USA Vein uses customer service as some link for follow up. CS reps are not qualified to assist medically, they do not take accurate notes (even though they call multiple times a day or week.) I was advised I needed someone with me post procedure and had multiple calls behind this ONLY for no one to check in to make sure I even made it home. I don't understand the hassle. I am also a single mother with a child with special needs. I called to ask if they could send what I would need to my pharmacy 24 hours before the procedure because my pharmacy would need to order out a few items. Instead, this was not noted anywhere, my scripts were not called in, the doctor took 1.5 hours after I arrived to call around to pharmacies for prescriptions I did not receive until 9pm due to them going to the incorrect pharmacy and not being cancelled. There is no way to reach the clinics or docs directly. It's not a level of care I am used to and it tracks poorly on the user end when we are in pain and no one cares or when we leave a procedure and no one tells you what's next, no paperwork except what they email you- which is simply not enough. I love the fact that women have options other than hysterectomies but USA Vein has a terrible lack of care and the CS reps do not remotely listen. I will say the supervisors did help me wonderfully - but why should one need to escalate? I can't honestly say I would recommend anyone do this procedure with USA Vein until they tighten up the process. Not being heard but called relentlessly only to discover no one is even taking notes is just craziness.

You don't have to drag yourself all over Queens (god forbid Manhattan) just to get checked out. For my needs, t's alright, I guess, if you like getting all your doctor stuff out of the way at once. They have a great staff at intake and appointment setting, followup and referrals. It really kills me in a good way how convenient it is, even if the whole medical thing is not particularly pleasant.

They also keep you posted with any changes. -The technicians and staff that does the testing will check again and make sure you are okay before and after the test is done. Yes, trying to get an appointment on the phone is rough and difficult. Do not give up. When calling to schedule appointment we had two tests to be done and could only get appointments with two separate locations. When we got to the appointment and told them what happened, They helped us out and we got both test done here. There is a parking lot with an attendant on premise. Just remember.
