. The drive to playa was excellent and it was a smooth trip. On the way back to the airport we had Yam and Orlando. Both were amazing and gave us great history of the areas and food. The drive felt like it was over to quick as we enjoyed their stories. We have used the van service as well as the Premier private SUV. On March 7, 2022 they failed to arrive at our hotel to transport us to the airport for our return flight. We had a confirmed prepaid private premier SUV reservation. I was forced to scramble and find a taxi at the last minute in which I had to pay additional for, And I had an extremely stressful drive to the airport as well as barely made my flight home. I literally made it within minutes. I sent the following email to this company while in the taxi on March 7. USA Transfers , I spoke to someone at your company by chat last night approximately 7 PM and I changed this reservation to later today for 12 PM. You confirmed the change . You never showed up!!! We just spoke to you by phone and you've confirmed you will not be here until 1230 so we canceled . We have used your company 4 to 5 times a year every time we come for the last two years and we have used you many times . We always tip your drivers very well and we go out of our way to recommend you. This is unacceptable!!! I am very disappointed and angry I had to call a taxi and I hope I do not miss my flight! I will be leaving bad reviews so people know you did not show up and will not use your service ever again - and we come back each month !! On March 21, 2022 I received a response from the company . They Explained they had a confirmed reservation however somehow I was not on their daily reservation list so they did not show up. They offered an apology. Frankly an apology is not enough to Regain my trust . All it takes is one time for a company to not show up and go through what we did at the last minute to lose my business. We tip the drivers excessively well sometimes $100 per trip , and more important than any of that .....what is the absolute most important thing is knowing you can trust a company to show up when they are supposed to. Our resorts free shuttle was not good so we opted to book our own private shuttle last minute when going back to Cancun airport. We were able to book it in two minutes just hours before and Andres showed up on time. USA transfers made getting to and from my resort so easy for my party and I. Our flight to Cancun was delayed but they kept track of it so we didn't have to worry about what time we would land. At the airport, it was a little difficult to spot them at first and it took a while to get a driver since there was another big party who had just arrived before us so we were left to stand outside the airport for a bit. Once we got a driver we really enjoyed the ride over to the resort since the van was spacious and air-conditioned. The drivers we had were also super nice and helped us with all of our luggage. The messaging service on the app is the best way to contact them as when we called no one would pick up and their voicemail box was full. The app also let us conveniently know when we were being picked up from our hotel to get back to the airport. The driver arrived early and also allowed me to play music in the car. Our driver was super nice but I literally had motion sickness while riding with all the speeding then jerking...not to mention the car cut off every time he hit a bump! Also I requested for them to hold up a sign with my name and they didn't have that...and there was no cooler with water. I chose USA transfers because they had the best reviews. I even canceled my other shuttle because it seemed this one was more reliable. When we got to the airport, there was no one there. I called a lady on the phone and she seemed a little confused but she said someone was coming to get me. and after about 20 minutes of waiting I found a guy wearing a USA transfers shirt, he was confused too but thankfully helpful. Then we waited around another 20 minutes for a guy to come get us. He was really nice. Then on our way to the airport, our shuttle was about 20 minutes late which was inconvenient because we almost missed our flight despite trying to get there three hours early. We still tipped our drivers very well. It was just a minor inconvenience but based off of the reviews I guess I was expecting more, considering it wasn't cheap. read more

I had a terrible experience with this service. I paid ahead and booked round trip transfer from the airport to my Mayakoba resort. Upon arriving in Mexico, the transportation was not available at the pickup time. I waited 30 minutes at the airport for my ride. I was asked to wait in a busy parking area which was concerning as nobody from the company was accompanying me and I was traveling alone. For my return transportation to the airport, I had modified the default reservation to be picked up 45 minutes later. I made this change 24 hours in advance and upon making this change online I received an email confirming the modification to my transportation details. I received a call 30 minutes prior to my modified pickup time saying the driver was here and leaving. The woman from USA transfers was extremely rude and unprofessional and informed me the driver would be leaving right away. When I asked he wait and I would come as quickly as possible she told me that was not an option and that he was leaving. I was forced to get a taxi service despite organizing and paying for transportation ahead of time. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this service to anyone. read more

Wonderful!! When we arrived in Cancun, we immediately found a representative waiting outside the airport, gave him our name and only waited a few minutes for our shuttle.
