I had a terrible experience with this service. I paid ahead and booked round trip transfer from the airport to my Mayakoba resort. Upon arriving in Mexico, the transportation was not available at the pickup time. I waited 30 minutes at the airport for my ride. I was asked to wait in a busy parking area which was concerning as nobody from the company was accompanying me and I was traveling alone. For my return transportation to the airport, I had modified the default reservation to be picked up 45 minutes later. I made this change 24 hours in advance and upon making this change online I received an email confirming the modification to my transportation details. I received a call 30 minutes prior to my modified pickup time saying the driver was here and leaving. The woman from USA transfers was extremely rude and unprofessional and informed me the driver would be leaving right away. When I asked he wait and I would come as quickly as possible she told me that was not an option and that he was leaving. I was forced to get a taxi service despite organizing and paying for transportation ahead of time. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this service to anyone. read more

We booked USA Transfers (USAT) after being recommended by a family member. They are the worst. We (family of 4) arrived at CUN on Saturday afternoon. Took forever to find the USAT rep outside. Then we were told they were having issues getting our driver in and we'd have to wait 20-30 min. Over an hour later, we just decided to take a cab. Caught up later with others waiting for USAT and they waited even longer and regretted not taking a cab. Then, we had an 11am reservation with USAT on our departure date to take us back to CUN. Our hotel concierge called them at 10am to confirm and USAT confirmed. We waited well past our pickup time but USAT PULLED A NO SHOW! We took a cab to CUN. USAT sucks! They lied about transport times and we spent way to much time on our already limited vacation at the airport starring at the walls. Total nonsense-- save yourself some hassle and go with someone else for CUN transportation. And USA Transfers, shame on you for having "USA" in your name -- you bring bad associations to my country. read more

We used this company for pickup to and from the airport. They are rated the number one transport company on tripadvisor actually and for good reason. You can communicate with them with whatsapp or email and they are very organized, with several confirmations and constant texts and phone calls to ensure everything runs smoothly both before and on the day of the pickup. You can also choose to either pay online (credit card or Paypal) or choose to pay cash to the driver. Highly recommended. read more

I needed a shuttle to get me to the Cancun Airport to the Hotel Zone at the local time of 6am. My hotel shuttle told me that a 6am pickup wasn't feasible for them because they only operate after 7am. But I found it was easy to book a shuttle on the usa-transfers website. For a one time only fee of 55 dollars you get a round trip shuttle ride to and from the airport to the Cancun Hotel Zone. And you don't have to pay until you are first dropped off at the hotel. It was very easy to find the USA Transfers crew at the Cancun International Airport once you get out of customs. There were a lot of tour group and shuttle vendors shouting at you for your business, which for Mexico some things never change even at 6am in the morning! I recommend that you just keep walking and just get outside to see the person with the USA Transfers T-shirt on holding a clipboard. After five minutes of waiting a car arrives in the parking lot and you and the woman walk together to meet your van. It was that simple Once dropped off at my hotel I paid my driver in 60 US dollars cash which included the gratuity. As for the pickup, I waited outside my hotel and the USA Transfers van showed up right at the exact time I requested when I put in my return flight into their website. Since I already paid the service fee from the first trip, all I had to do was pay gratuity to the driver taking me to the airport (and they accept US dollars). Both times I was able to ride in the van by myself which was nice. My trip was safe and pleasant and totally easy to access. The next time I travel to Cancun you better believe that I am going to be heading to the USA Transfers website and book my next shuttle service with them! read more

We got the VIP package for our group of 4 adults. We had to look for them in a sea of hawkers vying for your attention. They were in a baseball cap and t shirts with their company logo... so are many other groups that we almost went past them. But aside from that, the personalized service was on point & very professional. The SUV we were in was clean and decent. Pick up and drop off were on time. They provided fresh cold aromatic towels and a bag consisting of bottled water, some snacks/ candy from the airport but none on the trip back to the airport. Cannot compare to the less expensive shuttle they offer since we have not experienced it. read more

Wonderful!! When we arrived in Cancun, we immediately found a representative waiting outside the airport, gave him our name and only waited a few minutes for our shuttle. The driver was friendly and got us to our resort quickly. A driver also arrived right on time at our resort for the ride back and made it to the airport quickly as well. I booked my reservation online and when I asked them how much it would cost to stop at the Costco in Cancun on the way to our hotel they told me 1-hr stops would be an additional $30. They said we can add it on when we book reservation or in-person. Once we got in our van and requested to take us to Costco for a $30 1-hr stop, our driver said okay and that he would just need to check with his manager first. Then, our driver told us that his manager said that would be an additional $60 not $30 to stop at Costco. When I insisted that I was already quoted the price, our driver just said this is what his manager said. Our driver kept texting back and forth with his manager and then told us his manage could get us a discount by only charging us $50. When I insisted on why I was quoted one price online and now being charged double by the manager our driver didn't have an answer. Shortly after, the manager then told us that the Costco was closed and we couldn't go. This was obviously a lie because we are Costco members and know the hours and even called the store while in the van to ensure they were open. After, I persisted that they were open and asking the driver why his manager is switching stories up on me the driver let me know that he could take us there for $30. I am extremely disappointed in how we were treated in our first experience with USA Transfers. Even worse, the attempt to exploit us after already confirming quote for the rate and price online was disrespectful, embarrassing and frustrating. I never was able to speak with our drivers "manager" but I was very upset at how we were being pushed, manipulated and tried being taken advantage of on our ride by the manager. read more

14 of us traveled to the RIviera Maya via Cancun. We were on 3 different airlines arriving within a few hours of each other. USA watched our flights to see if they were on time and adjust. I arranged transfers to our hotel using USA Transfers and was blown away by them! Their website has a chat function, with real people responding quickly. They were able to make changes, and help me quickly. When landing, the rep was right where they said they'd be outside each terminal, with clean vans ready to go. We booked our transfer with USA Transfers about a month prior to our trip. Based on reviews, we wanted to go with the best company possible and we were not disappointed! When I booked, I wanted to pay with card. I sent an email to them as instructed in my booking confirmation email and they provided me a secure link to provide payment through pay pal. Your other option is to pay the day-of in cash if you want! When we arrive to the airport, we followed the instructions given to us in the email to go towards the ground transportation. The email mentions to not exit the glass doors for family transportation, but be aware, you pass through a couple of glass doors and the directions are in reference right up to the exit doors instead literally curbside to the transportation hub where the taxis, transfers, and buses stage. Luckily we got information from some of the workers; be warned you will be bombared by vendors for transportation options, just politely tell them "no gracias" and go on with your business. When you get outside, you will notice a bunch of different companies with signs. The USA Transfers staff has their own sign and a light blue uniform with a ball cap. The employee checked us in on his tablet and then directed us to our van. Our driver Gener was fantastic and more than willing to talk with us about the local cuisine and tips on what to do, so it was a great introduction to Mexico! He drove us to to the Mayakoba resorts and got us there in about 40-45mins. On the return trip, Wilson was our driver and he was very prompt with our scheduled pickup. Likewise, it was about 40-45mins back to the airport. In both instances, we got a private transfer in our van with just us in the vehicle. The vans are A/C equipped and are in good shape! So it will be a comfortable ride! To the Mayakoba resorts, we tipped the drivers between $12-20. Don't hesitate and book! read more

Don't use this company unless you are willing to share a transfer at full fare. We arrived and waited the usual 30 minutes after meeting the representative outside the airport. Then we were told it would be another 30 minutes to an hour unless we wanted to share with another person. We agreed and once we got in the van they loaded two more people. After getting lost twice dropping them off at separate locations we arrived in Akumal almost 2 hours late. Wouldn't have really bothered us if it wasn't for their lack of response about a partial credit and then arriving 30 minutes late for our return trip. After using them for several years we won't use again and do not recommend to anyone. read more

Leaving Cancun airport was a little overwhelming with all the salespeople but look for the USA Transfer T-Shirt and you can't go wrong. We waited max 10 min before our private transfer showed up. We swung by 711 for free but I asked him to. On the way back to the airport the transport was on time and went very smooth. Full of information for us and even offered to stop at a liquor mart so we could get margarita fixings, beer, soda and chips. The best transfer service in Cancun! Highly recommend. I booked this private shuttle prior to my trip. Their website is very user friendly. You don't even have to prepay. Once booked, they send you a confirmation email with all the details on who to look for and where to go from your arrival terminal. The greeter takes you to where your driver picks you up. They all speak English and you pay the driver the full round trip fare upon arrival at your hotel. They give you the pick up time in the detailed email. Driver was on time to the minute! Was the most reasonable pricing of all I researched. Most people think that when you book an all inclusive, the shuttle is included in the price. Not exactly. The hotel utilizes Amstar but you do pay for it and can opt out and book your own.
